276: Put all of them on the line.

Songphong, who had initially flinched due to Su Cha's ruthlessness, felt a little more confident after his son revealed two Queens (Q's).

But seeing Su Cha, instead of being intimidated by the two Q's, become even more aggressive and pressuring him to call or fold, Songphong's heart, which had just settled, rose again.

Something isn't right!

That kid, Su Cha, is too calm! One might even say... he's overly calm.

If he didn't have anything in his hand, seeing two Q's, even if he tried to bluff, there should be some panic in his eyes, right?

But Su Cha's gaze just now, although initially showing shock, quickly transformed into a... provocative rigidity?

Songphong's heart began pounding.

What if... what if that kid Su Cha got incredibly lucky and actually drew an Ace Three of a Kind or a King Three of a Kind?

Then wouldn't his son's three Q's just be feeding right into their hands?

The more he thought about it, the more scared he became, and cold sweat started breaking out again.

No! They can't risk it anymore!

If they fold now, although they'd lose some face, at least they could save most of the car and the 500,000 in cargo funds.

If they call, and they lose, they'll truly lose everything! That 500,000 is cargo funds!

Without it, his son's business might even be affected!

He quickly leaned over to his son, lowering his voice, filled with obvious anxiety and advice:

“Atapong! How about... we just fold? Didn't... didn't you notice? That kid isn't scared of you at all right now! Could he... could he possibly have...”

“Shut up!” Atapong was furious, already being cornered by Su Cha. Hearing his father speak in a way that boosted the enemy's morale and dampened his own, he instantly erupted in rage, interrupting him harshly and yelling.

“We've played this far, and you want to fold just like that?! If I fold, what happens to the audi car I put down, and this 500,000 in cargo funds?! Are we just going to hand them over to that bastard Su Cha?! Are you senile?!”

Being yelled at publicly by his son, Songphong lost face; he was anxious and angry, but seeing his son's bloodshot, gambling-crazed look, he knew he couldn't persuade him. He could only worry helplessly, standing to the side with a grim expression.

Seeing Second Uncle Songphong and Older Male Cousin Atapong nearly start arguing over whether to call or fold, Su Cha felt indescribably pleased!

The humiliation and anger that had built up earlier seemed to find some release in this moment.

You have days like this too? You can get anxious? You can argue?

He felt absolutely fantastic!

The feeling of pushing his opponents into a corner and watching internal conflict arise made him even more certain of his judgment.

Atapong is bluffing!

He's scared!

Atapong's wife, Nala, had been closely watching the expressions of Su Cha and his wife.

She noticed that when faced with the two Q's, although Su Cha's wife nervously gripped her husband's hand, her eyes did not show utter despair or panic; instead, there was a sense of... firm support?

And Su Cha himself was excessively rigid.

This made her uneasy as well.

Unlike Atapong, she wasn't blindly confident; women's intuition is sometimes more accurate.

She tugged Atapong's sleeve and whispered, “Atapong, I think... maybe we should really stop? What if... what if Su Cha also has Three of a Kind? Then we'd...”

“Shut your mouth!” Atapong was already enraged, and being discouraged by his father and wife in turn completely set him off. He turned and roared at Nala.

“Impossible! Absolutely impossible! That useless Su Cha couldn't possibly get Three of a Kind! Stop undermining morale here!”

He thought viciously, if that dog Su Cha really had Three of a Kind that could beat three Q's, given his inability to hide things and his craziness today, he would have been jumping for joy long ago.

Or he would have been showing off in a much more exaggerated way. How could he just be maintaining this forced composure?

He's definitely putting on an act!

He wants to scare me off with this tough attitude!

This old man won't fall for it!

Seeing that his son was completely unyielding, Songphong stamped his feet anxiously and tried to persuade him again: “Atapong, listen to your Dad for a second...”

“Dad!” Atapong suddenly turned, glaring at him fiercely. “If you don't understand, don't interfere here! You're just making things worse!”

After speaking, he ignored his father, turned back to face Su Cha, and said loudly.

“Hmph! What do you people know?! Zha Jin Hua relies first on guts, second on bluffing! But more importantly, it relies on the strength of the cards themselves! I, Atapong, have been around the card tables for years, and I don't rely on luck!”

He forcefully slapped the two Q's he had revealed.

“With this hand, it's absolutely impossible for me to lose! Su Cha is just bluffing!”

Atapong caused the onlookers' opinions to shift once more.

“Tsk tsk, this Atapong is truly obsessed with gambling. He won't even listen to his own father?”

“Crude words, but true logic. Zha Jin Hua is indeed like this—sometimes having guts is better than having big cards.”

“Hmph, who can't talk theory? The key is that the cards are still unknown, and Su Cha is holding firm.”

“I really hope Su Cha wins and slaps that bastard's face hard! He's too arrogant!”

“It's tough. With two Q's revealed, the pressure on Su Cha is immense. Unless he really has a bigger hand.”

Atapong grew even more irritated listening to the surrounding comments, which either doubted him or hoped for Su Cha to win.

He looked at his unwilling wife, Nala, and commanded loudly, clearly annoyed.

“Wife!”

Nala turned her head away unhappily. “What?”

Atapong glared at her, feeling that this woman was failing him at a crucial moment.

“Are you brainless?! What else would I tell you to do? Bet! Put all the gold from our bag down!”

Nala looked at him in disbelief.

“Are... are you crazy? Our family's gold is worth much more than their three golds! The style is newer, and the weight is heavier! No!”

Atapong was infuriated by her refusal, smoke practically coming out of his seven orifices, and he roared impatiently.

“You wasteful woman! Stop the damn nonsense! I told you to bet, so bet! If we win this round, how much gold can we buy back? Hurry up!”

Looking at her husband's furious, man-eating expression and the two dazzling Q's on the table, Nala was extremely conflicted.

On the one hand, she couldn't bear to part with her gold jewelry—they were treasures she usually didn't even dare to wear often.

On the other hand, she was somewhat persuaded by her husband's confidence and the two Q's.

She hesitated, not moving.

Seeing this, Atapong grew even more annoyed, but to get her to cooperate, he forcefully suppressed his anger and pointed a finger at the card he had kept face down.

“Come! Come and look for yourself! See what my hole card is! Once you see it, you'll understand!”

Everyone's gaze instantly focused on Nala. They all wanted to see what her reaction would be after she looked at the card.

Nala hesitated for a moment, then slowly moved next to her husband under everyone's gaze, bent down, and cautiously rubbed the face-down hole card.

The angle at which she rubbed the card was very small and concealed, afraid of being seen by those around her, especially Su Cha across the table.

She only rubbed up a tiny corner, leaning in close to look carefully...
