257: How to play the game "Demon Body Birth"

The Xuanhuan World has many different cultivation methods.

The most basic and widely spread cultivation method currently is the path of Immortal Cultivation.

From Qi Refining to Foundation Establishment, and then to Golden Core and Nascent Soul.

Additionally, there is Qi cultivation, from Battle Master to Battle King, then to Battle Emperor, and so on.

Its system is fundamentally completely different from Immortal Cultivation.

As for the cultivation method of the Yao Race, it is called Body Tempering.

Not everyone necessarily cultivates the same Fifth-Rank Body Tempering method, but the principles are similar.

They all involve unearthing the power within one's Bloodline, while also using the Bloodline of other Great Demons to purify and refine one's own Bloodline, step by step pushing the limits of the Physical Body.

It is said that this method and the Immortal Cultivation method originated from the same Dao Lineage, but were adjusted by an astonishing Great Demon, creating a distinction at the Foundation Establishment and Golden Core Realm, which caused Core Formation to transform into a Demon Body.

With so many methods and so many Realm designations, for convenience, they were eventually roughly categorized by Rank.

For example, the Fifth-Rank corresponds to the Golden Core, Vajra, Battle Emperor, and Demon Body Ranks.

Within this, there are further distinctions from First to Ninth-Rank Golden Core, additional Vajra distinctions, and First to Ninth-Rank Demon Body distinctions... But no matter how they are divided, in essence, they are just different levels of the same Realm, with differences in strength and potential, but without the astonishing, terrifying disparity of major Realms.

A Fourth-Rank Nascent Soul can easily suppress and kill a Fifth-Rank Vajra.

However, a Golden Core Expert who has achieved a First-Rank Dao Core cannot easily suppress and kill a Ninth-Grade Shattered Core Golden Core Realm Cultivator.

For instance, when Midnight Gao Sou was captured earlier, it took three Golden Core Cultivators acting simultaneously, and Midnight Gao Sou even had a slight chance of escaping.

Therefore, when discussing overall Realms, there's no need to meticulously detail the differences within a Realm; only a rough discussion of its position within the Rank is sufficient.

And the Demon Body and Golden Core are both Fifth-Rank; they are the same Rank, and their strength and performance are largely similar.

Therefore, the Golden Core Tomb and the emergence of a Demon Body actually share commonalities.

Whether it's a Golden Core or a Demon Body, a Heaven and Earth Resonance will occur during a Breakthrough.

Essentially, their level of strength is already a part of the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth; every action they take will have extremely far-reaching implications.

What's different is that Golden Core Cultivators focus more on Cultivation Technique insights and Dao intent comprehension.

While Demon Body powerhouses focus more on Physical Body Tempering and Bloodline strengthening.

Therefore, the commotion they can cause after death is also different.

When a Golden Core Cultivator dies, all his thoughts, his heaven-reaching cultivation, ultimately condense into a final wisp of Clarity Qi.

This itself is not powerful; if handled properly, it can be refined into precious Immortal Qi, used for Immortal Foundation Breakthroughs.

But once it comes into contact with Heaven and Earth Spiritual Qi, it will stir up a Heaven and Earth Resonance, subsequently producing various phenomena.

These phenomena are related to the Golden Core Cultivator's cultivation direction and the Cultivation Techniques and skills he comprehended during his life.

Although some treasures will eventually appear, since they are phenomena generated by a Heaven and Earth Resonance, a mere Golden Core Cultivator cannot raise the Rank of treasures born from Heaven and Earth.

Therefore, after a Golden Core Tomb opens, what's truly important are the burial objects.

The influence of Clarity Qi is more about a spiritual aura or the influence on Heaven and Earth Spiritual Veins, rather than treasures themselves.

Perhaps Cultivators of the same Dao Lineage can gain immense benefits from it; for example, some Legacies might also be hidden within the Clarity Qi.

But for most Cultivators, it's better than nothing.

Therefore, after a Golden Core Tomb opens, the core of this gameplay is to delve deep into the Tomb and seize various burial objects.

But a Demon Body is different.

Achieving a Demon Body is unlike achieving a Golden Core; it doesn't demand as much understanding of Cultivation Techniques or Dao Heart and Dao intent.

However, it places extremely high demands on Physical Body Tempering and Bloodline lineage.

After achieving a Demon Body, the entire body undergoes a qualitative change; blood, bone marrow, fur—everything transforms.

When a Demon Body Great Demon dies, if there are no tomb measures in place,

Then as he falls, the surrounding area will immediately transform into a treasure trove, with countless Spirit Medicine, Spirit Ores, and even Spirit Beasts emerging.

This is not a Heaven and Earth Resonance, but rather power originating from the Demon Body's shell.

Consequently, the quantity and Rank of treasures typically obtained will be higher than those brought by Clarity Qi.

Another scenario is when a Demon Body Great Demon makes preparations beforehand, lying within a tomb, with his aura contained and no treasures released.

This is to pass on his immense treasure trove to future generations.

Initially, although the Divine Soul has already perished, the body still retains vitality, making it difficult for descendants to approach.

As the corpse gradually settles, the tomb can then be opened to acquire the precious corpse.

However, in this situation, there's another special circumstance.

That is, the Demon Body is simply too strong, and the time it has spent dormant in the tomb is insufficient.

Therefore, the Demon Body's vitality remains, causing it to rise instinctively and break out of the tomb.

Upon contact with Heaven and Earth Spiritual Qi, the Demon Body can even instinctively breathe, causing its supposedly dried-up blood to flow anew, and its shed fur to regrow, appearing as if it has been reborn.

But it is ultimately dead.

Without a Divine Soul, the Demon Body is merely an empty shell.

Although it breathes instinctively, it still lacks the ability to continue tempering its body, nor can it restrain Spiritual Qi.

The Spiritual Qi will rampage within its body, eventually causing its blood, fur, and everything else to no longer obey, falling off one by one.

Therefore, as the Demon Body travels, it continuously nourishes and creates treasure lands behind it, giving rise to various treasures.

The quantity and Rank of these treasures are quite good.

Hence, in the Demon Body Emergence gameplay, it's not about deep, enclosed exploration within a tomb, but rather continuously chasing the Demon Body and seizing the treasures that appear in its wake.

So, what are the precautions?

The most important thing to note is the Golden Core Experts; they will also constantly fight to snatch treasures, even ganging up to overwhelm all lower-level Cultivators, which is very dangerous.

Fortunately, the path the Demon Body takes after emerging is not fixed, nor does it follow any pattern or logic; it's random and chaotic.

This means that the Demon Body might step into the same area multiple times.

Ultimately, this leads to that area being more sufficiently nourished, producing higher quality treasures, and thus attracting all the Golden Core Cultivators' attention.

Based on the number of times it's nourished, we can also grade the areas; each nourishment counts as one Rank. The highest Rank area that has appeared so far is Rank Six, which directly attracted all the Golden Core Cultivators.

So, for lower-level Cultivators, other Rank areas become available for contention.

Beware, even without Golden Core Cultivators, different Rank areas will yield different treasures, and different Spirit Beasts will accompany them. Some Advanced Rank areas even have demon blood flowing like rivers and seas, giving off terrifying bloody Qi mist, where Qi Refining Cultivators would instantly die.

Based on the information I have collected, I will now publish the current map of all area Ranks, and it will be updated later on xxxx.xxxx.

The video ends here.

Da Quan Knight's eyes lit up immediately:

"So that's how it is, the emergence of a Demon Body has such intricacies."

"So these areas are all graded; I must have stumbled into an Advanced Rank area I shouldn't have before."

"After restarting, I just need to venture into lower-Rank areas!"
