175: Mech Warrior Nezha
The six-meter-tall crimson mech stood in the air, holding a several-meter-long great bow that looked ninety percent similar to the Qiankun Bow, but was filled with a sense of technology.
This mech closely resembled the shape of EVA Unit-01, but it was entirely crimson and not as slender as Unit-01. Its metallic body, under the sunlight, somewhat resembled Iron Man's armor, and its proportions were so balanced that there was almost no difference from Nezha himself.
Flames erupted from the mech's feet, their shape ninety percent similar to the Wind Fire Wheels. Overall, it looked incredibly majestic and imposing, with no trace of the shuttle visible anymore.
"Haha, this thing is really convenient!"
Inside the shuttle, Nezha stood in the Void Realm, the enormous space allowing him to fully unleash his movements.
After transforming into human form, there were no longer any joysticks inside; instead, a spherical space replaced them. The operator stood within it, controlling entirely with his own power. It could be said that whatever movements he made, the mech outside would mirror them.
Nezha lowered his raised arm, and the Qiankun Bow slowly disappeared. Then, with a thought from Nezha, a metal long spear materialized on the mech's arm.
After a flourish of the spear, the giant mech had already arrived in front of Poseidon.
With Poseidon's reaction capabilities, he actually didn't clearly see the opponent's movements. In just a moment of distraction, he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his shoulder. It turned out that this spear had directly pierced through the scales' defense, carving a deep, bone-visible wound into his shoulder.
Our Sea God was so astonished at this moment that he couldn't speak. In fact, even if he could have spoken, he wouldn't have had the chance. This mech completely inherited all of Nezha's abilities, and due to its inherent nature, the same attack moves were at least three times stronger.
The Fire Tipped Spear struck out, its speed skyrocketing. Each spear thrust exceeded Mach ten, and violent sonic booms continuously echoed in the air, like thunder.
Poseidon was now experiencing a bitter realization. Although his physical abilities were strong, he could only barely defend himself.
In fact, purely in terms of physical quality, he was slightly stronger than Nezha in his normal state. But now, Nezha was enhanced by more than three times. Every time his trident collided with that giant long spear, it would wail, and he even thought that if the trident itself wasn't imbued with Divine Power, it would have been shattered into pieces with just one blow.
There was no other way. He could only fully concentrate on countering Nezha's attacks, then fully mobilize the power of water elements to envelop and harass Nezha, especially various ice cones and ice blades imbued with Divine Power, which rained down on the mech controlled by Nezha.
However, unfortunately, these things, apart from obstructing his vision, were completely unable to cause even the slightest damage to the mech.
The red patterns on the mech's surface were not for decoration. All of Nezha's Magic Treasures related to fire, their flame abilities were contained within these patterns. Therefore, even if imbued with Divine Power, these ice blocks would only turn into steam upon impact. As for water currents and the like, there was even less to say; they caused absolutely no harm.
However, the Sea God was still the Sea God. If strength was insufficient, he made up for it with quantity. With each of his attacks, Nezha's vision was blocked many times, and he took advantage of these opportunities to slowly retreat, avoiding the sharp edge of Nezha's attacks, then quickly adjusted and began to counterattack with long-range attacks.
Speaking of which, among their three brothers, he was the most skilled at attacking with magic. So, various spells emerged endlessly. Nezha was initially forced into a corner by these spells, which is why he resorted to the shuttle's combat form to deal with him.
Once he was out of Nezha's attack range, Poseidon once again took the initiative. The trident in his hand transformed into countless rays of light, directly piercing towards Nezha's mech, which was more than ten meters away.
Nezha, however, scoffed coldly. The Fire Tipped Spear in the mech's hand suddenly danced into countless afterimages, deflecting all the shockwaves generated by these near-light-speed thrusts.
"Heh heh, you've exhausted your tricks, haven't you? Watch my next move and I'll..."
"Bang!"
Nezha's harsh words were cut short. He suddenly felt as if something had crashed down heavily on top of the mech, pressing the entire mech downwards.
"What the hell is that?"
The Fire Tipped Spear suddenly jabbed upwards, but it seemed to poke something soft. However, when he looked up, he didn't see any object present.
His gaze fell upon Poseidon opposite him, who had a sinister smile on his face, his right hand spread open, aimed in his direction.
"You're playing tricks..."
"Buzz!"
An even heavier pressure suddenly descended upon his head, pressing him down so completely that he couldn't lift his head.
"This is a gravity space formed by a True God's might!"
Poseidon slowly said, "Even my brother Zeus would have to expend a lot of power to lift it, and as time passes, this thing will only get heavier and heavier, eventually becoming as heavy as a planet... With your power, even if it were ten times stronger, you wouldn't be able to escape this crushing pressure."
Nezha didn't respond, his body relaxed, giving up on resisting the pressure, and instead flew rapidly downwards.
However, it was useless. The immense pressure seemed to be stuck to him, still pressing down relentlessly.
"Heh heh, it's useless. This pressure is generated by clinging to your body, or rather, it originates from your body, so the two of you cannot be separated!" Poseidon said fiercely, "Your fate is only to be crushed to death by this immense pressure, so... accept your fate!"
"Heh heh, is that so?"
Nezha suddenly grinned through gritted teeth, "Do you really think I can't withstand this pressure? Heh heh, don't make me laugh... Watch me closely..."
Suddenly, the components on the mech's back instantly swelled and deformed, disassembling and reassembling. In just an instant, a Dharmakaya with three heads and eight arms appeared before Poseidon.
Each of the eight arms held a weapon, each erupting with three times the strengthened power, furiously attacking upwards.
Something in that utterly empty space seemed to be pierced by this furious attack... like an invisible balloon pricked by a nail, it let out a loud "bang," and a strong airflow suddenly surged up in mid-air. A storm much more powerful than a level ten gale burst open in an instant, not only throwing Nezha off balance but also shaking Poseidon back dozens of meters.
At this moment, the mech suddenly threw two items. The first was actually a huge pagoda full of metal parts, which instantly trapped Poseidon inside. Immediately after, the second item was placed over the outside of the pagoda—it was none other than the terrifying Nine Dragons Divine Fire Cover!
