274: Eat my wave attack

She strolled over to Park Chaeyoung's spot on the balcony and saw her with her head tilted back, facing away, enjoying the breeze.

Seeing her blissful expression, she felt it would be a disservice not to do something to her, so her eyes darted around, and an idea struck her.

Tiptoeing stealthily behind her, she pulled her lips back, rolled her eyes like a dead fish, and spoke in a high-pitched voice from behind her.

“Is it~ nice~ to~ look~ at… Ow~!” Before she could finish, she got hit on the forehead and could only cover it first.

Park Chaeyoung rolled her eyes at her and said flatly, “Idiot~” Then she turned and went downstairs to find Xu Zhiyou.

Lisa was startled at first, then realized she had been scorned, and immediately yelled at Park Chaeyoung’s retreating back in dissatisfaction, “Yah! Why are you posing when there’s nothing going on… Yah~!”

Park Chaeyoung didn't even bother to turn her head, just went downstairs, thinking that if there was anything more infuriating than being ignored.

It was probably being hit first, then called an idiot, and finally left with a dashing figure. That was probably it.

Kim Ji-soo was the first to be drawn over by Lisa's shouts. Seeing her covering her head, she thought something had happened to her.

She asked anxiously, “Lisa, what’s wrong? Where are you hurt? Let me see…” As she spoke, she stepped forward to touch Lisa’s forehead.

Lisa didn't stop her, just pouted and mumbled gloomily to herself.

“That scoundrel Chaeyoung, hitting me is one thing, but she… she even tried to act cool, how shameless… Ow~!”

Lisa, covering the back of her head, looked at her eldest Unnie in disbelief, “Jisoo, why did you hit me?”

“What do you think?” Kim Ji-soo pushed her aside with extreme disdain.

“Yah!”

Kim Jennie, who had run over, was speechless upon hearing this. The shrill scream made her think something had happened to Lisa.

What a fuss! Fortunately, her eldest Unnie was the first to come up. If it had been her, she would have given Lisa a good kick to teach her a lesson.

Scaring people can scare a person to death. After her sigh, she lost interest in watching, bypassed Lisa, and looked at Kim Ji-soo: “Unnie, which room are you staying in?”

“Any room is fine, you choose.” After saying that, she went back to admiring her belongings, not even bothering to glance at Lisa.

“Then I’ll help you move your luggage in,” Kim Jennie asked again.

“Suit yourself,” Kim Ji-soo replied without looking back.

“OK!”

Lisa looked at Kim Jennie’s relieved expression, feeling a bit disdainful.

No one else was as timid as her, she deserved to be pranked by Xu Zhiyou every day.

“Yah! Lalisa, rein in your gaze.” Kim Jennie felt her intense stare.

She warned, “Don’t vent your inexplicable resentment on me, OK?”

“Aniyo.” Lisa quickly backed away when she heard this, afraid of getting hit again, “I really didn’t.”

“You better not have.” Kim Jennie narrowed her eyes, said this faintly, and turned to leave, leaving a dejected Lisa to stew in her gloom.

In the afternoon, the five of them arrived at a beach on Koh Samui. Xu Zhiyou looked at the five jet skis parked nearby.

She turned to Lisa and said, “Not bad, you know my old man’s ride is a motorcycle. Is this a special activity arranged for me?”

“That must be me, hurry up and thank…”

“Oh, come on.” Before Lisa could finish gloating, Park Chaeyoung interrupted her, “This is one of the activities, stop taking all the credit.”

“Yah!”

“Stop with the ‘yahs’, I’m going first.” Kim Ji-soo waded through the seawater, swaying her hips, and rushed over.

She had played with jet skis before, and today she absolutely had to show off her skills in front of Xu Zhiyou and establish her authority as the eldest Unnie.

“I want that white one,” Park Chaeyoung followed closely behind, rushing over.

“Me too…”

Xu Zhiyou waited for them to choose, then came to the last jet ski and checked it: “Who welded the throttle shut? How are we supposed to play with this?”

The follow-up PD rode a jet ski over and explained, “Zoe, this is all for your safety, you…”

“Safety?” Xu Zhiyou pointed at the jet ski, “This thing can threaten me? What kind of international joke is this? Unlock it for me.”

The follow-up PD shook his head without thinking, “Impossible. If something happens to you, how can I explain it to the CEO?”

“Are you sure?” Xu Zhiyou confirmed again.

“Impossible.” The follow-up PD still shook his head like a rattle drum.

Upon hearing this, Xu Zhiyou couldn't be bothered to argue with him anymore. She had learned almost everything in the military, so these little tricks were a piece of cake for her. In a few quick moves, she disengaged the restrictor valve.

Vroom~ Vroom-vroom~~

A few roars of the throttle came, and in the wide-eyed astonishment of the follow-up PD and Kim Ji-soo and the others, she started it up and flew out.

“Omo, omo-mo,” Park Chaeyoung just kept exclaiming in amazement as she watched Xu Zhiyou speeding across the sea, “This is too cool.”

Kim Jennie also had an O-shaped mouth, looking surprised. She knew Xu Zhiyou was fierce on a motorcycle, but she didn't expect her to be so fierce on a jet ski too.

Lisa watched Xu Zhiyou speeding across the sea, and in her mind, she couldn't help but recall her cowardly appearance after riding the drop tower.

She shook her head and sighed, “How did this extreme split personality come together? Cool one moment, timid the next, so hard to understand.”

Kim Ji-soo, however, vaguely heard them talking about safety and such. She started her jet ski and slowly glided, intending to follow.

Just then, Xu Zhiyou was speeding towards them at high speed. Kim Ji-soo thought that if they were hit at this speed.

They would be scattered everywhere, and then the sea fish would carry away a piece or two, definitely leaving no complete corpse!

Before she could think further, Xu Zhiyou made a ninety-degree turn about ten meters from them, and all four were drenched by the waves kicked up by the jet ski, as if a downpour had struck.

After Xu Zhiyou sped away, Park Chaeyoung spat out the seawater from her mouth, wiped her face, and began to rage indignantly, “Aish, you scoundrel, you shameless… I’m going to kill you.”

After a string of colorful curses, she was hit by another wave of water: “Pffft~ Bah bah bah~” She spat out the seawater from her mouth again.

She started her jet ski and, without another word, charged forward: “You scoundrel, only one of us is leaving alive today, aish~”

Kim Jennie pulled her disheveled pigtails to wipe her face, then looked at Kim Ji-soo and asked, “Unnie, should we stop them?”

Kim Ji-soo peeled off her wet hair plastered to her face: “No need, with Chaeyoung’s snail-like speed, Zoe could stand still and she still wouldn’t catch her.”

She was quite dejected right now. She had just planned to show off her skills to Xu Zhiyou, but Xu Zhiyou left her eighteen streets behind. Sigh!

Kim Jennie glanced at Xu Zhiyou speeding across the sea, nodded, and quietly said, “That’s true. So what do we do now?”

“Let’s continue, sigh~” She sighed and then slowly glided her jet ski. Dejected or not, the show still had to be filmed.

Kim Jennie saw her eldest Unnie leave, then turned to call Lisa, but saw her hunkered down beside the jet ski, only her head showing.

“Lisa, is the impact of the waves really that strong? Did my physical fitness improve?”

Lisa rolled her eyes, thinking, “I was afraid of drinking seawater like Chaeyoung, so I deliberately hid, okay? And your physical fitness improved? You little weakling, you’re nothing.”
