187: Magical Alchemy

For Alchemists, the laws and world rules of a God Domain are undoubtedly very weak, making it impossible for them to unleash their full power.

They still need to be in a complete world to truly showcase the splendor of alchemy.

Currently, they are only using alchemy to create some constructed lifeforms to help the Colossus God Lord enhance his strength.

When the Fire Kirin led its team into the God Domain, it initially intended to directly destroy the God Domain Core, but unexpectedly encountered an unforeseen powerful enemy.

In the Colossus God Lord’s God Domain, more than twenty figures clad in silver-gray robes floated in the air, surrounded by phantom images of laws.

As soon as the Fire Kirin infiltrated this God Domain, it was discovered by this group of seventh-tier Alchemists, and before the Fire Kirin could display its might, these guys struck first.

The Alchemists collectively formed a massive alchemical array, with intertwining silver lines weaving a giant net in mid-air, twisting the spatial rules of the entire area into a cage.

The Abyssal Demigods charging at the forefront were instantly frozen in mid-air, subsequently becoming birds in a cage.

After trapping them, this group of Alchemists then targeted the demons hidden in the shadow space.

“Space Reconstruction.”

The leading Alchemist gently waved his arm, and the Philosopher's Stone clutched in his palm radiated brilliant light.

Immediately after, ripples spread across the shadow space of the entire God Domain, and the demon army, originally hidden in the shadow space, was repelled and forced to reveal their forms.

The demons, whose forms were suddenly exposed in the God Domain, had clearly never encountered such a situation and were slightly stunned.

The Colossus would not hesitate, raising their invincible iron fists and smashing them towards the demons.

These Colossus were not very strong; the most powerful Adamantine Golems were only comparable to ordinary sixth-tierFamily.

But against the elite of the sixth-tier—the Abyssal Demons—they were clearly no match.

However, the Colossus also had advantages; demons that primarily relied on mental attacks, such as Succubi and Nightmares, had very limited lethality against the Colossus.

And as for Blood Demons and Poison Demons, there was even less to say; the Colossus were basically immune to blood magic and venom.

These demons could only rely on weapons condensed through primordial resonance and cast shadow magic to fight them.

Various weapons condensed through primordial resonance were extremely sharp, capable of cutting off large chunks of material from the Colossus’ bodies.

And as for violent individuals like Berserk Demons, Bone Demons, and Dread Demons, there was even less to say; they would rush into the midst of the Colossus and unleash a barrage of violent smashing.

At this moment, an Alchemist raised his hand and condensed an alchemical array in the void, and space shattered like glass.

Immediately after, the spatial fragments suddenly transformed into tangible blades, stirring up a bloody storm among the demon horde.

Another Alchemist then lightly pointed at the large amount of materials falling from the Colossus on the ground.

These materials seemed to be vitalized, rapidly combining and condensing, then forming various creatures.

Some transformed into Adamantine Pythons, freely roaming and strangling on the battlefield.

Some transformed into Diamond Giants, rampaging across the battlefield.

These creatures, composed of various materials, were even more powerful than the original Colossus, inflicting heavy casualties on the demons.

The trapped Fire Kirin had been observing the battlefield, and as it watched the Alchemists display their various divine abilities, its pupils suddenly contracted.

“These guys… are not using magic at all; they are rewriting the rules of the world!”

Indeed, these Alchemists directly altered the essence of some substances and rules, rewriting them according to their will.

The Alchemists naturally would not let these Demigods off; one of them looked down at the Fire Kirin and its companions, writing a true name in the void with his fingertip:

“Decay, manifest.”

Gray light enveloped all the invading Demigod creatures, and a power of decay directly acted upon them.

The surface of the Fire Kirin’s scales looked as if it had endured countless years of wind and sun, becoming pitted and severely damaged, and the same went for the dragons; their scales also became tattered, greatly reducing their defense.

The skin of the Berserk Demons looked as if it had been drained of moisture, becoming dry and rotten, and some of the Berserk Demons’ internal organs were being destroyed by this power of decay.

Not only that, but their entire body’s power was rapidly decaying and dissipating, and the magic power in their bodies gradually became turbid, losing its spirituality.

“This power… is truly terrifying.”

The Fire Kirin felt the decay from within and without, and couldn’t help but exclaim in admiration.

This group of Alchemists was able to achieve such a degree without even mastering the law of decay.

Indeed, one cannot underestimate any intelligent creature.

At this moment, another Alchemist also refused to be outdone, his finger tracing through the void as another true name manifested.

“Decomposition, manifest.”

Another Green light flashed, and the enveloped Fire Kirin only felt a mysterious force trying to completely break it down.

Relying on its own innate talent, the Fire Kirin barely resisted this power of decomposition.

The dragons were likewise; although their scales were decaying, they could still hold on for a period of time relying on their innate defensive talent.

Only that group of Berserk Demons couldn’t hold on for long.

Although they had transformed into their Berserk Demon forms early on, they did not have hard scales or powerful defensive talents, and were decomposed immediately under this power.

They were decomposed into several substances under the rule of decomposition.

Dark red viscous particles representing flesh and blood, apatite particles representing bones, various elemental crystals representing their own energy, and so on.

The originally powerful Demigods were actually decomposed into their most primitive substances.

Fortunately, the souls of the Berserk Demons were not subject to decomposition, which allowed them to escape with their lives.

The moment their souls returned to the Abyss, this group of Berserk Demons prioritized reporting the intelligence of their failed invasion to the Lord of the Abyss.

Ye Chen was somewhat surprised to hear about the miraculous power of the Alchemists.

Originally, he thought the Colossus Divine Realm would be the easiest to take down, and also the least valuable.

After all, these Colossus had no souls, could not produce Abyss Power, and their combat power was not comparable to the demon army; they were simply useless.

He never expected that the masters behind this group of Colossus would give him such a big surprise.

This group of Alchemists had practically blended various systems to form a unique path.

In alchemy, one could see various systems such as natural laws, science, chemistry, magic, formations, and so on.

And they were able to integrate and utilize these disparate and unrelated systems, unleashing power beyond their own.

This reminded him of another group of highly intelligent individuals—Wizards.

Wizards and Alchemists had extremely similar aspects; both relied on a rich knowledge system to change the world.

However, Wizards, on the whole, still relied on witchcraft, while Alchemists seemed very abstract, capable of using various means to achieve their goals.

Ye Chen dared not underestimate this group of Alchemists and quickly dispatched nearly fifty newly added Demigods from the Abyss, who, along with the resurrected Berserk Demons, once again invaded the Colossus Divine Realm.

Subsequently, Ye Chen also dispatched a large number of sixth-tier magical beasts to accompany the operation, heading majestically towards the Colossus Divine Realm.
