218: Great Achievements in One Hundred Years of Development (I)

Years flowed by, time fleeting.

A century after Lord Green Anglet's astonishing battle that made him famous, the Plant Heart Academy successfully preserved its interests. With Lord Green Anglet, renowned as the foremost Formal Wizard of the Mist Coast, holding the fort, Plant Heart Academy ushered in a century of peaceful development.

Over this past century, Plant Heart Academy has truly transformed, becoming more beautiful with each passing year.

Each year, the academy's development achievements were significantly better than the previous year, and with each year that passed, the academy's foundation grew deeper.

According to data from the academy's statistics department, Plant Heart Academy's average development speed over the past 100 years has been about 5 times faster than other Wizard Academies during the same period. This means that Plant Heart Academy's development achievements in this century are equivalent to 500 years of development for other Wizard Academies.

This can be seen from the number of Formal Wizards.

Over these 100 years, the entire Mist Coast, after suddenly losing over a hundred Formal Wizards (those who died or went to the Middle-earth Continent Wizard World), had a large amount of resources freed up for the Wizard Apprentices below.

This was the most lenient period in the Mist Coast over the past thousand years for Wizard Apprentices to advance to Formal Wizards, regarding resources and upper-level pressure. Coupled with a new round of elemental resurgence, the elemental concentration along the entire eastern coastline of the Mist Coast increased by about 20%, and the difficulty of cultivating various resources decreased significantly.

All these factors combined led to a boom in Formal Wizards in the Mist Coast over these 100 years. This century is also known as the "Mist Coast Golden Century"... Year 148 of the wizard's path.

Plant Heart Academy currently has 19 Formal Wizards and above. This includes 7 newly added orthodox lineage Formal Wizards (whose innate wizardry is the Heart of Plants Force Field of the Botany School) and 12 newly added affiliated Formal Wizards (whose innate wizardry is not of the Botany School but other types of inheritances).

This accounts for 7+12/164 = 11.6% of the 164 newly added Formal Wizards in the Mist Coast over the past 100 years, ranking first among all Wizard Academies in the Mist Coast.

It far surpassed Radiant Fire Wizard Academy, which had 10 new Formal Wizards in second place. It is said that some wizards at Radiant Fire Wizard Academy even developed a Mind Bottleneck due to this reason, and their attempts to forcefully overcome it ultimately ended in failure.

Plant Heart Academy is now truly the undisputed number one power and number one Wizard Academy in the Mist Coast.

To better promote the academy's development experience and foster the civilized development of the Wizard World, Lord Green Anglet specially organized personnel to compile a comprehensive summary of Plant Heart Academy's century of development experience, listing a series of great achievements over the century.

(In reality, Green Anglet wrote these great century-long achievements into a book and widely disseminated it across the Mist Coast to gain more world contribution points.)

...Plant Heart Academy's first great achievement of the century—

Becoming the commercial center, financial center, knowledge exchange center, and civilization center of the Mist Coast Wizard World.

These four centers all demonstrate that Plant Heart Academy has truly become the undisputed No. 1 in the Mist Coast. Even Lord Joyce would be greatly surprised upon his return.

First, as a commercial center, the Plant Heart Academy's 6 Auxiliary Wizard Towers established 6 small markets. Lord Green Anglet, with foresight, specifically developed customized development plans for these 6 small wizard market towns, with each market town having its own key development direction.

Therefore, the 6 wizard market towns complemented each other, exchanged goods, and always adhered to the principles of fair and just market transactions, paying extreme attention to the security of wizard transactions. For 100 years, they have strictly and severely cracked down on all types of illegal and criminal activities, striving to protect the personal and property safety of customers, making Plant Heart Academy's wizard market towns the safest market towns in the Mist Coast and accumulating immense prestige.

This can be seen from the property prices of the Auxiliary Wizard Towers; the average housing price now is more than double what it was 100 years ago.

Countless itinerant merchants and vendors gathered in the various small market towns, and major powers would open shops in Plant Heart Academy's market towns to sell various specialties... Therefore, a saying is now popular in the Mist Coast: If you want to buy something, just go to Plant Heart Academy. If even Plant Heart Academy doesn't have it, then don't bother looking; it can't be bought in the Mist Coast... Second, as a financial center. The first bank ever established in the Mist Coast Wizard World was the Plant Heart Academy Commercial Bank, which was also primarily established by Lord Green Anglet.

Lord Green Anglet single-handedly established a comprehensive commercial banking system, from attracting deposits to issuing loans, introducing a complete set of magically modified banking policies suitable for the local Mist Coast.

This Plant Heart Academy Commercial Bank was established in the 20th year of the Golden Century, greatly strengthening Plant Heart Academy's position as a commercial center and helping countless small vendors grow and expand by leveraging resources.

Funds and precious resources from the entire Mist Coast Wizard World flowed to Plant Heart Academy. The bank also introduced unregistered magic stone deposit receipts, specifically for some illicit transactions and personal services. Among the 6 wizard market towns, one even organized an underground black market, and business was extremely prosperous.

It is said that the monthly transaction volume of this underground black market can rank second among the 6 wizard market towns. Furthermore, since these 6 Auxiliary Wizard Towers are completely open to everyone in the entire Mist Coast, many genuine Black Wizards come here to fence stolen goods and procure supplies... The third knowledge exchange center was established because in the 30th year of the Golden Century, Plant Heart Academy broke through many restrictions and re-established teaching and tutoring classes for Rogue Wizards.

This initiative earned Plant Heart Academy the favor of countless low-level Rogue Wizards and established Plant Heart Academy's reputation as a holy land among the Rogue Wizard community. This also led many other Wizard Academies to follow suit later, with Plant Heart Academy almost single-handedly changing the methods and ways of knowledge exchange in the Mist Coast.

Plant Heart Academy never hoarded knowledge; it always operated on one principle.

Knowledge has a price; as long as you can provide enough magic stones, you can learn whatever you want. The 12 affiliated Formal Wizards were born this way.

They were all outstanding among Rogue Wizards, but because their foundations were already set, they could not switch to Plant Heart Academy's Botany School. Therefore, Lord Green Anglet specifically helped them find their suitable wizard's path, allowing anyone with hope to try.

And they all repaid this kindness, taking a Heaven's Mandate Oath to join Plant Heart Academy after becoming Formal Wizards... The last, civilization center, is naturally because Plant Heart Academy has the most comprehensive and complete wizard inheritances in the Mist Coast, and over 80% of these inheritances are open to everyone, as long as they have magic stones.

In the ten years when Joyce was revealed to be a Tier 2 Wizard, hundreds of small and medium-sized forces and countless Rogue Wizards joined Plant Heart Academy. Their inheritances were naturally copied and placed in Plant Heart Academy's library.

During this Golden Century, Lord Green Anglet never gave up on searching for wizard knowledge. For a hundred years, he continuously absorbed wizard inheritances from Rogue Wizards. At the same time, Lord Green Anglet also actively promoted innovative research in wizard knowledge, establishing an authoritative publication—the "Innovation Weekly"—and allocating vast resources to encourage wizards to actively engage in innovative research and submit articles for publication.

After a century of development, Plant Heart Academy naturally became the civilization center of the Mist Coast.
