"Wizard Green Anglet from Plant Heart Academy wants to cooperate with us?"

At the easternmost tip of the Mist Coast, on a prominent peninsula, sits the Faran Tower, a legacy of nearly a thousand years.

At a round table meeting, there were 7 formidable beings, all exuding the life fluctuations of Formal Wizards, discussing something.

On the surface, Faran Tower was known to have only 4 Formal Wizards, but now 7 Formal Wizards were present. Clearly, White Wizards were adept at hiding their true strength; some foundational presences wouldn't appear unless it was a matter of life and death or a momentous occasion.

The one who exclaimed was the youngest wizard present, a middle-aged man.

"Seniors, what are your thoughts on this matter?"

..."Agree to their proposal!"

"The three Formal Wizards among you who are staying behind should cooperate as much as possible. Over these 10 years, those of us who are leaving will also share some tasks. The core principle is to do our utmost to fulfill the requirements and tasks of the one from Heart of Plants."

Seated at the very center was an old wizard who, despite his age, exuded vitality. Clearly, this old wizard still harbored hopes of further advancement.

"Indeed, and we don't know what this newly promoted Wizard Green Anglet is truly planning. If they harbor ill intentions, using the pretext of cooperative research to target our Wizard Array knowledge legacy, what then?"

Two more Formal Wizards expressed their concerns... "Haha..."

The old wizard in the main seat said disdainfully:

"Wizard Green Anglet possesses a legacy that can lead directly to 2nd-rank Wizards, or even 3rd-rank Wizards, and is personally taught by His Excellency Joyce, a 2nd-rank Wizard. Would they really covet our Wizard Array knowledge legacy, which is merely considered decent at the 1st-rank?"

"Even if they did covet it, what of it?"

"Without the support of a matching Meditation Technique and a systematic Wizard Array knowledge legacy, they wouldn't surpass us at the same level. What is there to worry about? Furthermore, Wizard Green Anglet has promised that all Formal Wizards participating in the Bio-armor project research can share and jointly use the research results, and maintain confidentiality regarding the learned knowledge. These are all to be stipulated in a contract."

"You all lack the broader perspective of others, always fixated on your small patch of land. How can you grow that way? How can you innovate, and how can you strive for the destiny of the Wizard World?"

"Learn from Wizard Green Anglet. I am certain that this Wizard Green Anglet is not a frog in a well. This small Mist Coast is destined not to confine this true dragon. Perhaps in 100 years, or 200 years, this Wizard Green Anglet will also leave the Mist Coast and head to the Middle-earth Continent. Tell me, will you follow him then?"

Upon hearing this, the eyes of the three Formal Wizards who were staying behind lit up, especially the youngest one, whose eyes sparkled with exceptional speed... "We know what to do."

"Understood, we must actively cooperate."

Everyone responded in agreement.

Currently, the four Formal Wizards who were about to follow His Excellency Joyce needed something from Plant Heart Academy. They hoped to gain recognition and demonstrate their value before His Excellency Joyce, in order to secure greater influence within this startup team. Naturally, they would fully cooperate with Wizard Green Anglet's requests.

Of the three Formal Wizards who remained, two were relatively young and might, in the near future, join Wizard Green Anglet's startup team. At this moment, they naturally wouldn't be so short-sighted as to obstruct the advancement of the bio-mecha project.

Thus, the Faran Tower Wizard Academy's round table meeting unanimously approved the decision to fully cooperate with Plant Heart Academy in the joint research of Bio-armor.

"Seniors, I still have one concern. From the four announcements released by Plant Heart Academy, it's clear that this newly promoted Wizard Green Anglet has great ambition."

The youngest Formal Wizard asked seriously.

"How should our academy face an ambitious Plant Heart Academy?"

The old wizard in the main seat shook his head, clearly not agreeing with this 'Plant Heart Academy threat theory.'

"Becoming a Dominant Wizard Academy is not that easy. If His Excellency Joyce were to stay in the Mist Coast Wizard World instead of going to the Middle-earth Continent, then it might be possible."

"However, relying solely on His Excellency Joyce's 10-year period of protection and dividends, while Plant Heart Academy's development gains will be significant, it's far from enough."

"You must remember that in this Mist Coast Wizard World, Formal Wizards are the fundamental power that determines the distribution of all benefits. Relying solely on that Wizard Green Anglet cannot support a Dominant Wizard Academy."
