179: I don't understand, it's too fantasy

"What the hell?!"

Old Potato stared at the black screen, his face full of question marks, feeling completely out of sorts.

Their group, none of them Qi Refining, were all Foundation Establishment Cultivators, representing the top power of the Great Love Sect.

With such strength, dealing with a Ye Chun who was about to Breakthrough to Foundation Establishment was surely a piece of cake?

They even considered that if the Spirit Peak hadn't found Ye Chun yet, they would split up their forces to maximize search speed.

The result... they were all wiped out?

What the hell?

What happened?

Old Potato was completely bewildered and quickly opened the replay video.

He soon saw a scene that left him utterly confused.

A brilliant light covered their entire bodies, then their heads suddenly burst open, their Souls seemingly shattered, declaring their deaths. Not even a Golden Core Cultivator could have saved them.

Old Potato raised an eyebrow; he felt something was off.

The wounds were wrong.

From the visual display, their group was struck by a brilliant light. According to the usual performance of conventional spells, everyone should have exploded, completely torn apart by the terrifying power, probably leaving no dust behind.

But in reality, only their heads had an opening, while other parts remained intact.

It looked as if a certain gun Cultivator had appeared before them and gently tapped their heads.

But this was impossible.

"What's going on? What kind of method is this?"

Old Potato felt things were getting strange.

He vaguely wondered if the higher the Cultivator's Rank, the stranger the methods used, to the point where even watching a replay couldn't analyze the cause of death?

Old Potato still had a bit of a research spirit. He constantly slowed down the video, repeating it meticulously.

Message notification sounds kept ringing in his ears. The Great Love Sect management group had already exploded, and many people were contacting him to inquire about the situation.

But he didn't care about any of that anymore.

Because he felt as if he had once again touched upon the unique aspects of the Xuanhuan World.

"From the performance, it seems as if a certain gun technique was integrated into the True Intent. When the True Intent emitted killing intent, that gun technique was reproduced. We, these people, were killed by the 'gun' just like those it had killed before... What the hell is this?"

Old Potato found it inconceivable.

In his opinion, the method used to kill them this time was somewhat similar to:

A person dancing with a sword on a training ground, then sealing away the insights from their sword swings. When they encounter an enemy, they suddenly release that insight, and the enemy instantly becomes like a scarecrow on the training ground, cut open in an instant.

What the hell?

Old Potato's mind was reeling. This kind of method was too advanced for players like them.

At the same time, Old Potato increasingly felt that this True Intent seemed incredibly powerful.

"According to This Time Bu Ge, Cultivators with True Intent can even kill enemies across Realms. So it seems... this thing really is quite powerful, isn't it?"

Old Potato grew more and more emotional. He thought for a moment, then posted this video with a title:

"Invincible True Intent, We Were Wiped Out."

As soon as the video was posted, countless players waiting for news instantly flooded in.

Initially, they were cursing Old Potato:

"You want to kill Ye Chun? That's disgusting, I'll unfollow immediately if you do!"

"There's a limit to monopolizing resources, okay? We're all players, there's no need to do something like this."

"Old Potato, I misjudged you, you're really selfish."

"Heh heh, enjoying the advertisers' money, aren't you? Unwilling to let us poor guys get by, right?"

"Here's a joke: the Great Love Alliance's motto is mutual benefit. Hilarious."

A group of people vented their emotions.

The Great Love Sect's intention to kill Ye Chun couldn't be kept secret and had already spread.

Naturally, it also drew criticism from players, who felt that this was monopolizing Cultivation Techniques and going against the entire player community.

But soon, everyone realized something was wrong.

Old Potato and his group... seemed to have been wiped out?

"Holy crap, what's going on? Old Potato and his group were wiped out?"

"Are you kidding? Isn't Ye Chun still at Qi Refining? How did he do it?"

All the players were stunned.

You could say the Great Love Sect was rotten to the core, you could say the Great Love Sect was selfish and monopolistic, but you absolutely couldn't say the Great Love Sect was weak.

Possessing evil Cultivation Techniques and aggressively expanding Cultivation, the Great Love Sect thus had the most Foundation Establishment Cultivators among all player factions.

This operation was even personally led by Midnight Gao Sou, with several Immortal Foundation Cultivators overseeing it, and they could even borrow Star Fiend Daoist's power. Dealing with Ye Chun should have been a cinch.

The result... a total wipeout?

What happened?

The players were somewhat confused.

It wasn't until Old Potato explained what had happened at the end of the video that everyone finally understood.

It turned out they were instantly killed by True Intent protecting its master.

Thus, the players fell into another dilemma.

What's going on? True Intent can still kill people?

All the players were dumbfounded.

After This Time Bu Ge's video was released, everyone had some basic understanding of True Intent, but more often, they regarded the preserved True Intent as something similar to a Legacy Jade Slip or a Cultivation Technique Secret Manual.

That is, a more special skill book.

And now they suddenly discovered that this skill book could also instantly kill people?

What the hell?

This isn't right, is it?

Everyone suddenly felt that this True Intent thing seemed really, really not right?

"The Xuanhuan World always hits hard when everyone gets used to things. It's too Heaven-Defying."

"I originally thought that Immortal Foundation powerhouses being able to trigger unusual phenomena was already very impressive. Now you're telling me that this True Intent, preserved for thousands or tens of thousands of years, can still kill people?"

"Are the values in the Xuanhuan World filled in by foot?"

"Is the gap between Realms and the gap between methods really that great?"

Interestingly, although players marveled at True Intent and thought it was incredibly powerful.

But it was just marveling.

Even with This Time Bu Ge's video, they still found it difficult to understand what True Intent truly was, as the so-called "cultivating to the extreme can give birth to True Intent" mentioned in the video was too mystical.

And regarding the enhancements and various methods of True Intent, This Time Bu Ge had hardly explained anything.

Expecting players to explore it themselves would also be extremely difficult.

One must know that even native Cultivators, even Legacy Disciples, only the most talented Geniuses were qualified to know about True Intent, and this thing could only be understood, not explained.

Some people spent their entire lives unable to comprehend the mysteries of True Intent.

While others achieved enlightenment as soon as they left their mother's womb.

And different True Intents had different effects, and even if different Cultivators comprehended Sword Intent, their Sword Intent would inevitably have huge differences.

True Intent, this thing, already involved the most important "Dao" of the Xuanhuan World.

All sorts of profoundness made it difficult for players to understand.

This Time Bu Ge also watched Old Potato's video and was similarly frowning in thought.

Ever since the Dao Heart System was added, he felt that the Xuanhuan World was becoming increasingly mystical.

Or, to use the words of some players: the Xuanhuan World is very unscientific.

It cannot be quantitatively analyzed, variables cannot be controlled, and it cannot even be transmitted through text. Many things can only be understood, not explained, so profound that it feels absurd.

It was precisely because of this that This Time Bu Ge had never released information related to the Dao Heart before compiling complete data, as he was afraid of misleading other players.

But now, he felt it was time to release everything he knew.

"True Intent and Dao Heart definitely have a certain relationship, and the process of observing and comprehending True Intent will also greatly help players understand the Xuanhuan concept of Dao Heart."

"If I release a video now emphasizing this point, and then wait for God Ye Chun to release his True Intent, the players' level will definitely make a leap."

This Time Bu Ge pondered, then began to create a video, preparing to emphasize the importance of comprehending True Intent.
