424: Chapter 424 requires

After the Demon Race women settled down on The Ark, Qin Lin quickly discovered that they had a fundamental difference from humans and the Yao Race: they were extremely direct.

This directness was not the kind of "I do it once I decide" directness that Zhao Shuang had, but a kind of directness that seeped from their bones, carrying wildness and instinct.

They would not hesitate, would not be subtle, and would not use hints to test the waters.

They said what they wanted and did what they wanted, as if the word "subtlety" did not exist in the world.

That afternoon, Qin Lin was looking at the star map on the Bridge. Yeying pushed the door open, wearing a black bodysuit that outlined her figure to perfection.

Her long, silver-white hair hung over her shoulders, and her dark red eyes were like two burning gems under the light.

She walked up to Qin Lin, bent down, rested her hands on the armrests of his chair, and leaned in very close: "Qin Lin, come to my room tonight."

Her tone was not a request, nor an invitation; it was a statement, as casual as saying "eating dinner tonight."

Qin Lin looked at her: "Tonight?"

Yeying nodded: "Tonight. I want to do it."

After she finished speaking, she straightened up, turned around, and left. She walked to the door and looked back at him once: "Don't be late."

She left.

Qin Lin sat on the Bridge, watching the direction where she had disappeared, feeling that the Demon Race women were different from humans and the Yao Race.

They did not beat around the bush; they said what they wanted directly and did what they wanted directly, like a sudden storm without warning.

That night, Qin Lin went to Yeying's room.

She was wearing that black bodysuit, sitting on the edge of the bed, her dark red eyes glowing slightly under the light.

Seeing Qin Lin enter, she stood up, walked over to him, and reached out to hook her arms around his neck: "You're late."

Qin Lin looked at her: "Only by three minutes."

Yeying leaned in: "Three minutes is still late. How are you going to compensate me?"

Her voice was low, carrying a husky texture, like sandpaper rubbing against silk.

Qin Lin looked at her: "How do you want me to compensate you?"

The corners of Yeying's mouth curled up: "Don't even think about sleeping tonight."

Qin Lin also smiled.

That night, Qin Lin indeed did not sleep.

Yeying's body was different from humans and the Yao Race; her body temperature was on the lower side, but her movements carried a wild passion.

She would speak by his ear, her voice very low, carrying a husky texture; that sound seemed to have substance, capable of burrowing into his ears and crawling down his spine.

Her fingers would leave shallow scratch marks on his back—not painful, but carrying a subtle, burning sensation.

After it was over, Yeying leaned against his chest, her fingers drawing circles on his chest: "Qin Lin, did you like it?"

Qin Lin looked down at her: "I did."

The corners of Yeying's mouth curled up: "That's good. I'll come again next time."

The next morning, when Qin Lin walked out of Yeying's room, he felt his legs were a bit weak.

He met Han Qing in the hallway, and she glanced at him: "You were at Yeying's place last night?"

Qin Lin nodded.

Han Qing was silent for a while: "Your dark circles are back. Take care of your body. Those Demon Race women have very high needs, so be careful."

Qin Lin looked at her: "She is too proactive."

Han Qing's mouth curled up: "That's just how Demon Race women are—straightforward. You need to learn to adapt."

Qin Lin sighed: "I'll try."

In the following days, the Demon Race women began to display their unique personality traits.

When they talked in the living room, their voices were loud; when they laughed, they did not hold back; and when they expressed their affection, they would directly pull Qin Lin's hand and place it on themselves.

Hanshuang was an Ice-attribute Demon Race. Her body temperature was very low, but her movements were even more direct than Yeying's.

One day, she intercepted Qin Lin in the hallway: "Qin Lin, your body is very warm."

Qin Lin looked at her: "Your body is very cold."

Hanshuang leaned closer to him: "Then we are a perfect match."

She reached out to grab his hand and pulled him towards her room: "Come to my room tonight. I'll let you experience the feeling of ice and fire."

Qin Lin looked at her: "Ice and fire?"

Hanshuang nodded: "My body is ice, your body is hot. Combined, it will be very comfortable."

Qin Lin was pulled along by her for a few steps: "Really?"

Hanshuang stopped in her tracks and looked back at him: "Really."

That night, Qin Lin did not leave Hanshuang's room.

Her body was indeed very cold, like a stone that had been bathed in moonlight, but when Qin Lin touched her, she would slowly warm up. The process of that temperature change was very magical.

Her movements were a bit more subtle than Yeying's, but she would whisper things that made people blush in his ear, her voice as crisp as the sound of ice cracking.

The next morning, when Qin Lin woke up, Hanshuang had already gotten up and was sitting by the window combing her hair. Her long, ice-blue hair shimmered with a frost-like luster under the light.

Seeing him wake up, she turned her head: "Ling Xi said my fertile window is in three days. Come again then."

Her tone was the same as Yeying's—a statement, as casual as saying "it will rain in three days."

Qin Lin looked at her: "You know your own fertile window?"

Hanshuang nodded: "Ling Xi told me. She said my Physique is good, and it's very easy for me to conceive."

Qin Lin sat up: "Then are you ready?"

Hanshuang looked at him: "I am ready. I never do things I'm not prepared for."

Qin Lin smiled: "That's good."

Xuetong was the most bewitching one among the Demon Race women.

She had long, deep red hair, and her pupils were blood-red. The corners of her eyes were slightly upturned, as if she were born with an alluring aura.

When she walked, her waist would sway gently. That sway was not deliberate; it was natural, like the posture of a cat walking.

One night, she met Qin Lin in the hallway: "Qin Lin, do you like my eyes?"

Qin Lin looked at her blood-red pupils: "I do."

Xuetong leaned close to him: "Then do you dare to look into my eyes?"

Qin Lin looked into her eyes. There was dark red light flowing in her pupils, as if there were flames dancing in the depths: "I dare."

The corners of Xuetong's mouth curled up: "Then come to my room tonight. I'll let you see what else these eyes can do."

Qin Lin followed her into the room. That night, he truly found out.

Xuetong's eyes would change color according to her emotions, from dark red to deep purple, from deep purple to light pink.

When Qin Lin touched her, her pupils would dilate slightly, and the redness at the corners of her eyes would deepen.

Her fingers would leave shallow scratch marks on his back. After it was over, she would look at him with the corners of her mouth curled up: "Qin Lin, you performed well today. Come find me again next time."

Youyue was the most mysterious among the Demon Race women.

She had long, purple hair, and her pupils were deep purple, like two grapes soaked in moonlight.

Her voice when she spoke was very soft, like wind passing through an underground cave.

She would not be as direct as Yeying, nor as proactive as Hanshuang, but she would express her intentions in a more subtle way.
