188: Chapter 188 Pure and Innocent Female College Student
It was just past five in the morning, and the sky was still dim. Su Ye opened his eyes. Although they had been quite active last night, they had gone to sleep a little past eleven, so Su Ye woke up very early.
Just as he was about to get up, Su Ye suddenly felt a slight vibration coming from Zhao Sihan's side. Su Ye felt a wave of confusion in his heart. Who would be calling Zhao Sihan so early, or was it an alarm clock set by Classmate Xiao Zhao?
Filled with curiosity, Su Ye closed his eyes again, leaving them only slightly ajar. After more than ten seconds, Classmate Xiao Zhao's long eyelashes trembled, and she opened her dazed eyes. After collecting her thoughts for a moment, she hurriedly stretched out her fair little hand to turn off the alarm.
She turned her head to look at Su Ye, who still had his eyes closed, and let out a long sigh. Su Ye didn't understand why Classmate Xiao Zhao had set such an early alarm.
The next moment, Zhao Sihan sat up, the white quilt slowly sliding down to reveal her smooth, beautiful back. She began to fumble for her underwear at the head of the bed. After a rustling sound, Classmate Xiao Zhao got dressed and stood by Su Ye's bed, whispering:
"Old Su, it's not that I don't follow the code of brotherhood, it's that you don't. What kind of decent person goes twice a day, two hours each time? If I don't run, I'm going to die. Goodbye, I'm slipping away!"
As Zhao Sihan's footsteps disappeared from the room, Su Ye couldn't help but laugh. He hadn't expected Classmate Xiao Zhao to be sneaking around so early in the morning just for this.
Su Ye took out his phone and looked at the racehorse purchase contract and agency contract that General Manager Lin Wensen had sent last night. He smiled slightly and muttered to himself:
"I was planning to give you a surprise this morning, but you ran off so early. I guess I'll just have to save it for next time."
He spent the morning working out at the club as usual. After finishing his nutritious lunch, Su Ye went home, took a shower, and sat on the sofa to light a cigarette.
Thinking about the charity banquet Zhang Jing had mentioned to him last night, Su Ye decided to go check it out. Besides, Gu Qingyan had been at school for a while now, and he hadn't visited her yet. He would take the opportunity to pick up Silly Gu today.
In Sichuan Province, the best university for Secretarial Studies is the Normal University. As an adult, it wouldn't have been easy for Gu Qingyan to get in, but Su Ye had money in his left hand and power in his right. After donating one million to the school, everything became easy to handle.
In September, the Shizishan campus felt as if the sultry summer heat had been crushed by the gentle autumn light, blending the scholarly atmosphere of the Normal University with the beauty of nature into a vivid painting.
The branches of the sycamore trees along the main road were gradually turning golden. Sunlight filtered through the layered leaves, casting dappled light and shadows on the walls of the red-brick teaching building. In front of the old Literature Department building, several osmanthus trees were quietly covered in creamy white buds. When the wind blew, a sweet fragrance drifted across the corridor, accompanied by the sound of turning pages.
The small plaza at Shizishan was exceptionally lively in the afternoon. Tents for new student club recruitment were lined up, and a bunch of seniors were waving enthusiastically while holding signs for the "Literature Club" and "Etiquette Team."
At the entrance of the Shizishan campus, the tourmaline red Mercedes-Benz AMG was still dotted with a little moisture. Su Ye had felt the car was a bit dirty earlier, so he had found a detailing shop nearby to wash it. After parking the car at the school gate, Su Ye got out and looked at the body of the car, which was glowing with an exquisite sheen in the light and shadows of the sycamore leaves, nodding with satisfaction.
Su Ye's outfit today was very simple: a white T-shirt with no logo, a pair of washed jeans, and white sneakers on his feet. Just looking at his face, he was indistinguishable from a college student around twenty years old.
He walked straight into the campus. Seeing several female students nearby stopping to whisper to each other about him, Su Ye hooked his lips into a gentle smile and walked up to ask:
"Hello, classmates. May I ask where the Secretarial Studies classroom is?"
A girl with a round face, a bit of baby fat, and freckles had a face as red as a ripe apple. She stuttered as she pointed to a teaching building not far away:
"It's—it's over there."
Su Ye nodded with a smile on his face:
"Thank you."
Then he turned and left, neat and efficient.
After Su Ye's figure disappeared, the girls finally began to whisper:
"Dalin, why didn't you seize the opportunity just now? Such a handsome guy, oh my god, I can't believe I didn't know about him before."
"I haven't seen him either. Logically speaking, it should have spread all over the school's various group chats by now."
"He probably isn't from our school. Dalin, you missed a chance to improve your offspring's genes."
"You talk a big game, but you didn't dare to say a peep just now. Now you're all talk—"
Su Ye strolled through the corridors of the teaching building, casting probing glances into each classroom. Students passed by from time to time, stopping or turning their heads to size Su Ye up. However, they were generally very polite, just watching with envy or jealousy, and didn't come over to disturb him.
It wasn't until Su Ye reached the last classroom on the third floor that he saw Gu Qingyan's back.
Through the clean, bright glass, Su Ye could see a ray of afternoon sunlight passing through the gaps in the sycamore leaves, forming a spot of light that fell on Gu Qingyan's fair profile, casting a hazy golden glow over her face and hair.
At this moment, Gu Qingyan was frowning beautifully, wearing black-rimmed glasses on the bridge of her nose. The cap of the pink gel pen in her hand was gently held in her mouth, and she was watching the teacher lecture with a thoughtful expression.
She was wearing a loose, light gray hoodie on her upper body, which hid her beautiful figure. An apricot-colored short skirt clung to her fair, plump thighs, the hem of the skirt sitting a little distance above her knees. On her feet were a pair of simple white sneakers, paired with white boat socks that set off her already snowy skin, making it look even fairer.
It has to be said that Gu Qingyan really knew how to dress. These clothes weren't big brands, but she wore them with a youthful vibe that perfectly matched the look of an on-campus student.
Su Ye didn't disturb Gu Qingyan. Instead, he stood outside the classroom, resting his elbows on the corridor wall, gazing into the distance at the students coming and going below and the scenery of the campus.
In a corner of the corridor, several girls were whispering while looking at Su Ye. After a few minutes, a pure and cute-looking girl wearing a mint green dress, her face flushed red, was pushed by the other girls in Su Ye's direction.
The girl took a few steps toward Su Ye, then turned her head to look at her companions. The other girls made a synchronized cheering gesture to her.
Seemingly encouraged by her companions behind her, the girl's confidence increased significantly. After taking a few deep breaths, she walked quickly toward Su Ye, but stopped when she reached his back. The skin behind her ears was as red as if it had been stained with blood.
After a few more seconds, the girl mustered up the courage to reach out her slender little hand, wanting to poke Su Ye with her index finger. But by then, Su Ye had already heard the movement behind him and turned his head in confusion, looking at the girl in front of him.
"Hello, is there something you need?"
"Ah!"
The girl was a bit startled by Su Ye's sudden voice. She couldn't help but pull her hand back to her chest and take a half-step back to look at Su Ye, her large, sparkling eyes reflecting Su Ye's image.
"I—that—you—"
The girl couldn't speak for a long time. At this moment, a few cheers came from the corner:
"Susu, go for it!!!"
"Susu, don't be afraid!"
"Susu, charge forward, for the sake of your love!"
