180: Are you two hiding something from me?
Si Nan gritted her teeth, "From now on, if we run into rich people, just kill them directly."
Luo Sen and Jian Bing: "---"
The two exchanged a glance: She has really been provoked.
Jian Bing smiled dotingly at his Apprentice, "Alright, I'll fly a bit faster. If we reach G City before dark, we can deal with another rich guy."
"Right, fly as fast as possible. I'm thinking about Deng Zhang's room full of supplies." Si Nan felt better hearing that.
"Hahaha~" Jian Bing and Luo Sen laughed.
In the sky, the sun was setting in the west.
On the ground, zombies surged.
Three hours later, the helicopter approached G City. This was a coastal city even larger than A City, surrounded by the sea. Countless luxury ships were moored on the sea level; the towering yachts, layer upon layer, were magnificent. Every single one made Si Nan's heart flutter.
"Hmm, it's a bit big, but I wonder if we can take it away?" Si Nan rested her face in her small hands, looking down at the luxury yachts.
Luo Sen was helpless, knowing what she wanted to do. "Pick which one you like first. I'll go down and clear out the things inside."
He was referring to the zombies. Many yachts near the shore had zombies moving on them, while only the ones in the middle had lights on and people living in them; they should be safe.
Jian Bing, unaware of certain circumstances, tried to dissuade Si Nan. "Apprentice, let's go to Deng Zhang's Garden Villa first and get that room full of supplies. If you really like those big guys down there, we can come back and figure something out later."
"As for yachts, your Master knows how to pilot them, but I've never piloted a luxury yacht in the style of a skyscraper before."
"I have," Luo Sen said nonchalantly.
Jian Bing's mouth hung open, wearing an expression of surprise that said 'we're both men but I'm inferior to you': "You even know how to do this?"
"I learned it by chance. It's actually quite simple; I'll teach you when I have time." Luo Sen's tone was casual.
Jian Bing felt very hurt and didn't want to talk to Luo Sen anymore.
Si Nan suddenly said, "Those two, the ones with the lights still on. They're big, beautiful, and have few zombies. Master, fly lower. Luo Sen and I will go down and see if the damage to the ships is serious."
Jian Bing was utterly helpless. "Alright, be careful. There look to be few zombies, but the danger level isn't low."
"Understood, I'll be careful." Once the helicopter circled back and hovered over one of the cruise ships, Luo Sen held Si Nan tightly and jumped down, landing steadily on the deck.
The power he radiated knocked all the zombies on the deck into the sea.
Si Nan poked her head out to look. "Incredible, half of the zombies can swim now."
After saying that, she looked at the passenger ships moored in the middle of the sea. "Oh no, a few have swum over there."
"Then we'll kill them." Luo Sen pulled out a gun and fired a burst at the zombies in the sea, killing them all.
Before Luo Sen could put his gun away, the zombies floating on the sea were dragged underwater by something. He frowned. "There were already mutated Zombie Beasts under the sea before this. The people in those ships moored in the middle might not necessarily be normal."
Si Nan glanced at the center of the sea and called Jian Bing. "Master, fly over and see if those ships in the middle have fallen. How's the damage to the hulls?"
"Sure thing," Jian Bing replied cheerfully. They should be normal living people, right?
His nature from half a life as a soldier made Jian Bing eager to confirm if those magnificent yachts were filled with living people—but when he got close, he saw a scene of desolation. Not only were there no living people, but the zombies on the ships were tearing apart weaker zombies for fun.
The scene was unbearable to watch. The starving zombies had begun to hunt their own kind, and they had already evolved. The moment he approached, those powerful zombies roared and jumped to the top deck to attack him.
Fortunately, his height above the ship was very high. Those few zombies didn't reach the helicopter and instead fell back down, landing flat on their backs. However, they weren't injured; they scrambled up and continued jumping to attack him.
He went to the other three ships; they had all fallen. The lights were still on, but the hulls were covered in blood, a gruesome sight. The hulls were also damaged beyond recognition, and there were lethal weapons involved.
He turned around and headed back.
On this side, Si Nan and Luo Sen had already dealt with all the zombies and finished looting the supplies. She tried to put the big ship into her space; she thought she wouldn't be able to, but it actually went in. She immediately cheered: "Ooh, we're rich!"
"Hahaha, that one is not bad either." Luckily, Luo Sen's reactions were fast. At the moment the yacht was taken in, he held Si Nan and soared into the air, flying across the sea's surface.
"Good heavens, this is a real flying man. As expected of a Corpse King, he can actually achieve the legendary Void Flight that only immortals can do." When Jian Bing flew back, he saw this exact scene—it was a visual feast.
"Eh? Where's the yacht from just now? Did I remember it wrong?"
He looked left and right, certain he hadn't seen wrong, but where was the yacht?
Five minutes later, while he was drinking water and waiting, another luxury yacht suddenly vanished from his sight: "Pfft!"
He sprayed out all the water he had just surprisedly drunk.
Looking at the only two people left on the sea level flying towards his helicopter, he completely panicked. "Are you... you... you... you two hiding something else from me?"
After Si Nan and Luo Sen sat inside the helicopter, Jian Bing started stuttering.
Si Nan smiled and raised her hand wearing the Space Bracelet. "Hahaha, it's nothing much. I just have a space to store things that also has a preservation function. That's all."
Jian Bing: "Ooh, are you still unsatisfied or something? This is practically defying the heavens. Even a legendary angel isn't as impressive as you. Tell me, what else are you hiding from me? Your Master is getting on in years and doesn't have a good heart. Just tell me everything at once."
Si Nan thought for a moment and said, "There's nothing else. Does emptying out a Century Department Store and its large warehouse count?"
"Huh?" Jian Bing was shocked once again.
Si Nan thought again and said, "Additionally, there are over a dozen Armored Vehicles, military and police cars, countless luxury cars, firearms and ammunition, some old cranes, and not much else."
"Pfft—" Jian Bing was already dazed. "Forget it, your Master doesn't want to hear anymore. I'm really going to have a heart attack."
Si Nan was startled. "A heart attack? Master, when did you get that? Is it serious? Oh dear—"
Jian Bing couldn't take it anymore and directly tapped Si Nan's head with an empty plastic water bottle. "Are you hoping your Master has a heart attack or something? I don't want a heart attack; I'd rather just smile and have Alzheimer's, pretending I didn't hear a thing."
He had lived for half a lifetime, running all over the country on missions, and what hadn't he seen? But everything combined didn't equal the surprises these two had given him in just a few days.
"Hahaha~" Si Nan was successfully amused by her own Master and laughed while slapping her leg.
Luo Sen looked at the comical pair of master and Apprentice, his lips curling into a smile.
Ten-odd minutes later, the helicopter reached Deng Zhang's Garden Villa. From the air, it looked beautiful. Everywhere else was covered in white snow with zombies running all over, but the Garden Villa was shaded by green trees and filled with the scent of flowers.
"Even though that guy surnamed Deng is an old fellow, he certainly knows romance. To be able to create such a beautiful villa, his skills are quite deep." Si Nan looked at the Garden Villa below. If it weren't for this Apocalypse, she would have liked this garden very much.
"Wait, what's that?" The happy Si Nan suddenly saw a group of men in white tearing at three teenagers.
Luo Sen narrowed his eyes. "You're happy too early. There's a secret inside."
