"The total payment for your purchase this time is 149 million USD. How do you intend to pay?"

"All in USD," Colonel Makri said.

Originally, Major General Jamari had wanted to increase the use of oil and natural gas for payment, but after taking inventory, he discovered there wasn't much oil or natural gas available.
