147: Chapter 146 Xin Yaoqiao's Benefits

When the school bell rang, Su Bai packed his bag and walked out of the classroom.

Mu Qing followed behind him, and the two walked down the stairs one after the other.

"Su Bai," Mu Qing called him.

Su Bai stopped and turned back to look at her.

Mu Qing bit her lip.

"Why is Xin Yaoqiao looking for you?"

Su Bai answered honestly, "She asked me to go to her place."

Mu Qing looked at him for a few seconds, then nodded, "Then will you still come to school tomorrow?"

Su Bai paused for a moment and said, of course.

Mu Qing smiled faintly, then turned and left.

By the time Su Bai walked out of the school gate, Xin Yaoqiao was already standing there.

She was leaning against a pillar at the school gate, holding an ice cream and licking it.

Seeing Su Bai come out, she held the ice cream in her mouth, freed a hand to wave at him, and said, "Over here, over here!"

Su Bai walked over.

Xin Yaoqiao had already finished the ice cream, tossed the wooden stick into the trash can, and clapped her hands, "Let's go. Where's your car?"

Su Bai pointed to the panamera by the side of the road.

Xin Yaoqiao took a look, opened the car door, and sat in the passenger seat.

Su Bai got into the driver's seat and started the engine.

The car drove out of the school gate and merged into the traffic.

Xin Yaoqiao took off her shoes and curled her legs up on the seat, her white stockings shimmering slightly in the sunlight.

Her toes were curled, painted with light pink nail polish, and she was huddled in the passenger seat like a lazy cat.

Su Bai glanced at her, "What are you doing?"

Xin Yaoqiao lifted her legs and stretched them towards him, "What's wrong? Isn't it good that I'm giving you a treat to look at?"

Su Bai said, "Tch, what kind of treat is this?"

Xin Yaoqiao looked at him, rolled her eyes, and the corners of her mouth slowly curled up.

"Then... I'll give you a real treat."

She gathered her hair up and tied it into a high ponytail with the hair tie on her wrist, revealing her fair nape and rounded earlobes.

Then she lowered her head and leaned down.

Su Bai's hands tightened on the steering wheel.

His breathing grew heavy for a moment, but he didn't speak and continued driving.

The car wove through the traffic, streetlights receding one by one, dragging streaks of orange light across the car windows.

After half an hour, she sat up, wiped her mouth with the back of her hand, and let her hair down.

Her face was flushed, her eyes bright, and her lips were redder than before, slightly swollen.

"Let's go," her voice was a bit hoarse.

Su Bai didn't speak; his fingers, gripping the steering wheel, relaxed and then tightened again.

The car turned into the gate of Bixian Lake, and the security guard immediately let them through upon seeing the license plate.

The palm trees on both sides turned into golden silhouettes in the sunset, and the distant lake surface was covered in shimmering gold.

The car stopped in front of Xin Yaoqiao's pink villa.

Su Bai killed the engine but didn't get out.

"You're here. I'm leaving."

Anyway, he had already finished once, so there was no need to go in with her.

Xin Yaoqiao turned to look at him, "No! You said you would come to see my new clothes."

Su Bai said he didn't.

Xin Yaoqiao said, "You just said it now!"

She pushed open the car door, got out, walked around to the driver's side, opened the door, and tugged at his sleeve to pull him down.

Su Bai was pulled out of the car by her and followed her into the villa.

The interior of the villa still had that girlish princess style: pink walls, white sofas, fluffy carpets, and a human-sized plush teddy bear.

Xin Yaoqiao changed her shoes and stepped barefoot on the carpet; her white stockings stepping on the pink carpet felt like stepping on clouds.

She took Su Bai's hand and walked straight to the basement.

The elevator door opened, and the two walked in.

Xin Yaoqiao pressed the button for the first basement level, the elevator door closed, and it slowly descended.

It was very quiet in the elevator, with only the humming sound of the machinery.

Xin Yaoqiao stood next to Su Bai, with a distance of a fist between them.

There was a fragrance on her, not perfume, but the scent of laundry detergent—clean and slightly sweet.

The elevator door opened.

The basement was still the same, with all four walls covered in things—cosplay costumes, small dresses, accessories, and stockings.

The warm yellow light shone on those colorful clothes, like a tiny fairy tale world.

Xin Yaoqiao walked to the wall of cosplay costumes, her fingers gliding over the hangers, flipping through them one by one.

"Which set do you want to see?"

Su Bai leaned against the wall with his hands in his pockets, "Anything is fine."

Xin Yaoqiao turned her head and glanced at him, "Then I'll pick, but you have to watch once I've picked."

Su Bai said okay.

Xin Yaoqiao turned back to continue flipping, and after a while, she took down a red outfit from the rack.

Su Bai recognized it—Mai Shiranui.

A red bodysuit, high slits, a large bow tied at the back, white collar and cuffs, and a red fan.

Xin Yaoqiao held the outfit up in front of her, measured it against herself, and then walked behind the curtain.

The curtain was drawn.

Su Bai stood outside, listening to the sounds from within—the rustling of clothes, the sound of a zipper, the swishing of fabric being shaken out.

After a while, the curtain was pulled open.

Xin Yaoqiao stood under the light.

The red bodysuit clung to her body, the neckline cut very low, revealing a large expanse of fair skin; the waist was cinched tightly, making her waist look slim and her hips wide, and the skirt had very high slits that went all the way up to her thighs, with white stockings wrapping her entire legs, shimmering with a soft light under the illumination.

Her hair was loose, draped over her shoulders, and she held that red fan in her hand, half-covering her face, revealing only her eyes.

Those eyes behind the fan were bright, reflecting the light, filled with amusement, and something else.

Su Bai looked at her without speaking.

Xin Yaoqiao lowered the fan and tilted her head to look at him, "How is it?"

Su Bai said it was okay.

Xin Yaoqiao pouted, "What does 'okay' mean? If it looks good, it looks good; if it doesn't, it doesn't."

Su Bai said it looked good.

Xin Yaoqiao smiled, a smile filled with a bit of smugness, a bit of satisfaction, and something indescribable.

She walked over to him, stood in front of him, and looked up at his face.

The red bodysuit shimmered under the light, and the bow at her waist hung down, brushing against the back of Su Bai's hand.

"Su Bai."

"Hmm?"

"Earlier in the car, did it feel good?"

Su Bai didn't speak.

Xin Yaoqiao stood on tiptoes, leaned close to his ear, her lips brushing against his earlobe, her voice as light as the wind.

"I want more."

Su Bai looked down at her.

Her eyes were very bright, reflecting the light and his own shadow.

Her face was flushed, her lips slightly parted, and her breath, hot, puffed against his chin.

Su Bai reached out and wrapped his arms around her waist.

Her waist was very slim, and through the thin fabric, he could feel the warmth of her skin.

Xin Yaoqiao closed her eyes, her eyelashes trembling.

Su Bai leaned down.

Her lips were soft and cool.

Her hands climbed onto his shoulders, her fingers digging into his hair and tightening.

The two fell onto the large sofa, the red bodysuit and white stockings intertwined under the light, like two flowers blooming on the same branch—one red, one white.

The wall covered in stockings shimmered with faint light under the illumination, like countless eyes watching all of this.

A long time later, Xin Yaoqiao lay on Su Bai's chest, her fingers lightly drawing circles on him.

Her face was flushed, her eyes half-closed, her lips slightly swollen, the red bodysuit was wrinkled, and the bow was crooked, skewed to one side.

She buried her face in the crook of his neck, her voice muffled, "Su Bai."

"Hmm."

"Don't leave today."

Su Bai didn't speak.

Xin Yaoqiao waited for a while, and when she didn't get an answer, she looked up at him, "Can you?"

Su Bai looked at her for a few seconds and said okay.

Xin Yaoqiao smiled, buried her face back in, and rubbed against his neck, like a spoiled cat.

The light in the basement remained warm and yellow, illuminating the clothes and stockings on the four walls and the two people on the sofa.

The clock on the wall ticked away, tick-tock, tick-tock, like a heartbeat.

Xin Yaoqiao's breathing slowly became light and even, her fingers stopped drawing circles, and just rested on Su Bai, motionless.

She fell asleep.
