35: Production efficiency gradually improved

"Alright! If I see the old man not in good spirits this afternoon, I'll tell him just that," Qi Qingan said happily.

"We've been busy all morning, let's go to the cafeteria to eat," Liu Xiaolin finished.

The two walked and talked, and soon arrived at the cafeteria.

As soon as they entered, they saw Wang Shengjun also eating. The two got their food and sat across from him.

"Deputy Factory Director Wang, have you been keeping an eye on the workshop all morning?" Liu Xiaolin asked.

"Yes, I've been watching the workshop. The efficiency wasn't very good at first, and I was a bit anxious. Later, as the workers became more skilled, the efficiency improved a lot," Wang Shengjun said while eating.

"Everything has a process, so don't be too anxious, especially don't wear yourself out," Liu Xiaolin exhorted.

"It's fine, I'm not tired at all. Especially after seeing the efficiency improve, I was really happy and energized," Wang Shengjun said with a smile.

"Look at you, as soon as the efficiency went up, you got energized," Qi Qingan said. "Didn't I tell you? Improving efficiency is just a matter of time. Wasn't I right?"

"Yes, you're right. It seems the skills of our factory's old employees are all top-notch. I'm very proud," Wang Shengjun said.

"Exactly, we brought back a large number of those highly skilled old employees, so of course, there's efficiency," Liu Xiaolin said with a smile.

Soon, they finished their lunch.

Liu Xiaolin, as always, was going back to his office for a nap.

Wang Shengjun and Qi Qingan, however, were thinking about the workshop situation, and the two went to the workshop together.

The workshop workers also had an hour's break at noon.

After the two arrived at the workshop, they saw some workers finding an empty spot, laying down a cardboard box, and sleeping, some workers who seemed to have no habit of napping were sitting aside looking at their phones, and some workers who had just returned were reading training manuals to consolidate their training knowledge.

Everyone was quiet, the rumbling of the machines had stopped, and the large workshop was remarkably silent. 33 Novel Network.

"Deputy Factory Director Wang, you should go back and rest too. Everyone is on their lunch break now, so watching is no use," Qi Qingan advised.

"No, I want to see your production schedule for the afternoon, and I want to estimate how many 1.0t engines can be produced this afternoon based on the efficiency changes from the morning," Wang Shengjun was very stubborn.

"Alright then, let's go to my office," Qi Qingan couldn't out-stubborn the old man.

As soon as he entered the workshop office, Wang Shengjun picked up the morning's production statistics detailed sheet and began to ponder.

"Based on the later efficiency, I think we should be able to complete 180 1.0t engines this afternoon. What do you think?" Wang Shengjun pondered for a while and came to a conclusion.

"Oh, Deputy Factory Director Wang, you and I thought of the same thing. I think so too," Qi Qingan burst into laughter. "Haha, this really is a case of 'great minds think alike'!"

"But we can't be careless. This can only be achieved if the process goes smoothly. Once a problem occurs and isn't resolved promptly, it might affect efficiency," Wang Shengjun was still a little uneasy.

"There shouldn't be any problem! You saw it yourself just now, our workers are all very meticulous and full of drive," Qi Qingan was also very confident.

The two studied for a while longer, and then it was time to start work.

As soon as it was time to start work, before Qi Qingan and Wang Shengjun even walked into the workshop, the rumbling of machines began in the workshop.

The two of them began to track and check each process one by one. After two or three rounds, Qi Qingan felt a bit tired.

He looked up at Wang Shengjun and saw that he also looked a bit powerless.

So he pretended to take a call and stood outside for a few minutes. After returning, he said to Wang Shengjun, "Deputy Factory Director Wang, I just received a call from General Manager Liu. He asked you to go over, saying he has something to discuss with you."

As soon as Wang Shengjun heard that General Manager Liu wanted him to come over to discuss something, he immediately rushed over without stopping.

Liu Xiaolin also started working as soon as it was time to start. After being busy for over two hours, he was just about to take a breather when Wang Shengjun knocked and came in.

"Xiaolin, do you need to talk to me about something?" Wang Shengjun walked in briskly and asked before even sitting down.

Seeing him look like he was about to leave as soon as he finished talking, Liu Xiaolin thought to himself that Qi Qingan had really tricked him into coming here.

"Uncle Wang, don't rush. Please sit down for a bit, have some water, and then we'll talk about the main business," Liu Xiaolin said while making a cup of tea for Wang Shengjun.

Wang Shengjun was indeed thirsty, and he blew away the tea leaves and took several sips of the tea.

"Uncle Wang, how is the production situation in the workshop this afternoon?" Liu Xiaolin asked, making conversation.

"Much better than this morning. I followed two or three rounds of processes, and they were all very smooth. If it continues like this, producing 180 units this afternoon should be no problem," Wang Shengjun started talking non-stop as soon as production was mentioned.

"You've worked hard today. Tracking every process isn't easy," Liu Xiaolin said with concern.

"It's nothing, nothing at all. I can handle it," Wang Shengjun said nonchalantly.
