25: Alice's Pregnancy and New Year's Arrangements

Moonlight spilled onto the garden path, draping everything in a silvery veil.

Brian and Alice walked hand in hand, slowly, enjoying the peaceful and beautiful moment.

Suddenly, Alice felt a wave of nausea and dry-heaved.

Seeing this, Brian immediately tensed up and quickly asked, “Alice, what’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell anywhere?”

Alice gently shook her head, took a moment, and said, “It’s nothing, I just suddenly felt a bit nauseous. Maybe I’ve been a bit tired lately.”

Brian was still worried. He carefully observed Alice’s complexion and found that although she said she was fine, her face was somewhat pale.

Alice smiled and nodded, saying, “I will, and you have to take good care of me too.”

Brian quickly said, “Of course, I will always be by your side, taking care of you and the baby.”

Upon returning to the castle, Brian immediately shared the good news with everyone inside the castle.

Everyone was happy for Alice and offered their blessings.

Although Joey didn’t quite understand what was happening, seeing everyone so happy, he also started to babble and laugh along.

Then Brian told Alice to rest well.

He went alone to the Mage Tower.

He planned to send a message to his family to tell them the good news.

After the Magic Formation was connected,

The voice of Tower Spirit Rosen from the family’s Mage Tower came from the other end of the communication array.

“Mother, I have good news for you! Alice is with child; we’re going to have our second child soon!” Brian said excitedly.

Brian quickly said,

Judy nodded and said with concern,
