4: Brother, I will work hard.

"Ah! Okay, Brother."

Nguyen Thi Linh only snapped back to reality after Li Qinghe's reminder.

She walked blankly among the rows of clothes, looking like she didn't know what to do.

"A Ling, today you need to buy at least two million vietnamese dong worth of clothes. These are your work clothes, you can buy more dresses."

Looking at the clothes around them, generally priced at about 300,000 vietnamese dong, Li Qinghe smiled and made a request to Nguyen Thi Linh.

Clothes worth about 500 yuan didn't sound like much, but here you could buy several pieces.

He chose this place because Li Qinghe had visited before; many styles looked fashionable, and the workmanship wasn't too bad.

Not to mention, due to previous trade issues, many garment factories in Dragon Country had moved to Vietnam, and many clothes were sold directly on-site.

Although Nguyen Thi Linh's outfit was well-matched, Li Qinghe could tell the texture of the cheap fabric.

He didn't take Nguyen Thi Linh to a more upscale mall, but rather to this kind of affordable clothing supermarket with good quality and low prices.

Clothes costing hundreds of thousands of vietnamese dong were relatively acceptable to Nguyen Thi Linh, but still much higher than the prices she usually paid for clothes.

"Brother, do these clothes work?"

Li Qinghe looked at Nguyen Thi Linh, who was timidly holding several dresses in front of him, and realizing that this girl had just graduated from high school, his attitude became even gentler.

"A Ling, you need to relax a bit. Try on all the clothes you're holding, and come let me see when you're done."

In fact, ever since getting out of the car, Li Qinghe had become a man with a camera on his head.

These snippets of time spent with Nguyen Thi Linh, with a little editing, would become a series of materials to be posted in the future.

The key was that Nguyen Thi Linh's performance as an actress was completely natural, without any pretense.

She was the kind of girl who, at first glance, would make one involuntarily curl up the corners of their mouth and look at her gently.

The dresses Nguyen Thi Linh had picked out earlier were all relatively plain, and Li Qinghe didn't say anything.

He planned to let Nguyen Thi Linh try those on first, then pick some prettier ones for her. With her figure, she was like a model; any clothes would look good on her.

While Li Qinghe was still searching for suitable dresses among the clothes racks, Nguyen Thi Linh had already walked out, a little unnaturally, wearing a white dress with ruffles.

"Brother, is this outfit okay?"

Li Qinghe's eyes lit up as he looked at the tall girl in front of him.

This white short dress was somehow worn by Nguyen Thi Linh to give off the vibe of the girl-next-door school beauty.

Her slender, straight calves beneath the hem of the skirt were fair and delicate, showing no trace of a country girl.

Only after coming to Vietnam did Li Qinghe discover a very interesting phenomenon: for girls here, whether from the city or the countryside, the most important thing from childhood to adulthood was sun protection.

That's why you can see many beautiful women with fair and delicate skin in Vietnam, who don't look like they're from Southeast Asia.

And Nguyen Thi Linh in front of him was an exceptionally fair beauty.

"A Ling, turn around so I can see."

Li Qinghe, with an appreciative gaze, asked Nguyen Thi Linh to turn around in front of the camera.

So she shyly pursed her lips and gently turned around in front of the camera. Li Qinghe felt he couldn't take it anymore, and he believed that fans who watched the video later wouldn't be able to either.

Over the next hour, Nguyen Thi Linh changed into more than a dozen outfits under Li Qinghe's direction. Finally, with his approval, she bought six dresses, two casual outfits, and one trendy outfit.

The total cost was nearly 4 million vietnamese dong.

All these clothes, in various bags, were stuffed into an oversized tote bag and placed on the footboard in front of Li Qinghe.

Fortunately, there were quite a few clothes, filling the footboard in front of Li Qinghe. He gripped the sides with his feet, so he didn't have to worry about any clothes falling off.

After leaving the clothing supermarket, Li Qinghe drove Nguyen Thi Linh straight to the place he rented.

To stay here longer, Li Qinghe had rented a three-bedroom, two-living room apartment on the second floor for 5.5 million vietnamese dong per month.

Hanoi, due to its large population, has always had supply falling short of demand, so even in relatively remote districts, prices are not low. A district in Vietnam is roughly equivalent to an administrative district in Dragon Country.

Li Qinghe's initial plan was to find a pretty girl in an area with many factories to film videos with him, so the rented place was not too far from the factories.

However, he didn't have much money before and couldn't speak Vietnamese, so the plan was difficult to implement.

Now everything was different. The system gave me wealth, making me happy; the system gave me words, allowing me to reach a girl's heart.

The directions he had cautiously tried, worried about wasting money, could now be pursued boldly. At worst, he could just choose again.

So he generously brought Nguyen Thi Linh to his rented apartment.

As there were only two of them, Nguyen Thi Linh felt a little embarrassed carrying the bags upstairs.

It was her first time alone with a young man like this, and she felt the atmosphere was a bit strange.

Walking ahead of him up the stairs, she could feel two burning gazes.

But she couldn't resist because this man promised to help her make money and get rich.

It was twice her current factory salary and less strenuous, so Nguyen Thi Linh had high hopes for the future.

"A Ling, look, there are three rooms here. That one is mine, you can pick one of the remaining two."

Li Qinghe led Nguyen Thi Linh through the door into the ordinarily decorated apartment.

It was morning, and all the rooms were bright.

This was also a point Li Qinghe particularly valued; it didn't matter if the location was a bit remote or the decoration simple, the important thing was to have sunlight every day.

Nguyen Thi Linh looked at the bright and clean rooms, liking them very much. The environment here was much better than the factory dormitory.

Being able to have a room to herself was a very high privilege for her.

In the factory, only management personnel at or above the supervisor level could enjoy such single-room treatment.

Thinking about a monthly income of 10 million vietnamese dong, Nguyen Thi Linh's heart immediately warmed. She could already see her mother's smiling lips.

Although this apartment was just rented by Li Qinghe, she didn't find it simple in the slightest.

Li Qinghe told her that they would only be staying here temporarily for a while.

Later, when they earned more money, they would move to a better place to live.

Nguyen Thi Linh just nodded repeatedly; she believed what Li Qinghe said.

Looking at the shy girl, like a small white flower, nodding repeatedly.

Li Qinghe told her to quickly choose a room, and he would buy her a set of furniture including a bed and wardrobe in the next few days.

Nguyen Thi Linh bit her rosy lips, hesitating for a while, and finally chose the room next to Li Qinghe's. This room faced the alley behind the house, allowing her to see many green plants in people's yards.

Li Qinghe first helped Nguyen Thi Linh carry all the clothes they had just bought into the room.

"A Ling, this is the money I promised you. Keep it safe and tell your mother when you call her tonight."

Li Qinghe went to his room and took out the remaining ten million in cash. Twenty 500,000-vietnamese dong banknotes didn't look very thick.

But Nguyen Thi Linh's hands trembled as she took the money. This was the largest sum of money she had ever seen in her life.

Now she could earn two months' worth of her previous salary in just one month.

"Brother, I will work hard."

Nguyen Thi Linh took the money, carefully tucked it into the secret pocket of her small skirt, pulled out the hem of her T-shirt to cover the skirt, and her small face showed a serious expression.

"Good, Brother will wait for you to help me gain followers." Looking at the serious yet adorable girl, Li Qinghe couldn't help but reach out and gently ruffle her hair.

Unexpectedly, Nguyen Thi Linh just slightly retracted her neck, her squinting eyes looking exactly like a cat waiting to be petted.

Speaking of which, there are no stray cats in Vietnam, because most of them are eaten by locals. Vietnamese grilled cat meat is a very popular local dish.

No wonder many people like 'head-pat kills'; it's truly because the girl's reaction makes it feel good to pat, so everything needs cooperation and response.

And so, Li Qinghe couldn't resist and reached out to ruffle her hair again.

Such creatures that genuinely get shy and blush are becoming rare.

It seemed that the ten million vietnamese dong had completely bridged the distance between them. Nguyen Thi Linh showed no resistance to Li Qinghe's actions, obediently waiting for the head pat.
