243: Bad Luck Show

“Pfft~” Kim Ji-soo and Kim Jennie were more reserved, merely covering their mouths to snicker, while Lisa laughed somewhat unrestrainedly.

“Yah! Lalisa.” Park Chaeyoung was furious.

Lisa gave her a thumbs up: “Chaeyoung, it has to be you. Making Zoe so scared, impressive!”

“Aish!” Park Chaeyoung, if she could endure, wouldn't be called Park Chaeyoung. She kicked out, “I’ll show you impressive, I’ll kick you to death.”

“Yah! Are you crazy?!” Lisa, caught off guard, took a solid kick to her calf.

“Who told you to mock me? What are you going to do about me kicking you?” She jutted out her neck, glaring at Lisa, looking ready for a fight.

“Aish!” Lisa was also a wild one; it would be strange if she was afraid of Park Chaeyoung. She made to charge.

“Hey, hey, hey!” Kim Ji-soo quickly separated the two. “Watch your image, we’re recording.”

Lisa could only stop, but she pointed a finger at Park Chaeyoung’s nose and delivered a harsh warning: “Park Chaeyoung, you just wait.”

Park Chaeyoung, in a high-pitched voice, retorted sarcastically: “Oh, oh, oh! I’m so scared, pfft~”

“Aish~” It would be strange if Lisa could endure. She reached out to slap, and Park Chaeyoung also kicked out. The two fought with great relish.

“You two… Ow… Lalisa, try hitting me one more time… Ow… Aish, Park Chaeyoung…”

It was Kim Ji-soo, caught in the middle, who suffered, taking slaps and kicks, all landing on her.

“Ew~” Kim Jennie felt the pain just watching and quickly got up to hide in a corner, afraid of getting caught in the crossfire.

Xu Zhiyou, meanwhile, grabbed a lobster, gnawing on it while watching the show. A meal with entertainment, how comfortable.

“Aish!” Kim Ji-soo, unable to bear it any longer, grabbed both their ears, one in each hand.

The two were forced to stop. Park Chaeyoung slapped her hand: “Jisoo, I know I was wrong, lighter, it hurts!”

“Me too, Jisoo, lighter, my ears are going to fall off!” Lisa quickly followed suit.

Kim Ji-soo blew away the stray hairs from her forehead, took a deep breath, and said faintly, “Can you two listen to me now?”

“Yes, yes, yes.” Park Chaeyoung nodded frantically.

Lisa quickly followed: “Mmm, mmm, me too.”

“Pfft!” Xu Zhiyou couldn't stand seeing these two cowards back down and rolled her eyes.

She said with great disdain: “Two cowards, such big physiques, completely wasted those few bowls of rice, utterly useless.”

“Yah!” Kim Ji-soo really wanted to beat Xu Zhiyou to death. As the leader, she did nothing helpful.

“Heh heh!” With no more show to watch, Xu Zhiyou focused on eating.

She liked this 'fight if you don't agree' atmosphere; fake politeness was completely unnecessary.

“I… sigh~” Kim Ji-soo massaged her forehead. She had no way to deal with this stubborn person and could only sigh helplessly.

“If you don’t eat, it’ll really get cold.” Xu Zhiyou saw her still posing and couldn't help but remind her.

“Mmm, mmm, Jisoo, if it gets cold, it affects the taste.”

Park Chaeyoung, seeing Xu Zhiyou's ravenous eating, had long been hungry herself, but with her ear being held, she could only watch, feeling uncomfortable.

“Sigh~” Kim Ji-soo sighed again, releasing their ears.

She warned: “You two, sit down and eat honestly, don’t force me to hit you.”

“Understood!” Park Chaeyoung looked at the lobster in Xu Zhiyou's hand, answering distractedly. Lisa was much the same.

Kim Ji-soo massaged her forehead and lamented: “Human bodies, animal brains, it’s truly a sin.”

Park Chaeyoung and Lisa immediately ran back to their seats, lowering their heads, rubbing their ears, and eating, neither of them replying.

Kim Jennie, seeing the battle had ended, sat back down and dug into the foie gras. Seeing Xu Zhiyou's eating, she also felt her appetite return.

She picked up a spoon and scooped a spoonful of foie gras: “Mmm, mmm, rich, sweet fat and a faint nutty flavor, so delicious.”

Xu Zhiyou picked a piece of meat into her bowl: “Try this lamb chop, it’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, quite good.”

“It’s too greasy, I don’t want it.”

“Look at your weak physique, you must eat this piece.”

She picked another piece into Kim Ji-soo's bowl: “And you, you’re not even having a comeback, why are you chewing on vegetable leaves?”

Kim Ji-soo didn't hesitate, picking up the lamb and eating it. Playing requires energy, and not eating meat might lead to problems.

“Sigh!” Kim Jennie, seeing her eldest sister eat it, could only force it down.

“That’s more like it.”

“I want some too.” Park Chaeyoung pushed her plate in front of her, as if saying, 'you cut it for me'.

“Me too.” Lisa also pushed her plate in front of her.

“Do it yourselves.” Xu Zhiyou pretended not to see them. These two didn't need her to worry about their eating.

“Yah! You’re showing favoritism, aren’t you?!”

“Exactly.” Lisa nodded in agreement.

“Eat honestly, don’t force me to resort to violence.” Kim Ji-soo picked up a chopstick and warned.

“Eek!” Park Chaeyoung and Lisa obediently pulled their plates back. They had no doubt their eldest sister would actually act.

After all, she had taken several solid hits from them and couldn't afford to gamble.

After filming for a while, the waiter brought over another folding dining table large enough to seat a dozen people.

Under the surprised gazes of the staff, the same set of dishes was served. Kwon Sang-woo, though he could guess, still asked: “Zoe, this is for…?”

Xu Zhiyou, chewing her food, replied indistinctly: “I ordered it for you all. We can’t just let you watch us eat, can we?”

“Uh???”

Everyone was a bit bewildered. This table wasn't cheap at all. They looked at each other, but no one sat down.

Xu Zhiyou, seeing them hesitate, joked: “The way you’re hesitating…”

“The chef might doubt his cooking if he saw this. Eat without worry, I vouch for it, it’s definitely delicious.”

Xu Zhiyou was famous for her good interpersonal skills, largely because she didn't play favorites.

Her main principle was that whatever they ate, the staff ate too. Rich people are just willful.

Kwon Sang-woo realized Xu Zhiyou was giving them a way out. He set down his camera and led the way, sitting down and starting to eat: “I’m hungry anyway.”

“You all eat too. The footage is probably enough. There’s not much to film while eating.”

“Kamsahamnida, Zoexi.” The staff suddenly felt a warmth inside. They had initially thought Xu Zhiyou would be the most difficult.

But it turned out she was the most pleasant artist they had filmed. This made them feel bad for misunderstanding her.

Xu Zhiyou, seeing them start to eat, also busied herself with her meal, leaving Kim Ji-soo and the other three to exchange glances.

They weren't fools; they could clearly feel the change in the staff’s attitude. The four secretly glanced at Xu Zhiyou, who was engrossed in her meal, and sighed, realizing they still had much to learn.

After dinner, back at the hotel, the editing team received the footage and sighed with emotion as they edited.

“Tsk, tsk! It’s either fighting or bickering, these are all highlights, bonuses are within reach!”

“Can this be broadcast?” A staff member asked uncertainly. What kind of girl group acts like this?

Completely without pretense, focusing on returning favors and seeking revenge, not even afraid of things going wrong.

“Heh heh! Why can’t it be broadcast? Didn’t it appear in their debut song’s MV?”
