164: Snorkeling tour at Cham Island

Li Qinghe looked at Le Xuan Mai, who was sound asleep beside him, and got up to walk to the balcony.

On the adjacent balcony, a solitary figure was leaning against the railing, watching the river view.

It was the Korean guy's girlfriend, standing there in a silk nightgown.

The Korean guy's girlfriend

Li Qinghe looked at the other balcony, just a step away, and quickly made a decision: go for it.

Li Qinghe, agilely, braced himself against the railing and lightly swung himself over to the opposite steps.

The Korean girl only let out a slight "Ah," immediately covered her mouth with both hands, and made no further sound.

At this moment, she no longer had the arrogance she displayed during the day.

Li Qinghe walked up to the Korean girl and softly asked her, "Can you understand English?"

The girl nodded.

"What about him?"

The girl made a gesture of drinking and falling asleep.

"Is he a heavy sleeper?"

The girl covered her mouth and nodded vigorously.

"Did you wash?"

She nodded vigorously.

Li Qinghe then led the girl, who was still covering her mouth, into the opposite room.

On the bed in the room lay a Korean guy, dead drunk, snoring like a bellows.

"You also don't want..."

She nodded even more vigorously, her eyes already sparkling.

"Have you heard of husband's eyes..."

Her eyes showed excitement mixed with anticipation.

"Find something to bite on yourself."

...When Li Xinghe left, it was already dawn.

Beside the still-snoring Korean guy, the Korean girl was unable to move, but her eyes, reflecting the light from outside, appeared exceptionally bright.

Li Qinghe, feeling completely relaxed, climbed back over the balcony to his own room, quickly showered in the bathroom, and then returned to bed, embracing Le Xuan Mai and falling into a deep sleep.

He slept until almost noon again, hearing the Korean guy next door loudly asking something.

Then, the Korean guy's girlfriend's voice responded to something, followed by the Korean guy bursting into laughter, his tone full of triumph and confidence.

But very quickly, this laughter was interrupted by Le Xuan Mai's voice, reciting foreign languages.

What did the Korean guy curse about next door?

Li Qinghe and Le Xuan Mai didn't pay attention.

An hour later.

Li Qinghe and Le Xuan Mai also got up and washed, as they needed to find a place for lunch.

Today, Le Xuan Mai wore a white dress paired with white shoes, making her petite figure appear graceful and charming.

Le Xuan Mai

The Korean guy was leading his girlfriend, who walked with a slight waddle.

But the Korean guy, whom she was holding, had an exceptionally proud expression; clearly, he considered this a testament to his own abilities.

"Brother He, was it good?"

Le Xuan Mai, looking radiant and refreshed, walked with a much lighter step.

"What do you think?"

"I was talking about last night."

Le Xuan Mai whispered into Li Qinghe's ear.

Oh, she knew everything after all. What a good girl.

At noon, the two went to a street stall and ate Hoi An's special ginger chicken rice, as well as the spring rolls and duck leg noodles recommended by netizens.

The total came to 220,000 vietnamese dong, which is 60 dragon country currency. For a street meal, this consumption level is actually not low.

Li Qinghe and Le Xuan Mai had originally planned to go diving at Cham Island, off the coast of Hoi An.

Because many tour groups departing from Da Nang also had to go to Hoi An to take a boat out to Cham Island.

However, upon inquiring at a local travel agency, they learned that visiting Cham Island required a border pass, which had to be obtained in advance from the public security office, making it very troublesome.

When in doubt, use money. Li Qinghe found a travel agency and spent an extra 300,000 vietnamese dong to go through the back door at Hoi An's public security department to get the border pass.

He booked a half-day tour with the travel agency for 600,000 vietnamese dong per person, totaling 1,200,000 vietnamese dong for two people, which is equivalent to more than 320 dragon country currency.

Cham Island was part of the ancient Chinese maritime Silk Road, as Hoi An was originally the departure port for the Champa kingdom's tribute missions to the Chinese central dynasty.

Therefore, Cham Island naturally became a transit port for cargo shipping.

A minibus took Li Qinghe and his companion, along with a few other tourists, to the departure port.

From there, they would take a speedboat to Cham Island.

Sitting on the boat, they listened to the tour guide explain that Cham Island is an archipelago composed of seven small islands.

After the decline of Hoi An port, Cham Island gradually returned to its original ecological state.

Currently, the largest island has two fishing villages with a population of 3,000 people.

The tour guide informed everyone that the best season for diving at Cham Island is from July to September.

In November, deep diving is not possible, but the weather has been good these past few days, and the waves are relatively calm, so snorkeling with flotation devices to view the coral is an option.

As they approached the islands, they could already see many seagulls flying and foraging along the coastline.

The seawater became increasingly clear, and from the boat, one could see the sandy bottom.

On the surface, Li Qinghe was recording with his phone, but in reality, the future camera's sub-lenses had already captured the entire scenery of Cham Island from several angles.

The tour guide first took everyone to visit the island.

Upon landing, Li Qinghe felt a sense of being in a secluded paradise; leisurely fishermen, when not out at sea, would lie on chairs by the beach to rest.

Expansive coconut groves and the distant azure sea formed a beautiful picture.

Le Xuan Mai had not yet been included in Li Qinghe's electronic girlfriend filming scope, so he was currently filming her enjoying their trip.

However, with Li Qinghe by her side, Le Xuan Mai was having a great time; whether day or night, Li Qinghe always managed to make her happy.

After a group of tourists experienced the pristine island world of Cham Island, the tour guide led them back to the boat to prepare for snorkeling.

There were a total of two speedboats for this outing, carrying fewer than 20 tourists in total.

The speedboat anchored in a small cove of the island, where the waves were calmer than in other locations.

First, the ladies went down into the cabin of one yacht to change into their swimsuits, while the men went into the cabin of the other boat to strip down and put on their swimming trunks.

Once the staff confirmed that everyone had changed into their swimsuits, they instructed everyone to come up to the deck.

The tour guide and staff distributed life jackets to all tourists.

Not wearing a life jacket here is not allowed in the water. After the staff checked everyone's life jackets, a whistle blew, and all the tourists splashed into the water.

For a moment, the surface of the sea was like a flock of ducks, and everyone was splashing around happily.

The yacht chose this cove for a reason.

Just a few meters underwater, clusters of coral swayed and undulated in the seawater, shimmering in vibrant colors under the sunlight, a breathtaking sight.

"Brother He, the scenery here is so beautiful!"

Le Xuan Mai wiped the seawater from her face and excitedly shouted to Li Qinghe.

"Come, I'll take a few photos for you."

After signing up, Li Qinghe bought a waterproof case for his phone; this was just for show in the water, as the main filming was done by the future camera's sub-lenses.

This future technology is incredibly advanced, with waterproof and corrosion-resistant capabilities reaching a very high standard.

Therefore, the sub-lenses can freely immerse themselves in the seawater, capturing an immersive feeling.

Everyone played in the water for a full hour, then the tour guide and staff began to call the tourists back onto the boat.

Although splashing around in the water was fun, it was also quite physically draining, and many tourists slumped onto the deck of the yacht, unwilling to move.

Li Qinghe, however, who walked around the deck effortlessly as if nothing had happened, seemed a bit unusual.

For the remainder of the time, the speedboat took the tourists on a round trip among the seven small islands, and then it was time to return.

By the time Li Qinghe and Le Xuan Mai returned to Hoi An Ancient Town, the streetlights were already lit, and night had fallen.

Having expended a lot of energy, Li Qinghe took Le Xuan Mai to a seafood feast that night.

Again, they found a seafood restaurant popular with locals, which offered Vietnamese grilled prawns, fried fish fillets, and a seafood platter of scallops, as well as seafood spring rolls and special rice cooked in a clay pot.

Another 1,200,000 vietnamese dong was spent, and both Li Qinghe and Le Xuan Mai were very satisfied with their meal.

The evening leisure activity was a Thu Bon River cruise through the ancient town, costing 150,000 vietnamese dong per person, roughly 40 dragon country currency.

Coincidentally, they ran into the Korean guy and his companion again by the river.
