198: Laws of blessing

Abyss Eye also noticed Apollo falling into a disadvantage, and the faint light in its eyes flickered, summoning two more "cannon fodder".

The void rippled, and "Slaughter" and "Rampage" were summoned out of thin air into the Abyss Domain.

"Slaughter" gazed at "Rampage" beside it, its eyes seemingly filled with a thousand words.

And "Rampage" tilted its head slightly, avoiding "Slaughter's" burning gaze, while also surveying the surrounding situation.

Two laws peeled away from Abyss Eye, coiling around them like pythons, then gradually merging into their bodies.

One blood-red law chain was bestowed upon Slaughter, and one black-purple law chain was bestowed upon Rampage.

Ever since Slaughter evolved into an "Aatrox", the longswords in its hands transformed into normal demon arms, and its two longswords became one massive dark-red demonic sword.

Dark-red light flowed over the demonic sword, as if blood was continuously moving.

Its body was tall and robust, with distinct, hard blood-red muscles, full of power.

Its face had sharp angles, exuding a cold and majestic aura, and on its head were a pair of curved demon horns, extending backward from both sides of its forehead.

Behind it were a pair of exceptionally large wings, which, when spread, were like a sky-obscuring curtain.

Slaughter's body exuded a strong aura of slaughter, filled with the smell of blood and death.

Meanwhile, "Rampage's" Evolution seemed sparse and ordinary; he was just a common Infernal Demon.

From the very beginning, he was just an ordinary Worm, his only highlight being the first hundred-win streak achieved in the dueling arena.

He lacked the special attribute talents of Apollo and Slaughter, merely an extraordinarily diligent demon.

Unlike typical Infernal Demons, Rampage did not wield a long-handled great axe, but a knight's greatsword.

During his days in the Abyss, he spent most of his time learning swordsmanship with Gavin.

With the blessing of the "Combat Instinct" talent, Rampage quickly mastered the extraordinary swordsmanship Gavin had honed for decades.

His fighting style also differed from that of typical demons; instead of overwhelming opponents with brute force, it was filled with technique.

His superb swordsmanship combined with the Infernal Demon's powerful physical body, along with the two abilities of gravity control and spatial distortion, made Rampage fearless of any demon of the same rank.

Under the blessing of the laws, the strength of the two Great Demons rapidly expanded as if being inflated.

Soon, they, like Apollo, reached "Pseudo-Eighth Rank".

Ye Chen's cold voice rang in their ears.

"Go, hold off that old fellow!"

The two little ones were demons with rich combat experience, and after a slightstunned, they picked up their swords and charged towards Old Troll.

"Gravity Suppression!"

"Insightful Prediction!"

The two little ones activated their awakened abilities immediately.

Old Troll only felt his body suddenly sink, and his body, already corroded by Abyss Eye, became even heavier and numb.

Then, Slaughter, holding the dark-red greatsword, slashed at Old Troll's legs, intending to cripple him directly.

Old Troll naturally wouldn't let it succeed; a wall of ice blocked this sword, also sealing off Slaughter's attack route.

Taking this opportunity, Rampage wildly swung his greatsword, every move aimed at Old Troll's vital points.

Although Old Troll possessed the "Regeneration" talent, he dared not underestimate attacks blessed by Rampage's law, and could only pick up his staff to block them one by one.

Though Slaughter and Rampage had not fought together for a long time, they had previously been both teacher and friend, so their cooperation was extremely tacit, suppressing Old Troll to the point where he couldn't raise his head.

On the other side, Apollo, seeing the arrival of assistants, also pressed forward.

At this moment, he held a dark-black long saber radiating an aura of fear in his single arm.

The other arm, broken by Old Troll, had already grown back a small portion; if he were given more time, it could fully recover.

The three demons formed a perfect 'Ma-style' triangular kill formation, their offensive like an unceasing tide.

Old Troll seemed somewhat overwhelmed facing the encirclement of the three demons.

His body was constantly being corroded by the Abyss, greatly diminishing his strength.

His physical body no longer allowed him to fight for a long time; now, he could only quickly break that Abyss Eye to resolve all these crises.

Thinking of this, he raised the staff in his hand to block the three's attacks, while beginning to chant incantations.

Soon, a layer of gray-white mist enveloped him, and his figure became increasingly blurry within the mist.

The three initially paid no mind to the mist, believing it to be merely a visual trick to obscure their sight.

But soon, the three's attacks gradually deviated, changing from encircling Old Troll to entangling each other.

Abyss Eye, transformed by Ye Chen, naturally saw through the illusory nature of the mist; this was the Law of Illusion mastered by Old Troll.

"Wake up!"

Ye Chen's low voice exploded in their ears, but the three seemed to hear nothing.

He encountered the same awkward situation as when Old Troll had previously awakened the troll army...

Old Troll broke free from the three's encirclement and quickly rushed towards Ye Chen with his staff.

However, Ye Chen was unable to summon demon cannon fodder at this time; with his current ability, he could only bless three laws at once.

But he was not entirely defenseless.

Abyss Eye shot a dark-red beam of light onto Old Troll's body, causing him to pause.

"Suppression"

Abyss Eye, having integrated a large number of laws, although it did not have many offensive means, possessed methods akin to the World Will and Heavenly Dao.

"Punishment"

Streaks of dark-black Netherflame drifted out from Abyss Eye, landing on Old Troll's body, scorching him.

Old Troll only felt himself growing weaker, and the Worms inside his body had already corroded his body into a sieve.

It wouldn't be long before, even if Abyss Eye no longer acted, he would completely perish.

Time is running out!

Old Troll sighed inwardly, deciding to go all out.

He plunged the staff in his hand into the ground, freed his hands, and then twisted wildly around the staff like a shaman performing a ritual.

A strange incantation sound rose from his mouth, and his eyes gradually became hollow.

As the sound of the incantation grew louder, the sound of wind chimes gradually began to ring in the air.

This sound of wind chimes echoed in the ears of the troll legion, gradually restoring some clarity to them.

But the physical anomaly continued, and they could only watch helplessly as they were corroded into demons, gradually falling into the Abyss.

This, in turn, made them even more desperate, like a dying person watching their organs cease to function one by one.

"Rise for me!"

With Old Troll's final roar, the entire Ancestral Spirit Temple rose from the ground.

And in the void, there was also a complete Ancestral Spirit Temple radiating brilliant light.

It was an illusory temple composed of gray-white mist, and at the main entrance of the temple, a pure white wind chime gently swayed, emitting a crisp ringing sound.

The Ancestral Spirit Temple and the illusory temple in the void merged into one, forming a complete temple.

Then, the temple directly ascended into the air, pressing down towards Abyss Eye like a Mount Tai.
