167: Chapter 166 Revisiting the Internet Celebrity Company
When Su Bai woke up, sunlight had already squeezed through the gap in the curtains, painting a golden line across Lin Qiaoyou's bed.
Lin Qiaoyou was still sleeping. Su Bai watched her for a moment, gently removed her arm from his body, and got out of bed.
Lin Qiaoyou stirred, let out a muffled hum, turned over, and fell back asleep.
Su Bai got dressed and walked out of the room.
The living room was very quiet, the hallway was also quiet, and the doors were all closed.
He returned to his own room, took a shower, and changed his clothes.
It was the weekend, so he didn't need to go to school.
His phone vibrated. It was a message from Tian Xiwei: "Boss Su, I'm off today. Are you free?"
Su Bai glanced at it but didn't reply.
He went downstairs, got into his car, and drove to the newly opened influencer agency.
Su Bai parked the car and walked through the main entrance.
Li Li was wearing a red dress with her hair put up, looking very capable.
Seeing Su Bai walk in, she smiled and walked over.
"Boss Su, you're here. Please, this way."
Su Bai followed her through the lobby and went up to the second floor.
The second floor was the office area. It was very quiet, in stark contrast to the bustle downstairs.
Shen Tian pushed open a door. Inside was a small private room with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV, and a large window that looked out over the garden below.
"Please rest here for a moment. I'll send someone to keep you company shortly."
After Li Li finished speaking, she left.
Su Bai sat on the sofa, took out his phone, and scrolled through it, but there were no new messages.
After a while, the door was pushed open.
Dao Dadao walked in first, wearing a white dress with her hair let down. She was wearing light makeup, which made her look a bit more mature than usual.
She saw Su Bai and smiled, her two dimples deepening.
"Boss Su, long time no see!" Her voice was loud and bright.
Yin Suwan followed behind her, wearing a black tight-fitting dress with a low neckline that revealed her collarbone.
Her hair was styled in large waves cascading over her shoulders. She had on exquisite makeup, and her lips were a dark red.
She looked at Su Bai, her eyes bright and the corners of her mouth curled up.
"Boss, we're here to keep you company."
The two sat down next to Su Bai, Dao Dadao on the left and Yin Suwan on the right.
Dao Dadao took a bottle of red wine and three glasses from under the coffee table, opened the bottle, and poured the wine.
She handed one glass to Su Bai, one to Yin Suwan, and held one for herself.
"Boss Su, it's been a long time since we saw you. Let's celebrate."
She raised her glass. Su Bai clinked his glass with hers, and Yin Suwan did the same.
The three of them drank it all.
Dao Dadao poured another round. This time she didn't finish it, just took a small sip, set the glass down, and tilted her head to look at Su Bai.
"Boss Su, why haven't you been coming to the company lately?"
Su Bai said he was busy.
Dao Dadao pouted.
"Did you forget about us?"
Su Bai said no.
Dao Dadao smiled and picked up her glass again. "Then you have to drink a glass to make up for it."
Su Bai took the glass and drank it.
Dao Dadao poured another and made him drink again.
Su Bai drank it.
Yin Suwan didn't speak from the side, but she kept her glass raised. Su Bai clinked glasses with her and drank again.
After a few drinks, Su Bai's face was a bit flushed.
Dao Dadao's face was also flushed, her eyes bright, and her smile deepened.
She leaned closer to Su Bai, her shoulder pressing against his arm.
"Boss Su, do you know? I really admire you."
Su Bai looked at her. "Admire what about me?"
Dao Dadao thought for a moment. "Everything. You're handsome, rich, and so capable."
She paused. "I heard that you can take on several people all by yourself?"
Su Bai didn't speak.
Dao Dadao smiled. "You're amazing."
Yin Suwan also leaned in from the side, placed her wine glass on the coffee table, and rested her hands on Su Bai's shoulders.
"Boss, don't leave today. I'll cook for you tonight."
Su Bai looked at her. "You said the same thing last time."
Yin Suwan blushed. "You were busy last time, weren't you? You're free today, right?"
Su Bai didn't speak.
Dao Dadao interjected, "Boss Su, don't listen to her. She's a bad cook. I'll cook for you."
Yin Suwan glared at her. "Who said I'm a bad cook?"
Dao Dadao laughed. "The pork ribs you made last time were salty as hell."
Yin Suwan's face turned even redder. "That was my first time cooking."
The two started bickering, neither willing to back down.
Su Bai leaned back on the sofa, watching them.
Their faces were flushed, their eyes were bright, and their lips were red.
Dao Dadao's white dress had a slightly low neckline, revealing her collarbone.
Yin Suwan's black tight-fitting dress was even tighter, outlining her body's curves very clearly.
After bickering for a bit, they stopped, looked at each other, and laughed at the same time.
Dao Dadao picked up her glass. "Boss Su, let me toast you again."
Su Bai took the glass and drank it.
Yin Suwan also picked up her wine glass. "Boss, I'll toast you too."
Su Bai drank again.
The wine bottle was empty.
Dao Dadao stood up to get more wine.
She walked over to the wine cabinet, bent over, and took out a bottle of red wine.
The hem of her white dress slid up a bit, revealing a portion of her thigh.
Su Bai glanced at it and then looked away.
Dao Dadao walked back with the wine, sat down, and poured.
The three of them drank a few more glasses.
Dao Dadao's face was even redder, and her eyes were red too—not from crying, but from the alcohol.
She leaned against Su Bai, her head resting on his shoulder.
"Boss Su, I'm dizzy."
Su Bai didn't move.
Yin Suwan also leaned over, resting her head on his other shoulder.
"Boss, I'm dizzy too."
Su Bai was sandwiched between the two, Dao Dadao on his left and Yin Suwan on his right.
Their hair brushed against his chin, tickling him.
The scent of their perfume mingled together; it was impossible to tell whose was whose—sweet and cloying.
Dao Dadao's hand rested on his leg, and Yin Suwan's hand rested on his other leg.
Dao Dadao's hand moved up a little, then a little more.
Yin Suwan's hand also moved up, then moved again.
Su Bai gripped the armrest of the sofa, let go, and gripped it again.
Dao Dadao lifted her head and looked at Su Bai, her face flushed and her eyes bright.
"Boss Su, are you hot?"
Su Bai said he wasn't.
Dao Dadao smiled and reached out to undo the first button of his shirt.
"Let me help you."
The second, the third.
Su Bai's chest was exposed, and Dao Dadao's hand pressed against his chest; her palm was very hot.
Dao Dadao and Yin Suwan lowered their heads at the same time.
One on the left, one on the right.
Su Bai's breathing grew heavy.
His hands moved away from the sofa armrest.
Their waists were very slim; through the thin fabric of their dresses, he could feel the warmth of their skin.
A long time later, the three of them were lying on the sofa.
Dao Dadao's face was very red, her lips slightly swollen, and her eyes half-closed.
Yin Suwan's face was also very red, her lips were also swollen, and her eyes were also half-closed.
The two were on his left and right, like two tired kittens.
Su Bai stared at the ceiling. There was a chandelier on the ceiling, but it wasn't turned on; only the spotlights on the walls were lit, casting a circular halo of light on the ceiling.
His mind was blank; he didn't want to think about anything.
"Boss Su, you're amazing." Dao Dadao's voice was muffled.
Su Bai didn't speak.
Yin Suwan lifted her head and looked at him. "Boss, when are you coming again?"
Su Bai said it depended on the situation.
Yin Suwan pouted, but didn't say anything and buried her face back down.
Dao Dadao also lifted her head. "Boss Su, when you come next time, I'll still come to keep you company."
Su Bai looked at her.
"Aren't you going to work?"
Dao Dadao smiled.
"Work isn't as important as keeping you company."
