At this moment, Bi Yao's back slammed heavily against a broken stone pillar. Sharp gravel cut through her clothes, leaving bloody gashes on her skin.

He looked at Bi Yao, a hint of worry flashing in his eyes, then poured all his Spirit Energy into the greatsword.

The dragon shadow on the sword no longer roared but slowly swam, emitting a faint blue light.

"Bi Yao, let's go together!"

His voice was hoarse but firm.

Bi Yao nodded. The golden flames condensed into several fiery arrows. Su Han, meanwhile, swung his sword, unleashing several ice-blue sword beams. The two simultaneously launched an attack towards the Corroding Abyss.

However, the Corroding Abyss was prepared this time. With a fierce flap of its enormous wings, a black barrier instantly rose.

The fiery arrows and ice-blue sword beams struck the barrier, erupting in dazzling light but unable to break through.

The Corroding Abyss let out a triumphant roar. Its massive tail swept across like a whip.

Bi Yao and Su Han hastily jumped to dodge. A massive gash instantly appeared on the ground where the tail had swept.

Before they could even find their footing, the Corroding Abyss opened its gaping maw. Countless black spikes shot out from its mouth, densely covering the sky around the two.

Bi Yao and Su Han stood back-to-back, their golden flames and ice-blue Spirit Energy intertwining to form a protective shield.

The black spikes continuously struck the shield, making a "clinking" sound. Ripples spread across the shield's surface, as if it could shatter at any moment.

"This isn't working!"

Su Han shouted, "We have to find its weakness!"

Bi Yao bit her lip, her gaze fixed on the Corroding Abyss.

She recalled the scene when the fiery spear had pierced the Corroding Abyss earlier. Although it didn't pierce the heart, the wound was deeper than expected.

"Its chest wound, perhaps that's the weakness!" she loudly declared.

No sooner had she spoken than the Corroding Abyss launched its next attack.

Its massive body leaped up abruptly, pouncing towards the two. A suffocating sense of oppression filled the air.

Bi Yao and Su Han exchanged a look, then simultaneously charged towards the Corroding Abyss.

Bi Yao's golden flames condensed into a pair of enormous fiery wings, carrying her rapidly skyward, attacking the Corroding Abyss's head.

Su Han, meanwhile, swung his greatsword, carving a long ice-blue trail on the ground as he slashed towards the Corroding Abyss's abdomen.

Seeing this, the Corroding Abyss fiercely flapped its wings. A powerful gust of air blew Bi Yao flying backward, while its massive claws grabbed towards Su Han.

Su Han quickly raised his sword to block. The powerful impact numbed his arm, and he was sent staggering backward.

Bi Yao adjusted her posture in the air and charged towards the Corroding Abyss again.

She mobilized the last of her strength. The golden flames on her dagger condensed into an even larger fiery battle axe.

"Haa!"

Bi Yao roared and brought the fiery battle axe down towards the Corroding Abyss's head.

The Corroding Abyss slightly shifted its body. The fiery battle axe grazed its scales, leaving a shallow wound on its head. (End of Chapter)
