6: 5 disciplinary plans

"Hitting the Instructor? No, it's easy to cause minor injuries and turn into a criminal case."

"Hitting the academy leaders? No, they're too high-ranking, my old man probably couldn't handle it."

"Fighting with classmates? No, these guys are too strong, I can't beat them."

"Violating Police Academy rule number 32, going out without leave, multiple times can lead to disciplinary action."

... The notebook was densely filled with various plans for rule-breaking.

The leader was so angry that he directly picked him up and locked him in solitary confinement.

In the boring solitary confinement room, Ye Lin finally felt the power of loneliness, and quickly listed several ways to get a demerit without being expelled.

After he got out, Ye Lin began to implement his plan to complete the task.

The first disciplinary plan: going out without leave. For a disciplined force, going out without asking for leave is a big taboo. Knowing the whereabouts of personnel is the bottom line for all disciplined forces.

"Ye Lin..."

"Where's Ye Lin?"

"Out? Dammit, who did he ask for leave from? How many times has this been?!"

After that, angry roars like these often came from the squad leader's office.

At first, the squad leader, considering that he was part of the talent recruitment program, would try to reason with him. However, after Ye Lin was missing for three consecutive days, he decisively gave Ye Lin a demerit. Those three days almost scared him to death; if anything had happened to Ye Lin, his position as squad leader would have been over.

The squad leader originally thought that even with a demerit, Ye Lin wouldn't settle down, but he didn't expect the effect to be, well, surprisingly good; that kid never went out without leave again.

Just when the squad leader thought Ye Lin had turned over a new leaf, Ye Lin began his second disciplinary plan.

He found a day off, and properly requested leave to go out.

However, when he returned, the squad leader was dumbfounded; a trendy man stood before him: a red explosion hairstyle, two earrings, jeans, and a pair of pointed-toe leather shoes.

This outfit directly ignited the entire cadet squad, and the Comrades whistled wildly.

The squad leader covered his face and helplessly gave Ye Lin his second demerit, then escorted him that night to get a buzz cut, remove his earrings, and change into a proper cadet uniform.

The third disciplinary plan: fighting. He originally wanted to find an opportunity to fight with his classmates, after all, they were so familiar, these guys should go easy on him. But after looking around, Ye Lin decisively gave up, because these classmates were all well-trained and too strong. So he found an opportunity, while eating at the Police Academy's restaurant, he deliberately drank too much and got into a fight with the restaurant owner.

In the end, he barely managed to draw with the restaurant owner; although he himself was beaten black and blue, he successfully received his third demerit.

Receiving three demerits in one year directly broke the Police Academy's record. The Police Academy leaders held multiple meetings to try and expel him, but considering he was a talent and had improved relatively well, absolutely not making the same mistake twice, the leaders endured it.

The fourth disciplinary plan: petty theft. Separated by a wall from the Police Academy was the school's family dormitory area. Because everyone was 'their own people,' management wasn't strict, and many family members had enclosed a plot of land in their yards: growing vegetables and raising chickens.

Ye Lin would climb over the wall and do nothing else; he would dig whatever vegetables were there, stew chickens if there were chickens, and stew ducks if there were ducks, causing the family members in the dormitory area to complain endlessly.

Several senior family members directly ran to the dean's office, banging on the table, demanding severe punishment for Ye Lin, forcing the Police Academy leaders to give him a demerit on the spot.

By the fifth demerit, Ye Lin was truly at his wit's end; the school had already put a special focus on him.

A special task was issued within the Police Academy: 'Keep a close eye on Ye Lin.'

Whenever Ye Lin was seen about to make a mistake, all the Comrades could immediately step forward and use various means to stop him.

Well, Ye Lin hadn't expected the school to come up with such a move.

As a result, he didn't get a single demerit for the next six months.

There was no other way. Towards the end of the last semester, at a general police officer meeting for the entire academy, a superior leader came to preside over the meeting.

The leader had just spoken halfway when he rushed up with an arrow-like step, unleashing a torrent of spit-flying words at the superior leader. The academy leaders' faces turned dark, and he finally managed to accumulate five demerits before graduation.

Having completed his mission, Ye Lin began to transform into a well-behaved student, abiding by rules and regulations every day, waiting for graduation to complete his task.

However, while he was waiting to graduate, he caused great distress to the Police Academy leaders.

They held three consecutive leadership meetings to discuss whether or not to let him graduate.

There was nothing they could do; public outrage was too great, and the leaders' opinions were not unified.

Finally, the highly respected old principal went against principle and made the decision: allow him to graduate.

The old principal also had no choice; the family members behind him were making too much of a fuss. If he had held back this menace, his wife at home would have scratched his face when he returned.

And so, the biggest menace since the establishment of Yuezhou Police Academy finally graduated.

Successfully graduated, Ye Lin was full of anticipation. He had worked so hard to graduate and complete the task given by the system.

In his opinion, this should at least be an SSS-level task, and he should at least be given a god-level skill.

But the damn system was truly a dog.

What did it give in the end?

"Hao Tian Quans Nose"

Damn, if the system wasn't intangible, Ye Lin would have slapped it already.

Does it have any shame?

Can it still have any shame?

A dog's nose is a dog's nose, but it even called it Hao Tian Quans Nose.

He tried it; his nose was much more sensitive, but that was it, it wasn't useful at all.

He hadn't expected that this time, reporting to Baiyun Police Station, he would actually catch an arsonist with this nose. It was the first time it had come in handy.

This time, the damn system was finally giving another reward.

"Ghost Foot Seven's Foot"?

What the hell is this now?

Ghost Foot Seven was a character from a movie before his transmigration, someone who was very skilled with his feet. His leg techniques were already formidable.

Later, he was crippled, but unexpectedly, it stimulated his inner potential, and his leg techniques improved even further.

The only downside was that his foot was still crippled.

Alright, since the "Hao Tian Quans Nose" given by the damn system before was useful, presumably this 'Ghost Foot' will also be useful... Ye Lin and Lin Xianfeng followed Xie Changkun into the Police Station.

With today's drama of catching an arsonist, Xie Changkun's impression of Ye Lin had improved quite a bit. At least he was still a good police officer who dared to fight criminals, it was just that his entry point was a bit strange, always starting with beautiful women or something, which wasn't presentable.

However, thinking about the small bread van that was now out of his reach, Xie Changkun couldn't help but feel a pang of regret, weighing in his heart whether exchanging a more normal Ye Lin for a small bread van was a loss or a gain.

"Alright, everyone is here. Now, please, the Instructor will conduct the induction ceremony for the two new Comrades."

Instructor Huang Xuliang was a plump middle-aged man with a potbelly and a receding hairline, clearly one of those old-timers who had been around for many years.

Even when he saw Ye Lin, his expression didn't change at all, showing considerable composure.

"Heh heh, Comrades, let's begin the induction ceremony now."
