266: Crazy white sand dunes

White Sand Dunes are more than ten kilometers away from Mui Ne City.

Li Qinghe drove relatively fast.

He arrived at this famous miniature desert before the weather got too hot.

Because the entire White Sand Dunes cover an area of 5 square kilometers.

So, the White Sand Dunes appear one after another, stretching continuously.

White Sand Dunes

And in this white desert, there is not only sand but also a sizable lake.

It's just that the lake water is so deep it looks a bit black.

Further beyond the desert's edge, there are also several groves of trees.

There were quite a few tourists today.

Besides local Asia tourists, European and American tourists, including those from Russia, accounted for a significant proportion.

Because the desert is vast, there are many activities available, and most tourists choose to rent an ATV here for dune bashing.

The fees vary according to individual needs, but the method of charging here, like hotel accommodation in Vietnam, is per person.

If driving himself, it costs 800,000 vietnamese dong (more than 210 dragon coin); if merely riding, it costs 300,000 vietnamese dong (a little over 80 dragon coin).

There are also some who are afraid or unable to ride ATVs themselves, so they sit behind a professional dune bashing instructor.

The entire dune area was filled with the roar of motorcycles and excited screams.

Of course, open-top jeeps are also available for rent here; they are all early American military jeep models, repainted in different colors, and still look quite appealing.

The price for an open-top jeep is 1.2 million vietnamese dong (more than 320 dragon coin) for self-driving, and 500,000 vietnamese dong (around 140 dragon coin) for just riding.

But for Li Qinghe and Vu Linh Huong, they had already driven there in an off-road vehicle.

If they wanted to experience the joy of driving and dune bashing, driving the lexus 570 would be the same.

So Li Qinghe and Vu Linh Huong spent 1.1 million vietnamese dong (nearly 300 dragon coin) to get an ATV.

When they left, Vu Linh Huong was smart enough to bring a long-sleeved sun-protective shirt, and more importantly, she even prepared a sun hat for Li Qinghe.

Looking at the fully equipped Vu Linh Huong, Li Qinghe thought of Zhang Meiqi's similar attire when he first met her.

Therefore, sun protection is a mandatory course for girls in Vietnam.

Li Qinghe gently revved the throttle, and he had already mastered all the reactions and condition of this vehicle.

The strongest old driver on land was also the strongest in the desert.

With Vu Linh Huong holding his waist tightly, the ATV roared as it plunged into the white desert.

The ATV here had plenty of horsepower, and Li Qinghe easily maneuvered it to the top of a sand dune.

There was a drop of several tens of meters from the top of the dune to its bottom, and Li Qinghe simply floored the accelerator and charged downwards.

Vu Linh Huong's screams echoed in his ears in time.

Li Qinghe fully displayed his driving skills.

He sped through the desert with Vu Linh Huong, like a whirlwind.

Waves of sand and plumes of dust were kicked up behind the ATV.

Many tourists looked on with envy at those two unrestrained and free-spirited figures.

This is what uninhibited youth looks like.

Especially the European and American female tourists who love excitement; many of their eyes had turned into heart shapes.

As everyone knows, burly, muscular men are their greatest love.

Moreover, this man's ATV riding skills were simply too cool: drifting in the desert, popping wheelies, lifting the rear, and driving on two wheels.

Coupled with the strong pectoral muscles and eight-pack abs visible beneath his open shirt, in the eyes of the women, this man was practically glowing with golden light.

And the men also looked enviously at this vigorous and energetic man.

What man wouldn't want to show off his driving skills in front of everyone, carrying a beautiful woman with a slender waist and long legs, and be met with envious gazes?

Putting everything else aside, this was the coolest guy in the desert today.

Even the motorcycle instructors carrying tourists were stimulated by Li Qinghe to twist the throttle an extra turn, bouncing the female tourists on the back seat into the air, eliciting continuous screams.

Li Qinghe rode the ATV with Vu Linh Huong in the desert, sometimes rushing to the top of a dune, sometimes plunging down a 70-degree steep slope. The ATV was as easy to handle as a toy in his hands, completely unlike how some men might expect it to flip over in the desert.

After a good while of playing around, Li Qinghe stopped the vehicle and took some photos of Vu Linh Huong. The white dunes, a sexy beauty, and a wild motorcycle together formed a beautiful picture.

Vu Linh Huong

Vu Linh Huong also took many photos of Li Qinghe, and they took many photos together, completely without relying on others.

Because Li Qinghe directly pulled out a card-shaped drone disguised as a future camera lens from his pocket.

Vu Linh Huong only thought that a leading Chinese language company had released a new product. Her mind was already filled with Li Qinghe, and she wouldn't think too much about whether it was reasonable or not.

The circling drone camera continuously filmed the two of them, clearly recording both their sweet moments and their wild ones.

When the sun became very strong, Li Qinghe took Vu Linh Huong back to their starting point. Along the way, both Asia and European/American tourists looked at them with curiosity.

Fortunately, Li Qinghe was thick-skinned, and Vu Linh Huong had strong psychological fortitude. The two calmly handed the motorcycle over to the rental person, and under the curious gazes of the crowd, they turned and got into the lexus 570 and drove away.

"Qinghe, this is the first time I've ever played such a wild sport in my life."

Vu Linh Huong, in the passenger seat, took a big gulp of mineral water. Her throat was a bit scratchy from the continuous screaming.

"There's a first time for everything, isn't there? Once you have that first time, you'll discover these things are really fun."

Li Qinghe drove, smiling and teasing her.

"Oh, you! Always making fun of me," Vu Linh Huong pouted, rolling her eyes at Li Qinghe.

Now, even bickering felt like a happy thing for the two of them.

This could also be considered the joy of a young couple's interaction.

It wasn't until these past few days that Vu Linh Huong truly understood what real love felt like, and why Chinese language culture describes deep affection as "like glue and lacquer."

She couldn't help but want to cling tightly to Li Qinghe and not let go, and isn't fervent affection as sticky as being glued together?

While Vu Linh Huong was still sweetly reminiscing, Li Qinghe had already driven the car to their destination - Po Shanu Cham Towers.

This place is only 5 kilometers from White Sand Dunes, very close. The towers are on a nearby mountain called Panai.

It sounds quite interesting: Panai Mountain in Mui Ne.

The two parked the car at the foot of the mountain and hiked up. The mountain wasn't high, but the path wasn't good either.

This is the oldest Cham ruin remaining from the Cham Kingdom period in southern Vietnam, consisting of two tall towers and a small sanctuary.

Mui Ne Cham Towers

All three are Cham red brick buildings, constructed in the 9th century AD.

At that time, the central dynasty of Chinese language was still the powerful Tang Dynasty, and northern Vietnam was still Chinese language territory.

These Cham buildings are 200 years older than the Nha Trang Cham Towers that Li Qinghe and Vu Linh Huong are about to visit.

However, Mui Ne has not invested much money in developing this area; they have only slightly leveled the ground, cleaned up the floating dust, and placed a few potted plants here.

Therefore, not many tourists come to this Cham Tower.

"Qinghe, let's stay here another day tomorrow. I feel that some places in Mui Ne aren't overly commercialized, and we can really experience the tranquil life here."

Li Qinghe watched Vu Linh Huong standing on Panai Mountain, gazing at Mui Ne town and the distant sea, and a strong sense of the vastness of time and change surged within him.
