3: Overeating

Feeling confused, Ye Chen repeated the previous operation, producing a third Worm to duel with the first.

Without surprise, the third Worm was mercilessly killed and devoured by the first.

Ye Chen, however, stared intently at the attribute panel; the moment the third Worm died, the Abyss Power jumped from 352 to 353 points again!

This made Ye Chen's heart pound fiercely.

This Abyssal Will is simply amazing; the dead Worms can actually return the cost!

Ye Chen guessed that when a Worm dies, the Abyssal Will either recovers its death aura or some kind of resentment, increasing the Abyss Power by one point.

And this point of Abyss Power happens to replenish the cost of creating the Abyssal Worm.

This is why the BUG phenomenon of consumption followed by return occurs.

Moreover, after the Worm dies, its soul returns to the Abyssal Will without any consumption.

This BUG allows for infinite resurrection of Worms through the Abyssal Will when other worlds invade his God Domain.

As long as the Abyssal Will is not destroyed, he can wear down opponents with infinite resurrection!

But after adding the Devour Enhance talent, its effect becomes incredibly powerful!

With this BUG, his Abyssal Worms can be completely self-sufficient!

Not only does it perfectly solve the food problem, but it can also continuously strengthen itself!

If there were no restrictions, just the infighting among his own Worms could lead to infinite enhancement!

Thinking of this, Ye Chen waved his hand and went all in.

In the blink of an eye, over three hundred Abyssal Worms appeared on the ground; those with trypophobia would probably get goosebumps from this scene.

Under Ye Chen's command, the Worms instantly tore into each other, and a bloody mist filled the air.

These Worms have low intelligence and no fancy dirty tricks; they just go straight for the fight!

Some Worms tangled together, twisting into a chaotic knot in the confusion.

The most valiant and powerful was naturally the first Worm, which had been enhanced twice, running rampant with its dominant mouthparts and hard shell.

One Worm after another died in its mouth, transforming into nutrients to strengthen itself.

Soon, the chaotic battle ended, and the first Worm, though heavily injured, successfully defended its title.

Amidst scattered limbs, the first Worm roared towards the sky, celebrating its victory.

Then it lowered its head, tearing at the fresh flesh, the crunching sounds echoing across the land.

With continuous eating, the first Worm's wounds healed quickly, and its body visibly grew larger.

Newly grown dark red carapace on its surface pushed off the broken shell, and its body became whole again.

Soon, most of the over three hundred Worm corpses were devoured, and the first Worm's size had grown to over three meters long.

It selectively devoured the essence of the remaining corpses and stopped eating.

Ye Chen looked at the remaining flesh and guessed that the first Worm was probably full and digesting.

So, he went all in again, and the Worm Army appeared once more.

He commanded the Worm Army to clean up the leftovers and continue fighting each other.

Meanwhile, the first Worm stood in an open space, watching the performance of its juniors, looking quite comfortable.

In this round, another Abyssal Worm stood out, winning by a slight margin.

It was not in as good a state as the first Worm and could only crawl with difficulty on its few remaining legs.

It found a Worm corpse with flesh exposed and gnawed at it with its damaged mouthparts.

As it ate, its condition slowly improved.

Ye Chen didn't wait for it to finish eating; he found an open space and started 'raising Gu' again.

Thus, batch after batch of Worms were reborn and then died.

The remaining 'champions' drew nutrients from the mountain of corpses, turning them into resources for themselves.

After several more rounds of competition, Ye Chen directly ordered the Abyssal Will to replicate his operation, repeating the 'raising Gu'.

And the champion team, if they could eat, were given priority for feeding.

Then, Ye Chen exited the God Domain.

The time flow in the God Domain world is ten times faster than in the real world, so not much time had passed.

Now that he had the powerful cheat of the Abyssal Will, he had to seriously consider how to use it to quickly become strong.

Although 'raising Gu' can quickly strengthen a group of elites in the early stage, Abyssal Worms are after all the lowest level of Abyss creatures.

For the champions that stand out, the 'nutrition' from novice Worms becomes lower the further they go.

Unless these enhanced champions compete again, with the winner devouring the other champions, they might achieve a breakthrough.

Obtaining Abyss Power must also be put on the agenda.

Otherwise, with the existence of more and more champions, his own Abyss Power will become less and less.

His Abyssal God Domain is also too simple; with Abyss Power, he needs to renovate it and add some powerful rules like time acceleration.

Thinking of this, Ye Chen became more and more eager for Abyss Power.

Now that he was financially strapped, he could only look for other ways to obtain negative aura.

Thinking of this, Ye Chen decided to go to the School tomorrow to see if he could obtain some resources.

After tidying up his mood, he took out some ingredients from the refrigerator, ate a simple meal, and then went to rest with anticipation.

...

The next day, an excited Ye Chen woke up early.

He checked the God Domain immediately; after a night of fighting, there were over a hundred 'champions' on the ground.

Among them, the top thirty or so had even eaten a second time, reaching level four or five stars.

The most powerful first Worm had eaten three times, and each time more than the other champions.

So while other champions were still hovering around four or five meters in size, the first Worm had grown to seven meters long, reaching seven stars!

Its carapace even shimmered with a cold luster, its edges sharp like sawteeth.

Looking at the ace before him, Ye Chen considered its greater appetite compared to other Worms and named it 'Gluttony'!

Although it sounds like the name of a glutton, it also contains Ye Chen's expectations for it.

He hoped it would eat more and grow more, becoming strong as soon as possible.

After washing up, Ye Chen left his house early.

Perhaps because he didn't want to face the empty house, the original owner chose to leave early every day and walk to School, returning home slowly in the evening without any sense of urgency.

Along the way, he met many classmates riding bicycles past him.

In the past, the original owner would actively greet them, and those classmates would politely reply.

But after the awakening, the classmates seemed to realize that he had lost his top student aura, and their attitude towards Ye Chen became more casual.

Some even ignored him completely, as if facing a stranger.

This was not a bad thing for Ye Chen.

He didn't want to play at friendship with these classmates or participate in various social activities.

He was a lone wolf; managing his God Domain well and becoming strong was more important than anything.

On the way, he spent five yuan on a few large meat buns, filling his empty stomach.

Previously, in order to strengthen the Worms, the original owner had spent all his savings, leaving only over two hundred yuan for living expenses.

This money was only enough for about a week, so he needed to find a way to earn money.

Of course, he still had a few divine power values that could be exchanged for cash, but this would be putting the cart before the horse.

The value of divine power value was much higher than cash, and it was the exclusive currency circulated among 'God Lords' like them.

As soon as he walked into the classroom, a sarcastic voice came from inside.

"Oh, isn't this our great student Ye? You look like you're in good spirits today."
