139: Chapter 139 Crushed

Lin Fang wiped the corners of his mouth with a tissue in a leisurely manner, a gentle smile appearing on his face: "Deputy Captain Li, it seems you are quite lucky; you are actually fine."

It wasn't until the cigarette burned Li Rui's fingers that he shuddered violently, snapped back to reality, and hurriedly flicked away the cigarette butt, his lips trembling: "Lin, President Lin... what is this..."

"I did it,"

Lin Fang admitted candidly: "While there is still time, is there anything you want to add?"

"Ad... add what?" Li Rui's face turned pale. When did he poison the food, and why was he himself fine?

"Add your last words."

Before the words even faded, Lin Fang didn't give Li Rui any chance to react or beg for mercy. With a single hand held in a void grip, a powerful Force Field instantly enveloped the middle-aged man.

An invisible yet massive force surged from all directions, pinning Li Rui firmly in place! The color drained from his face instantly, and his eyeballs bulged violently due to the unimaginable pressure, filled with bloodshot veins of terror and pain.

The bones throughout his body began to make "clack, clack" sounds; this was the wailing of bones unable to withstand the pressure and about to snap. Every inch of muscle was twisting and deforming, and blood vessels bulged and wound horribly under his skin, as if they were about to burst the next second.

Before he bled out too much, Lin Fang threw him into the sea to feed the fish.

A black Shadow traced a brief arc, quickly submerging into the pitch-black, churning waves, splashing only a few drops of Water.

"Little Black, how far are they?"

Little Black said excitedly: "Boss, they are currently in the sea area 20 nautical miles ahead."

"Start the boat; I'm going to take care of them."

Lin Fang looked at the sea surface and shot straight up into the sky, simultaneously changing the Force Field around himself, and his whole body turned into a mass of distorted light, disappearing into the night.

β€” β€”

Far away, 20 nautical miles out, on the pitch-black surface of the Indo-Pacific Ocean, a giant warship was quietly breaking through the waves like a dormant steel beast.

Beside it were several medium-sized speedboats.

The giant warship was the "Delhi-class" destroyer Soma, the pride of the India's East Second Fleet.

At this moment, although it had erased all markings and hull numbers, and its paint had been temporarily changed to a dark gray closer to civilian ships, the massive 175-meter-long hull, the iconic pyramid-shaped mast, and the various radar antennas and sensors could still not completely hide its sharp military nature.

There were a total of 287 people on the entire destroyer, and several sailors dressed as fishermen were laughing on the front deck, occasionally grabbing food from their trays with their hands.

Thud β€” β€”

It seemed something had fallen onto the deck in front of them, making a dull Impact sound.

The few sailors were startled; their mouths still chewing on flatbread covered in curry sauce, they looked in the direction of the sound in confusion.

But under the lights, there was clearly nothing there.

"What was that?" one person asked indistinctly, licking the sauce off his fingers.

"Maybe a seabird hit us?"

But a young sailor named Rajput felt an inexplicable chill; that sound was too heavy, not something a bird could make.

Rajput frowned, subconsciously taking a few steps forward, wanting to see more clearly.

Strange, something was not right there.

Suddenly! Rajput's pupils contracted; in that distorted space, he saw what seemed to be a pair of cold eyes piercing through the darkness, precisely locking onto him.

"...Ghost... phantom..."

Rajput's voice was like a chicken with its neck pinched. After that gaze merely glanced at him briefly, Rajput felt his brain expanding, as if it were being forcibly stuffed into a balloon that was constantly inflating.

Severe pain instantly gripped all his thoughts. The scene before his eyes began to twist and rotate.

Until it shattered...

Without any warning, Rajput's head was like an overinflated balloon, instantly turning into a cloud of blood mist and shattered bone fragments!

The Red and White mixture sprayed out radially; the warm, viscous liquid doused the other companions. The strong smell of blood mixed with the spice of the food, creating a nauseating stench.

The headless corpse swayed and then collapsed softly to the ground.

"Pfft!" "Crack!" "Splat!"

The dull sounds of bones shattering, organs bursting, and bodies being forcibly twisted and crushed rang out one after another. Within just two seconds, the front deck fell completely silent, leaving only a few corpses.

"Force Field is truly too useful," Lin Fang clicked his tongue twice. His gaze did not linger on them; he looked straight down at his feet. The omnipresent Force Field resonated, and Lin Fang quickly locked onto the location of the ammunition depot.

There, rows of torpedoes, missile warheads, and a large amount of artillery propellant lay dormant.

No need for more words.

The Force Field instantly penetrated the metal casing of the torpedoes, reaching the high-energy explosives inside. A fraction of a second later, these high-energy explosives were heated to the point of detonation.

The entire space of the ammunition depot seemed to light up for a moment.

Immediately after β€” β€” Boom!!!!!!

An explosion originating from the very core of the Soma began.

A massive Fire ball and an indescribable Impact first instantly vaporized the entire ammunition depot and its surrounding structures! The heavy armored steel plates were pried open, torn, and shattered from the inside like fragile eggshells!

The entire destroyer arched upward violently, as if lifted from the seabed by an invisible giant hand, and then, under the irresistible destructive force from within, snapped in two from the middle.

More secondary explosions followed; the fuel tanks were ignited, and the leaking high-heat fuel turned into a soaring Fire dragon. The entire destroyer turned into a burning tomb.

Accompanied by screams, it gradually sank to the seabed.

The few speedboats nearby were stunned at the sight, then fled in all directions like madmen.

"Heh,"

Casually blocking the flying debris, Lin Fang, who had flown into the air, looked at these true pirates. He curled the corners of his mouth and let out a low murmur like a great bell, "Run, can you run away..."
