13: Chapter 13 The 5 million transaction is complete

Inside the warehouse, the arms and us dollar transaction between Zhang Shan and Moriarty had been completed.

Money and goods were exchanged, and both parties got what they wanted.

However, Moriarty was in no rush to leave, so the warehouse was filled with his hearty laughter.

"Brother Robinson, your connections are simply astounding! To think you could even get your hands on heavy machine guns and bulletproof vests!"

"Especially the bulletproof vests, so many of them all at once!"

Moriarty had completely let his guard down. His tone no longer carried the air of an elder acting superior; he truly treated Zhang Shan like a brother.

"With so many machine guns and even RPGs, if we had possessed these earlier, we would have been soaring high long ago. What would we have to fear from Katas?"

Now that Gustav had gotten to know Zhang Shan, he exposed his boisterous nature, shouting loudly inside the warehouse.

"Gustav, you didn't believe in Mr. Robinson before, but what about now?"

Mona's eyes were alluring. Although she was speaking to Gustav, her gaze remained fixed on Zhang Shan.

This little vixen really knew how to seduce men.

"Mona, don't talk nonsense. I have always admired Brother Robinson immensely. My respect for Brother Robinson is like the Amazon River, endless and overflowing!"

Seeing that Mona dared to expose his shortcomings in front of Robinson, Gustav, though afraid to defy her, immediately began to fawn over Zhang Shan.

Don't let Gustav's fierce appearance fool you; he was quite skilled at flattery, and it seemed he had plenty of practice.

"Since the Sipanya Mafia arrived in Chile, Katas has relied on his wealth to bribe many factions, and even the Chilean government has begun to court him."

"The government wants to use Katas to get rid of me, which is why Katas has set his sights on me. He plans to make an example of me to intimidate those factions that refuse to obey him."

"A few days ago, Katas already seized several of my venues, but I held back and said nothing."

"Now, I want to see who will have the last laugh!"

With these words, Moriarty had truly opened his heart to Robinson, a stranger he had only met last night.

At this moment, Moriarty's underlings outside were already moving the arms. Hearing Moriarty's words, their eyes lit up, wishing they could rush to Katas's territory right now.

To let Katas know that even a powerful dragon shouldn't bully a local snake!

"But Brother Robinson, you truly have incredible connections. Isn't 5 million too cheap for all these goods?"

Moriarty finished speaking and looked at Zhang Shan.

Mona and Gustav also followed Moriarty's lead and looked at Zhang Shan.

Before they came, they thought buying arms for 5 million us dollars was a huge deal.

Now that they had the goods, they truly felt they had gotten too good a bargain this time.

"Hey, we are friends, so of course it's a friends and family price!"

"Besides, this is all small potatoes to me."

"If you have the money, Brother Moriarty, Apaches or Tiger tanks would be no problem at all."

Zhang Shan looked into the eyes of the three and said sincerely.

He truly didn't care. For Zhang Shan, selling arms wasn't a question of whether to profit, but how much to profit.

Seeing Zhang Shan's sincerity, Moriarty said nothing more.

"Hahaha, Brother Robinson, you really know how to joke."

"I'm old, I can't handle planes and tanks anymore. It seems the future truly belongs to you young people!"

"However, I believe you can definitely sell these, Brother Robinson. Although I can't afford them, I know who can!"

How could Moriarty not like planes and tanks?

But Moriarty was very clear about his own capabilities and strength.

Even if he had the money to acquire these things, he probably wouldn't live long enough to spend it.

If he equipped these overpowered weapons, he would be no different from a regular army.

By then, even if the Chilean government couldn't defeat him, the United States, that annoying so-called world police, would also intervene.

After all, Moriarty wasn't some long-established power that had already gained recognition from many other factions.

He was merely a thug who had grown up in Saint Jacques, the capital of Chile; direct confrontation with the government was absolutely out of the question.

Didn't the Sipanya Mafia come from across the ocean, and wasn't Moriarty just lying low?

However, Moriarty never expected that simply because he took one extra look at Zhang Shan from the window and felt a bit of curiosity, his life would change, and one day he would become a big shot who could make the world catch a cold with a single cough.

Life's encounters are just that mysterious and infinite.

"Oh? If Brother Moriarty is willing to help me build bridges, I would naturally be happy to!"

Zhang Shan smiled.

He had never thought about making much money from Moriarty.

This pond was too small.

Therefore, regarding Moriarty, Zhang Shan's original intention was just to make a friend and use this opportunity to truly enter the underground scene in South America.

Now that Moriarty was finally convinced by him, Zhang Shan's goal had been achieved.

Subsequently, Moriarty began to introduce his background in detail.

It turned out that although Moriarty was a big shot in Saint Jacques and had cooperation with the Chilean government.

Moriarty was not a lone wolf fighting on his own.

Moriarty's own faction was the Saint Jacques Brotherhood, but this Saint Jacques Brotherhood was also a member of an underground faction alliance in South America.

This alliance was named the South Andes Alliance.

Due to historical reasons, there were actually quite a few such alliances in South America, and the South Andes Alliance was only considered a mid-tier power.

The reason was that the South Andes Alliance's controlled area was actually not large, merely limited to the western side of the Andes Mountains in South America.

And Moriarty's Saint Jacques Brotherhood was only considered a mid-tier power within the South Andes Alliance.

Ahead of him, there were five stronger factions in the alliance.

Not to mention those alliance powers that were superior to the South Andes Alliance.

However, it was naturally unlikely for Moriarty to introduce people from other alliances to Zhang Shan; the person he would introduce was naturally the leader of the South Andes Alliance.

The leader of the South Andes Alliance was named Victor, who, like Moriarty, was also Chilean.

However, Victor's faction was a long-established power in Chile, and his main sphere of influence was actually not in the capital, Saint Jacques.

However, relying on Moriarty's connection, it was still possible for Zhang Shan to make contact with Victor's faction in Saint Jacques.

Although the overall strength of the South Andes Alliance was not top-tier in South America.

But each alliance leader's own faction was indeed not small.

For instance, Victor was someone who dared to directly challenge the Chilean government.

And the danger Moriarty encountered this time was actually something he had sought Victor's help for.

But the alliance didn't have much binding power to begin with; it's better to rely on oneself than to ask for help!
