28: Li Qinghe has become a hot commodity in SPA shops

Lucy was definitely hinting at something, pretty much outright telling Li Qinghe that she and Lily were free tomorrow night and were available for a date.

It seemed she had been thoroughly impressed by Li Qinghe's prowess just now.

She was proactively extending a date invitation to Li Qinghe.

Li Qinghe looked at Lucy, whose eyes were sparkling, and felt she was like a female demon who wanted a taste of the Tang Monk's flesh.

Could that flesh be given out so casually? What if a bunch of immortal monsters popped up later? Whose responsibility would that be?

Lily, standing to the side, wasn't as enthusiastic as Lucy. She was just following Lucy out, abiding by the shop's protocol.

As for Lucy mentioning they were both free tomorrow night, Lily was actually quite scared. It was the first time in her life she had encountered something that nearly made her scream out loud.

Because what she saw today was terrifying, reminding her of a certain kind of pony she had seen before.

Although receiving a 1 million tip made her very happy—it was the biggest reward she'd ever gotten in this line of work—

the thought of being alone in private with a monster-like Li Qinghe made her resistant. She didn't share Lucy's eagerness at all.

"Tomorrow night probably won't work, I have other things to attend to. Next time I'll take you both out for supper, or we can hang out at the bar street."

Li Qinghe first went to change back into his own clothes and gave Lucy a clear response.

Different occasions call for different women. Lucy was the type to take to a bar.

Lucy wanted to say something more, but was cut off by A Ying, who emerged from the front desk.

"Sister Lucy, you can leave Brother to me. Don't worry."

A Ying ushered Li Qinghe to a sofa near the bar counter, sat him down, and brought him a glass of iced green tea.

"Brother, sorry to trouble you to wait for me until 11:30 again today."

A Ying glanced at the technicians sitting farther away, leaned close to Li Qinghe's ear, and whispered.

"No problem. I'll come pick you up at the entrance when it's time."

"Brother, don't come to the entrance. Let's meet at the intersection ahead. Right now, all the girls in the shop want you to choose them for services. I don't want them to see you coming to pick me up."

A Ying told Li Qinghe mysteriously, making it seem like some kind of underground rendezvous.

This was all because last time, Lucy had promoted Li Qinghe's eight-pack abs to everyone in the shop.

In Vietnam, the influence of Korean Wave from Korea and the film/TV culture from Dragon Country is immense. Besides pretty boys, what they like most are handsome guys with a classical style and young men with eight-pack abs.

Moreover, Li Qinghe was already somewhat handsome to begin with. After his physique was enhanced by the system, his skin improved dramatically, like a finely retouched photo.

This directly boosted his attractiveness by a significant margin.

Many of the female technicians who had seen Li Qinghe attested that he was indeed very handsome—the tall and handsome type.

Faced with the majority of Vietnamese men who are dark and thin, his looks and physique created a crushing superiority.

Through word-of-mouth among the female technicians at the SPA shop, Li Qinghe became a rare, handsome catch.

A Ying, who had already 'tasted' Li Qinghe, originally wanted to find an opportunity to announce to everyone that Li Qinghe was her boyfriend.

Seeing the current situation, she didn't dare. Afraid her sisters would accuse her of hogging him, she could only quietly mention it to Li Qinghe, seizing the chance while attending to him.

After they agreed on a meeting spot, Li Qinghe finished his iced green tea, left the shop, got on his bike, and rode away.

He planned to refuel before A Ying got off work.

Although Nguyen Thi Linh hadn't gone out much these past few days, Li Qinghe had ridden his bike to several places and also went back to his rented place to tidy up a bit.

After all, when he moved a few days ago, he only took most of his clothes and daily appliances. The bedding and toiletries were still there.

Including the new bed he bought for Nguyen Thi Linh, which was also left there. For a long time to come, this place would serve as Li Qinghe's temporary base.

He could stay here for a few nights when needed.

With a system now, even though the money wasn't huge at the start, given the speed his fanbase was growing, not only would he be free from financial worries for life, but saying he'd be rich and prosperous wouldn't be an exaggeration.

Perhaps having seen many different facets of society, and now possessing wealth beyond the reach of ordinary people, Li Qinghe didn't quite agree with the pure love advocates—those who talk about deep affection, settling down with one heart, and loving only one person for a lifetime.

If one were that pure, what's the point of having a system? You could just strive like an ordinary person with that beloved person, and see what's left after the passion of love fades—a mess of chicken feathers or something else.

Li Qinghe didn't deny that true love exists in this world, but its emergence certainly has conditions.

As the possessor of a system, with the capability, wouldn't it be great to experience more of the world's beauty?

Just as Nguyen Thi Linh said, in a place like Vietnam, even men from her area who don't do much physical labor can have several wives.

With the support of the system, giving more pretty young ladies a warm home—that's not excessive, right?

Li Qinghe could guarantee his bottom line: he wouldn't abandon someone after having his way, nor would he insist on bedding every woman he saw. After all, as a higher emotional animal, he preferred relationships where there was a genuine connection.

Since he went out relatively early today, even after spending nearly two hours at the SPA shop, it was still not yet 10 PM.

In the old quarter of Hanoi, the streets and alleys were bustling at this hour. Coffee shops, roadside bars, restaurants, and food stalls were packed with people.

Tourists from all over the world weaved through the crowds, creating a vibrant, steaming atmosphere.

No wonder many people felt Vietnam's economy was full of vitality, even having the potential to surpass Dragon Country. But after truly living here for a while, one would understand what exactly supports this prosperity.

"North Mongolia, South Vietnam" isn't just a saying. As Vietnam's top two major cities, Saigon and Hanoi are like Dongguan in Dragon Country twenty years ago.

The largest foreign groups here are the lonely, restless men from Korea, Japan, and Dragon Country.

How the Korean and Japanese men operate, Li Qinghe didn't know.

But he knew part of the situation regarding Dragon Country men.

Broadly speaking, they fell into two categories. One category consisted of compatriots who had put down roots in Vietnam for business, opening factories and shops here.

After making money here, they began to enjoy the life of the Vietnamese elite. The women they found mostly had excellent external conditions and clean pasts, making them objects of envy for many.

The other category consisted of some brothers who came directly to Vietnam, personally exploring and experiencing, paving a safe travel route for their domestic compatriots and starting domestic tourism businesses.

Those brothers from back home who didn't want the hassle would come, pay five to eight thousand, and get the full package arranged—eating, drinking, and sleeping companions—allowing them to safely enjoy a few days of fun before happily returning home.

Apart from these, there were those who came alone. Due to not understanding Vietnamese, they got ripped off on food, lodging, and transportation, ending up paying a high price for low-quality, free-range 'chicken'.

What Li Qinghe knew was that among them, a very small number of men were studying in Vietnam from Dragon Country. Because they were proficient in both Dragon Country language and Vietnamese, even English,

they leveraged their years of experience studying in Vietnam to thrive here.

Now, among these diverse groups of Dragon Country men, a Li Qinghe had been added.

With his cheat code by his side, he was destined to become the most dazzling 'Young man' among the Dragon Country men in Vietnam.

Right now, this still-developing 'Young man' was riding his bike swiftly along the border between Hoan Kiem District and Hai Ba Trung District.

Past 10 PM, motorcycles on the road were still flowing endlessly, roaring incessantly.

Li Qinghe weaved flexibly through the traffic until he reached a red light and stopped.

Looking left and right, many motorcycles had couples, clearly heading to places like the bar street for fun.

Overall, these men and women were quite young, with the girls' looks significantly surpassing the boys'.

While Li Qinghe was observing, a car horn suddenly sounded behind him.

He thought the red light ahead had turned green, but looking up, he saw it was still red, which made him turn his head somewhat displeased.

Instead, he saw a woman excitedly waving her hand out of the car window at him.
