32: Chapter 32 If I tell you to kneel, you have to kneel.
Stuttgart. Königsplatz.
In the night, chaos erupted outside the classical Museum. Screams and sirens intertwined.
Loki, dressed in a set of dark green Asgardian Armor and holding the Mind Stone scepter inlaid with a yellow gem, strolled out of the Museum's main entrance.
With a wave of his scepter, several identical Phantom Clones appeared around the square, completely sealing off the retreat for hundreds of civilians.
"Kneel!"
Loki slammed his scepter onto the ground, his voice echoing through the night sky via magic, carrying an irresistible pressure.
The surrounding civilians were scared out of their wits. With faces full of terror, they began to kneel on the ground one after another.
Looking at this group of humans before him, who were like lambs to the slaughter, an arrogant smile of extreme satisfaction appeared on Loki's pale face.
"That's more like it. This is your most natural state."
Loki spread his arms, enjoying this high-and-mighty vanity. "Humans crave to be enslaved in their very bones. Freedom will only make you struggle in chaos. You were born to be ruled."
"Not by someone like you."
A white-haired German old man stood up tremblingly from the crowd, his eyes stubbornly staring directly at Loki.
The smile on Loki's face vanished instantly, replaced by cold murderous intent.
"Look at this old thing." Loki raised the Mind Stone scepter, the yellow gem at its tip lighting up with a lethal glow. "Then let me show you all the fate of those who defy a god."
At that critical moment.
Boom—!
From above the clouds, an extremely sharp sonic boom suddenly resounded.
A pitch-black private jet streaked across the sky at an altitude of five thousand meters. The cabin door opened, and a figure carrying no parachute or cushioning equipment fell straight toward the square like a heavy bunker-buster bomb!
Loki sensed the abnormality overhead and snapped his head up.
Bang—!!!
The figure crashed violently onto the ground.
Just ten meters directly in front of Loki, a marble statue weighing several tons was instantly smashed to pieces by the immense kinetic energy!
A violent physical shockwave mixed with rubble swept outward like a category twelve hurricane. The Phantom Clones Loki had created instantly dissipated under this pure physical Impact.
Loki himself was forced back two steps by the air blast, a piercing sound of metal friction coming from his armor.
Dust filled the air.
The civilians kneeling on the square covered their ears in terror.
"Cough, cough..." Loki waved away the dust in front of him, his gaze becoming extremely dangerous.
In the center of the dust, a black-haired young man with a well-proportioned build wearing a black shirt stepped over the rubble and slowly stood up.
Falling from five thousand meters without a parachute, he had smashed a deep crater over ten meters in diameter into the hard granite ground. Yet, this young man's clothes weren't even slightly damaged.
The passive Hardened Armor had long since made Lynn's physical density surpass that of steel.
"Who are you?"
Loki tightened his grip on the scepter, sizing up Lynn. "A bug sent by S.H.I.E.L.D.?"
Lynn ignored him.
He raised his left hand, glanced at the radar coordinates flashing with gold and blue light on his wristwatch, and then looked at the Loki in front of him.
"A hybrid of Asgardian royalty and Frost Giant."
Lynn cracked his neck, letting out a crisp sound of bones popping. "The purity is indeed very high. It seems this trip wasn't in vain."
Loki's brow furrowed.
The other party's gaze, looking at him like he was merchandise, deeply stung his arrogant pride as a god.
"Mortal, you dare look at a god with such eyes!"
Loki roared sharply, and the Mind Stone scepter in his hand swung out violently.
Boom!
A deep blue high-energy pulse beam instantly tore through the air, blasting straight toward Lynn's chest. The power of this beam was enough to instantly vaporize a heavy armored vehicle.
Lynn stood in place, neither dodging nor avoiding it.
Bang!
The pulse beam hit Lynn's chest with precision, erupting into a blinding flare.
"Foolish ant." Loki sneered, thinking the opponent had been reduced to ashes.
However, the flare dissipated.
Lynn was still standing there, patting a scorched corner of his shirt. That high-energy pulse hadn't even left a red mark on his skin.
"This is the power of a god?"
Lynn shook his head, his tone carrying undisguised disappointment. "It's not even enough to tickle me."
"How is that possible?!" Loki's pupils constricted slightly.
But before he could think, Lynn moved.
Boom!
The ground beneath Lynn's feet shattered instantly, and he turned into a black afterimage, crossing the ten-meter distance and appearing in front of Loki in an instant.
Without any fancy moves, Lynn raised his right fist and smashed it hard toward Loki's face.
Loki reacted extremely fast; as the God of Mischief, what he excelled at most was close-quarters deception.
Swish!
Loki's figure instantly split into three, and from three different directions, he raised his scepter to stab at Lynn's vital points.
"Illusions?"
Lynn sneered.
After merging Bullseye's Absolute Precision and Dynamic Vision, Lynn's eyes could capture the heartbeat and muscle movement trajectories of any living being.
Phantoms have no heartbeat and no sound of blood flowing.
In Lynn's sight, those two lifelike illusions were like low-quality 3D projections.
Lynn didn't even look at the two illusions stabbing at him; his right fist suddenly changed trajectory mid-air, smashing with unerring precision into the seemingly defenseless "illusion" on the left.
Bang!
The muffled sound of fist meeting flesh, accompanied by the sound of cracking bones, erupted in the square.
The phantom deception technique Loki took pride in was seen through by Lynn at a glance. Lynn's heavy, powerful punch landed solidly on Loki's nose.
"Ugh!"
Loki let out a scream, and his whole body flew backward like a broken kite, crashing heavily onto the Museum steps.
His nose collapsed.
Dark red blood flowed down from this Asgardian god's nostrils and the corners of his mouth.
"You... you dare..."
Loki clutched his bleeding face and struggled to climb up from the ground. He looked at the blood on his hand that belonged to him, his eyes turning red with extreme anger and humiliation.
He, the dignified Prince of Asgard and the adopted son of the All-Father Odin, had actually been punched until he bled by a mortal from Earth!
"Gods bleed too, right?"
Lynn strode toward Loki, a violent red light flashing in his black eyes. "Good, it saves me the trouble of trying to draw it out later."
"Shut up! I want you dead! I want you, this lowly bug, to be my slave for all eternity!"
Loki completely fell into a frenzy.
He no longer used energy pulses; instead, he took a sudden step forward and thrust the scepter inlaid with the Mind Stone fiercely toward Lynn's chest!
Clang!
The sharp tip of the scepter stabbed against Lynn's chest, but was firmly blocked by the Hardened Armor, unable to advance an inch.
But Loki's goal was not physical damage at all.
The yellow Mind Stone at the front of the scepter instantly erupted with an extremely dazzling light.
"Mortal, submit to me!!!"
Loki roared with a distorted face. He activated the deepest and most absolute mind control power within the scepter, attempting to directly erase Lynn's self-awareness and turn him into an obedient dog!
