202: All the stars gathered

“Boom!”

The two clashed head-on, then separated. Qi Liang’s Face grew even paler, his lips pressed tightly together, his gaze fixed on Fang Qingge, searching for a weakness.

Luo Qingwei and Jiang Qinqin also separated. Luo Qingwei looked at Qi Liang, clenching her fists tightly, secretly vowing in her heart that from now on, she would redouble her efforts in cultivation to avenge her Senior Brother as soon as possible!

Just as Fang Qingge was about to say something, his gaze suddenly shifted to the side. Qi Liang and the others also turned their heads to look, only to see groups of people approaching from two different directions.

One group was mostly women, the Zuoqiu Clan and Jiang Family members, who were a bit closer.

The other group was Xu Sanyan leading Xiang Tan and others.

“Oh, still fighting?”

Xu Sanyan walked over with a smile, looking at Fang Qingge and Qi Liang, then pointed at Luo Changtian on the ground, “Is he dead?”

“You’re asking for death!”

Luo Qingwei was already fuming. Seeing Xu Sanyan’s disrespectful words, she became even more enraged and was about to attack him to teach him a lesson. Fang Qingge reached out to stop her, shaking his head with a solemn expression, “You are no match for him either.”

Luo Qingwei secretly gritted her teeth, glaring at Fang Qingge, “Young Master Fang, are you looking down on me too much?”

“This person’s strength is not below mine.” Fang Qingge glanced at her, his expression serious, not like he was joking.

Luo Qingwei knew she was not Fang Qingge’s opponent and could only lower her head silently, filled with regret. When they were in the Sect, her Senior Brother and she were considered unrivaled among their generation, and they had a certain pride in their hearts.

She didn't expect that after leaving the Sect, this pride would be shattered. First, there was Fang Qingge and Net Intent, and now Qi Liang and Xu Sanyan had appeared. Only then did she realize that there was always someone stronger.

Xu Sanyan looked at everyone and also breathed a sigh of relief. The reason he came so late was that he first went to the tower. Upon reaching the tower, he learned that the Jade Slip had already been taken. He had been chasing along the trail and had only just arrived.

“Oh, we meet again, what a coincidence.” Xu Sanyan looked at Zuoqiu Shu and her sisters nearby, smiling and waving, ignoring Jiang Yan and the others.

“Hmph, Demonic Path fiend.” Jiang Yan snorted coldly.

“Greetings, Saint.” Zuoqiu Shu, however, dared not be negligent and bowed gracefully.

Zuoqiu Zhen secretly observed her elder sister’s demeanor, silently learning.

Xu Sanyan no longer bothered with them, looking at Fang Qingge and Qi Liang, he said, “You two continue, I’m just passing by.”

Qi Liang sighed in his heart. The scene was becoming increasingly chaotic. He scanned the area with his eyes. There were at least two hundred people present, and the number was still increasing, soon to exceed three hundred.

Behind Xu Sanyan stood over forty people, all encountered along the way. Qi Liang and Jiang Qinqin’s side also had nearly thirty people.

However, Fang Qingge and Luo Qingwei’s side had the most people, over sixty, including members of the Wei Family.

Wei Xunzhu had also arrived and stood silently behind Fang Qingge.

Furthermore, there were the Zuoqiu Clan and the Jiang Family, who together numbered over thirty people, plus many more hiding in the shadows around. It was the largest gathering in this Secret Realm.

Qi Liang’s sense of unease grew stronger. Did they know what was contained within the Jade Slip, or were they simply curious and came to join the commotion?

“Brother Xu, what brings you here?” Qi Liang probed.

Xu Sanyan smiled faintly, “Senior Brother Qi, do you truly not know?”

He didn’t believe that Qi Liang was unaware of the information contained within the Jade Slip. Luo Changtian’s life was currently uncertain, and it was highly likely that the Jade Slip had already fallen into Qi Liang’s hands.

Fang Qingge frowned, guessing what riddle the two were speaking.

Luo Qingwei pondered for a moment, then leaned close to Fang Qingge’s ear and whispered, “I received a message from my Senior Brother. He found a Jade Slip, and he doesn’t know what secret it holds, but my Senior Brother instructed that this item must not fall into the hands of the Demonic Path, no matter what.”

Fang Qingge’s heart tensed. Looking at Luo Changtian’s Storage Pouch on the ground, he knew the item had already fallen into Qi Liang’s hands.

Luo Qingwei’s voice was neither too loud nor too soft, seemingly intentional. Zuoqiu Shu and the others nearby also heard it clearly and couldn’t help but have their thoughts stirred.

What kind of item was it that Luo Changtian regarded it with such importance?

For a moment, everyone present had their thoughts racing, and their gazes slowly converged on Qi Liang.

At this moment, Mo Qianqian also arrived, standing quietly alone in the distance, lost in thought.

“Brother Qi, why don’t you take out the item and let everyone see? If it’s useless to us, we’ll let you leave, how about that?” Jiang Yan glanced at everyone, stepped forward, and spoke.

Qi Liang squinted at him, his tone filled with disdain, “Heh, do you even have a say here?”

Among those present, there were quite a few well-known individuals, such as Fang Qingge, Luo Qingwei, Xu Sanyan, Qi Liang, Mo Qianqian, and the unconscious Luo Changtian, all outstanding Disciples of the Central Continent Five Great Sects.

Although the Nantian Valley Jiang Family also had considerable strength, they were ultimately a bit inferior. Furthermore, Jiang Yan himself was not well-known, nor was his strength particularly impressive, so it was inevitable that he would be looked down upon.

“You!”

Jiang Yan felt he had lost Face. He subtly glanced at Zuoqiu Shu, feeling embarrassed and angry at being belittled in front of his beloved. “Demonic Path fiend, you’re about to die and you don’t even know it, still boasting with your tongue. You truly deserve to die!”

Qi Liang did not argue with him, nor did he bother to even look at him. He simply stared at Fang Qingge and Xu Sanyan, contemplating a way to escape.

Jiang Yan was even more mortified. With a “clang,” he drew his treasured sword and roared, “Demonic Path fiend, take your life!”

No one present stopped him, nor did anyone help him. They merely watched as Jiang Yan charged forward alone, only to be forced back by Qi Liang’s single sword strike.

Xu Sanyan shook his head in disappointment. Jiang Yan, as the Young Lord of the Jiang Family, had some reputation, but he didn’t expect his strength to be so weak. Although he was at the same initial stage of the Mystic Path Realm as Qi Liang, he couldn’t even withstand a single move.

Finally, Zuoqiu Shu couldn’t bear it any longer and spoke up to give him a way out, “Young Master Jiang, calm your anger. It’s not too late to act once the situation becomes clear.”

Jiang Yan’s Face was flushed with shame and anger, but he also knew he was no match for Qi Liang. He could only take the hint and say, “Hmph, I’ll let you live a little longer.”

Sixth Sister Zuoqiu Zhen, hiding in the crowd, couldn’t hide her disappointment. With such a low level of skill, how dare he make such a fuss?

Her gaze then drifted to Xu Sanyan, her beautiful eyes blinking. That Saint of the Demonic Sect still had more presence.

“Amitabha, this humble monk Net Intent greets all benefactors.”

From a distance came a Buddhist chant. Seven or eight monks, reciting scriptures, slowly approached with downcast eyes. At the forefront was a young monk, with a delicate and handsome Face.

Zuoqiu Zhen’s eyes lit up, and she praised him in her heart, but then couldn’t help but feel disappointed. What a pity he was a monk…

“What day is it today, why has everyone come?”

Xu Sanyan had a smile on his Face, but a hint of solemnity rose in his heart. This Jade Slip today…

It might not be easy to obtain.

But no matter what, he had to get it!

It concerned the Heavenly Dao and was arguably the most important treasure in this Secret Realm. He had to do his best to acquire it.

“Brother Xu, why don’t you and I join forces? We can share the treasure after we get out, how about it?”

Qi Liang’s voice transmission reached Xu Sanyan’s ear.
