348: Seafood BBQ

"This is the origin, you should learn about it, okay! Forget it, as long as you're happy! Pick whatever seafood you want to eat, and while you're at it, pick some for the others at home."

When he returned home again, he had some Oysters, Scallops, and razor clams in his hands.

Learning that Teacher Wang Yan was from Gan Province, Yang Qi took out the remaining half of the Tuna head from last time, planning to make a dish of Steamed Fish Head with Chopped Chili Peppers.

So, the women began washing the various shellfish and soaking vermicelli. For something like a barbecue, participating personally made it taste even better.

Yang Qi prepared the barbecue seasoning for them, letting them make the Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Vermicelli themselves, while he started grilling the lamb chops and threading the lamb skewers.

It was fortunate that the second floor was equipped with all kinds of barbecue equipment: a charcoal grill, a teppanyaki plate, and a large oven for roasting beef and lamb. Finally, they even pulled out a stainless steel gas stove with a large iron wok on top.

Many hands made light work, and before long, the grilled dishes were brought one by one to the large solid wood dining table nearby.

Yang Qi smiled and didn't say anything. When he first came home in the afternoon, he had seen these old men pulling their tackle boxes to the small bay to fish.

Now they had finished their meal and even washed the dishes.
