74: Chapter 74: The Opening of the Great Circulation, Rapid Advancement in Martial Arts

According to previous knowledge of Qi and Dao, after the Small Heavenly Cycle is unblocked, Qi runs through the Ren and Du Meridians within the body, constantly eliminating Impurities and keeping the body healthy.

When the Impurities in the body disappear, Qi increases. When the abundant Qi cannot increase any further, it seeks a way out. With a little guidance, one can make the Qi start from the Huiyin, follow the inner thighs, and reach the Yongquan acupoint at the sole of the foot.

Generally, Qi starts from the Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin, then passes through the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming, Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming, Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin, Heart Meridian of Hand-Shaoyin, Small Intestine Meridian of Hand-Taiyang, Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang, Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin, Pericardium Meridian of Hand-Jueyin, Triple Burner Meridian of Hand-Shaoyang, Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang, Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin, and finally returns to the Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin, completing the circulation of the twelve main Meridians.

Of course, such a complete circulation of the twelve main Meridians is very difficult to complete. Most people finish the operation of two or three Meridians in the extraordinary Meridians or the twelve main Meridians, unable to unblock the rest, and can only rush to complete the Foundation Establishment Stage and enter the Innate Realm. Such an Innate state is actually incomplete.

As for Zhao Feng, although he has some understanding of the Meridians, he does not know the relationships between them. He just clears a path through the mountains and builds bridges over rivers, letting the Qi find its own way.

This method is naturally slow, but fortunately, it conforms to the Daoist philosophy of gradual progress and quiet inaction, which actually led him to stumble upon a solution.

The human body is very wonderful. The naturally circulating Qi and blood will flow to different Meridians at different times, and the spiritual power Zhao Feng obtained through Cultivation, under his inaction, naturally flows through the whole body with the Qi and blood.

What does this mean? It means Zhao Feng's Great Heavenly Cycle is unobstructed.

Feeling the spiritual power start from the Zhongfu acupoint, passing through the Yunmen acupoint, Tianfu acupoint, and so on, straight to the Shaoshang acupoint, and then returning, the Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin is unobstructed. Zhao Feng is overjoyed and secretly guesses, "Could it be because of the cleansing of Impurities?"

Actually, his guess makes some sense, but if it were someone else, it might not be the case.

If you compare Qi to water, then the Meridians are water pipes. Recklessly letting water flow out from any part of the pipe to irrigate the land of the body.

It is also because Zhao Feng is the master of the spiritual power, the low damage of the Evolutionary Spirit to himself, and the recovery ability of his Steel Body, that Zhao Feng did not injure his Meridians or body, but instead, the foolish have their own luck, and he managed to find a way.

Zhao Feng only focuses on guarding the Dantian, his intention is faint, and the abundant Qi flows through the Meridians of his whole body, with all Meridians unobstructed. One by one, the Acupoints shine like bright stars in the dark night. There are countless dense Acupoints, far more than just a few hundred.

Although these Acupoints began to shine, the light is dim. Except for the Dantian, which is as fierce as the sun, and the Niwan, which is as cold as the moon, the other Acupoints are just beginning to emit light. It is expected that as his Cultivation deepens, these Acupoints will gradually be filled.

When the Acupoints are filled, the Acquired Qi will reflect back to the Innate, giving birth to a wisp of Innate Qi from the void, officially entering the Innate Realm of a Martial Artist or the Foundation Establishment Stage of a practitioner.

Therefore, although Zhao Feng is now a Spirit Rank expert, on the road of Cultivation, he cannot even compare to a babbling infant.

However, compared to ordinary Innate experts, Zhao Feng is not inferior. After all, filling these countless Acupoints requires an unknown amount of Acquired True Qi. The power of this massive amount of Acquired True Qi may not be inferior to ordinary Innate True Qi.

Thinking of the difficulty of advancing, Zhao Feng cannot help but show a look of distress. Who knows when these Acupoints will be filled!

Compared to the high difficulty of improving his Realm, Zhao Feng feels like he has won the lottery in terms of techniques.

"Hmph!" Zhao Feng throws a punch with force. This is a move from the Great Dragon Fist, Dragon Shakes the Giant Tree.

Although the name is vulgar, the power is still good. Generally speaking, this punch can at least shake a large tree as thick as a bucket, or use brute force to break it.

But if that's all, it can only be considered Minor Achievement.

After Zhao Feng punches, intentionally or unintentionally, a force bursts out from the Laogong acupoint in his palm. Although this force leaves his body, he can still barely feel its great power.

This is an extremely high-frequency vibration. If such power hits a tree, even if the exterior is uninjured, the interior will be as soft as tofu and will break with a light push.

"If such a casual punch can achieve this effect, could it be..."

Zhao Feng's mind moves, and he opens the System panel. Sure enough.

Great Dragon Fist: Well-versed.

Centipede-Piercing Spear Technique: Well-versed.

Tree Flight: Well-versed.

Stone Throwing Technique: Well-versed.

Because all his Meridians are unblocked, Zhao Feng's Martial Skill is supported by his internal breath, easily crossing the Minor Achievement Realm. In the Well-versed Realm, every move and style of a Martial Artist contains True Qi, invincible.

"I wonder how it compares to those experts in the novels I read before?" Stopping his Cultivation, Zhao Feng guesses to himself.

Without a reference, Zhao Feng is very vague about his own strength. The creatures on the Taichu Star and the Planet of the Dead are different from those on Earth, and the battles experienced on Earth were life-and-death struggles against high-tech opponents, so he couldn't tell where he stood.

But speaking of which, the strength of the Tian Boguang card is still fresh in his memory. Now, Zhao Feng should be able to defeat one hundred Tian Boguangs. After all, his attack power, defense, speed, etc., are far beyond that state at that time.

Perhaps this is the Realm of a first-class expert.

He certainly hasn't reached the Innate Realm; Zhao Feng is very clear about this. Since he doesn't even count as Innate, that little Golden Core naturally won't allow Zhao Feng to call himself a Golden Core Stage expert.

"For now, let's just treat it as a stone, hehe."

Regardless of these, Zhao Feng collects his spirit and continues to hone his Martial Skill. Of the nine Realms of Martial Skill, he has only reached the fourth Realm, and there is still a huge room for improvement.

"Boom boom..."

"Bang bang..."

On the training ground of the Town Center, continuous explosions ring out.

Except for necessary eating, relieving himself, and sleeping, Zhao Feng devotes all his time to Cultivation, just like the time spent solving problems and playing games in college, full of challenges and passion.

Sunrises and sunsets, the moon waxing and waning, days pass by like this.

The Great Qin, without Zhao Feng's interference, does not stop developing, but becomes stronger at a steady pace.

Sunlight can occasionally shine on the earth, and the corpse poison existing in the air is gradually purified by the Spirit Light Bacteria filling the world. The land is recovering, the water is recovering, and the air is recovering.

Seeds carried by wind and water begin to sprout quietly in various places. They try their best to absorb nutrients from the barren soil and stubbornly raise their heads.

If it weren't for the fact that most of these seeds came from the trees planted by the Great Qin Planter, the ecological environment of the Planet of the Dead would be about the same as before.

These seeds from special plants are not as miraculous in other places as they are in the Great Qin, but grow slowly like ordinary seeds. But for the creatures on the Planet of the Dead that are already on the edge of extinction, this is undoubtedly a chance to breathe.

With the arrival of the first clear rain, the evolution path of the Planet of the Dead officially begins.
