210: Red Star released the iPhone 10.

On the night the press conference ended on the 23rd, under Yang Tuo's planning, Red Star lit up advertisements on a series of landmark buildings including Times Square in New York, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, Milan Cathedral in Italy, Four Seasons Square in Paris, France, and the Tokyo Skytree in Japan.

Of course, this landmark-lighting marketing campaign also included China, with buildings in cities like Beijing and Shanghai being lit up.

This was Red Star's largest advertising expenditure in decades, with buildings and advertising screens in more than 30 countries and regions being lit up.

Among them, the Burj Khalifa lit up the advertisement for Red Star X for free, simply because this epoch-making product was launched in the Middle East.

This was the first time countries in the Middle East felt such importance placed on them by a technology company.

You see, although Fruit and Samsung also pay attention to luxury mobile phones here, they have never chosen this region for a press conference, and have never even had a debut launch here.

By the evening of the 23rd, news about Red Star X had already hit the headlines of major news outlets, with its popularity completely overshadowing the iPhone 6, which had just been released two days prior.

The Next Web directly used "Red Star's edgeless Red Star X is possibly..."

"...the best-looking smartphone of 2014!" as the headline of the news!

Renowned magazine Forbes: "With the release of a device that is close to an all-glass phone, China is trying to move away from producing cheap handsets and show that it has an edge in advanced smartphone technologies."

Co.Design: "Did Red Star Just Beat Apple At Its Own Game? For the first time, a competitor may have produced a smartphone with better hardware than the iPhone 6."

The Daily Dot: "This Chinese smartphone is way cooler than your iPhone."

British Netizen: An extraordinary work never seen before, a Chinese smartphone sweeping the market. Even in China, people have to scramble to buy it. How can I buy this phone in the UK?

USA Netizen: What am I seeing? Is this the real iPhone 6?

This is what the iPhone 7 should have looked like.

No, I'm sure a Chinese company released the iPhone 10 ahead of time!

French Netizen: After watching this video, I really want to have a relationship with the Red Star X in the video.

Sure, remember to swap with me when you're done.

Japanese Netizen: Although I really want to buy it, I also feel the threat from China.

I know how you feel. I clearly hate China, yet I still bought a Chinese smart speaker.

Where is Sony? Where is Sony!?

If Sharp's concept phone had continued to develop, it probably could have reached this level.

It looks great, but I'm not looking forward to it at all. The quality of Chinese phones is really poor; I feel like things made in China break faster.

Korean Netizen: The designer must be from our great Korea; China couldn't possibly design such a product!

Russian Netizen: China has taken a big bite out of the Fruit Company!

When will Russia be able to produce such cool phones like China?

Great, Red Star will be on sale in Europe this time, and Russia is also a European country.

"Damn, this phone's RAM is bigger than my computer's. Are the Chinese trying to kill off computers?"

"It makes the iPhone 4 look like a prehistoric phone."

"The performance of Red Star X is like a beast, but the problem is my country isn't in the sales region. Here we only have phones like Samsung and iPhone that should be swept into the trash."

"Can someone tell me how to buy such a phone? There are no Red Star stores here."

"The pop-up camera plus the sound effects are so cool, I can't wait to buy one."

Obviously, the fact that the Red Star roc mobile phone was out of stock for a few days last time didn't catch the attention of these foreigners. Many people are looking forward to the start of sales on the 29th.

After finishing matters in Saudi Arabia, Lu Weiqi and Shen Yiren had to fly to Europe and the Americas respectively to handle the sales there. Before leaving, Lu Weiqi called Fang Haoge over and asked, "Xiao Fang, have you thought it over?"

They were going to Europe and the US, but a temporary person in charge had to be left in the Middle East. Fang Haoge was familiar with the local language and had experience managing stores; in Lu Weiqi's eyes, he was the perfect candidate.

Fang Haoge said firmly to CEO Lu, "CEO Lu, I've thought it over!"

"Brother Zhang and I will stay for now. Once things here are sorted out, I'll return home for a visit."

Lu Weiqi patted his shoulder. "It'll be hard on you guys for a few days. Once the sales are handled, you can go back to handle your personal affairs. From now on, the Middle East will be in your hands."

"I'll talk to CEO Chen and CEO Lu about it."

"Don't worry, CEO Lu. I will complete the task beautifully and definitely won't let you down."

"Alright. Although Red Star doesn't have many channels here for now, with the Little Prince's help, I believe you'll be able to set them up quickly."

"Remember, the first store must be large and in a prime location. It's our storefront here and is very important."

"I understand, CEO Lu."

With the departure of Lu Weiqi and Shen Yiren, other Red Star Engineers also flew back home one after another.

Zhi Peng and Xu Han flew back to Nigeria together, where the headquarters of Transmission Star is located.

As for Liu Qi, he was also left in Riyadh by Lu Weiqi to help Fang Haoge handle some matters before returning home for a vacation.

On the 29th, Red Star X went on sale simultaneously on the official websites in Europe and the US, as well as on Amazon. From the launch on the 23rd to the start of sales on the 29th, in less than a week, the total number of pre-orders exceeded 3 million, but the total number shipped there was only 1.8 million units.

A portion also had to be allocated to local carriers and mobile phone hypermarkets for offline sales, so there was even less stock available online.

And the foreigners in Europe and the US experienced for the first time what it means to be sold out in seconds!
