94: The cooperation in the development and production of drones has also been reached

"General Manager Shi, I'll be honest with you. I already have a complete set of the most advanced drone design blueprints, the latest equipment, workshops, and laboratories, as well as various training materials. But I'm missing the most crucial link," Liu Xiaolin said seriously.

"You don't need to say it, I know what you're missing. People, right?" Shi Hangtian understood immediately.

Someone with a dream, who has blueprints and a workshop, but has been slow to start doing anything – what does that indicate? It can only indicate that he doesn't have the people who can help him realize his dream.

Talent is the foundation of creation. Without talent, the best blueprints and the most advanced equipment are meaningless.

"Yes, that's right. I'm missing technical research and development personnel and skilled workers. How did you know?" Liu Xiaolin asked.

"I feel that the timing of our discussion about cooperation today is truly perfect, neither too early nor too late. Do you know, in order to develop drones, our branch company's Human Resources Department has hired quite a few scientific research personnel and skilled workers over the past year. However, we've been stuck at the drone blueprint design stage, meaning we hit a terrible bottleneck right from the design phase," Shi Hangtian said, feeling helpless yet filled with joy. "This isn't the result I wanted. Yesterday, when I heard your passion for drones during your live broadcast, I felt I could ask you to help us break through this bottleneck. I never expected you to have all the technology, only lacking talent. Doesn't that make our cooperation perfectly suited!"

"Really? That's fantastic then. Let's start cooperating immediately!" Liu Xiaolin said impatiently.

"We must cooperate immediately. Can I see your drone design blueprints?" Shi Hangtian asked tentatively.

He knew these blueprints were confidential and usually not shown to others.

"No problem. We're cooperating, so why can't I show them to you?" Liu Xiaolin said, taking out the drone blueprints given to him by the Strongest Manufacturing System. "These are the Z-level drone design blueprints I just obtained. Their technical parameters are the most advanced in the world. Their flight altitude can reach three thousand meters, and their maximum flight duration can reach 2400 hours."

"What did you say? How is that possible? Currently, the most advanced drones in the world only have a flight altitude of one thousand meters, and the best flight duration is only a few hundred hours!" Shi Hangtian asked in disbelief.

"These drone design blueprints of mine reference the technical parameters of military aircraft, so although it's a drone, its performance is comparable to a military plane. Its primary purpose is long-distance relief and disaster rescue, but when needed, it can be converted for other uses at any time," Liu Xiaolin explained. After getting the blueprints, he had quickly browsed through them and had a general understanding of the performance and purpose of this Z-level drone.

"That's great. Where is your workshop? Can I go see it now?" Shi Hangtian was deeply moved by what he heard.

"It's five kilometers from here. I plan to go there next Monday. As you saw today, General Manager Zhang is here, and I can't possibly leave them behind and take you away myself. Tomorrow we might have a batch of goods to ship, which is our 1.0t engine's first shipment, and I must track it throughout the process. So, can we go together next Monday?" Liu Xiaolin stated his thoughts.

"Alright, that works too. I'll bring a few R&D personnel with me next Monday to take a look. Maybe after seeing it, they'll stay directly and start working," Shi Hangtian seemed impatient. Before even seeing the workshop, he was already thinking about starting the research and development immediately.

"No problem, I'll take you there next Monday," Liu Xiaolin said. "Is your branch company far from here?"

"Our branch company is in the suburbs of Huaao City. Currently, there is only one laboratory there, so our R&D personnel and skilled workers all work there," Shi Hangtian replied.

"That's perfect then. My drone manufacturing workshop is also in Huaao City. In that case, working will be incredibly convenient," Liu Xiaolin never expected there to be an aerospace manufacturing company in Huaao City. This truly was a remarkable coincidence.

"Really? That's wonderful then. Our personnel won't have to commute back and forth and can work nearby," Shi Hangtian was also excited. "Then I'll wait for you in Huaao City on Monday. Just let me know when you arrive, and I'll bring the R&D personnel to find you."

"It's settled then. As for the cooperation terms, you can draft them yourself. I'm not making drones to make a lot of money; I'm doing it to realize my dream," Liu Xiaolin expressed his views on the cooperation terms.

"I can draft them myself, but don't worry, I won't let you suffer a loss. Cooperation where both sides win is the best cooperation," Shi Hangtian was not someone who liked to take advantage of others.

After the two agreed, they returned to the conference room.

The cooperation talks here had also concluded. Zhang Zhehan, after a brief communication with the group's senior management, had obtained full authorization to be in charge.

Zhang Zhehan and Chang Zaichun from the Purchasing Department drafted a long-term cooperation contract and were just waiting for Liu Xiaolin to return, review it, and sign it if he had no objections.

Of course, Liu Xiaolin had no objections. With this long-term cooperation contract, there would be no issues with the sales of the 1.0t engine in the future, meaning the Jiangnan Machinery Factory had completely stood up and escaped its predicament. This was a great thing!

In this situation, Liu Xiaolin could devote himself to the research, development, and manufacturing of drones, which was his passion.

Everything was developing towards the good side, and everything was full of infinite possibilities.

Liu Xiaolin was filled with joy at this moment, as if he could already see the scene of drones taking off one after another.

After reading the contract, he quickly signed his name: "Excellent, great, unbelievably good!"

Everyone was infected by his good mood and were very happy.

After the contract was signed, Zhang Zhehan led his group away from the Jiangnan Machinery Factory. Before leaving, Shi Hangtian and Liu Xiaolin exchanged phone numbers and reconfirmed their appointment to meet in Huaao City on Monday.

Liu Xiaolin watched the two small cars drive away, understanding that from this point on, he would embark on a new journey.
