Looking at his stern yet handsome face, Bai Wanwan felt guilty again.

Why am I feeling guilty?

Gritting her teeth, she reached out and grabbed the Male's hand.

Seeing that he didn't resist, she happily tightened her grip.

"Are you angry with me?"

Qiu Rong just stared at her with a complex expression, remaining silent.

But to Bai Wanwan, this look meant he was still angry!

She simply took two steps forward and leaned directly against his broad chest.

Qiu Rong narrowed his eyes slightly, grabbed her hand, and pulled her a short distance away. "Bai Wanwan, do you know what you are doing?"

"I do!"

She continued her efforts to press against his chest, hugging his powerful waist. "I don't remember, and it's my fault for forgetting you. I apologize... and I'll make it up to you."

A dark glint flickered in Qiu Rong's eyes. "How are you going to make it up to me?"

Bai Wanwan felt she was getting somewhere; this Male was just playing hard to get, waiting for her to coax him!

She stood on her tiptoes and pressed a kiss to his lips. "Like this, for starters?"

A sly smile played on her lovely face.

Qiu Rong's eyes darkened, the scent near his nose awakening desires hidden deep in his memory.

Yet, it was hard to tell his emotions from his facial expression.

Bai Wanwan thought for a moment. Seeing him unmoved, she felt she needed to increase the intensity.

So she stood on her tiptoes again, wrapped her arms around his neck, tilted her head up, and deepened the kiss.

The Male didn't push her away, but he didn't take the initiative either.

Bai Wanwan thought that since she practiced polyandry and had such a good deal, what was wrong with coaxing a Male when he was being a bit temperamental?

She gently bit Qiu Rong's lip and clearly felt the Male's body shudder.

After a very long time, Yin Ze lost his patience and pushed the door open.

Bai Wanwan quickly let go, and Qiu Rong gave a soft snort, reaching up to wipe the traces from the corner of her mouth.

Then, as if nothing had happened, he stood up and called The Cubs to leave.

Realizing what was happening, Bai Wanwan hurried to pull the Tiger Cub and Cat Cub into her arms. "Didn't your anger fade? Why are you still taking them away?"

The Cubs were also reluctant to leave their Mother, their already large bodies pressing tightly against her, refusing to budge an inch.

Qiu Rong gave a cold chuckle; these Cubs had forgotten their Father Beast the moment they had their Mother.

"Fine, if you want to stay, then stay."

Bai Wanwan hugged the Tiger Cub's neck and kissed it. "Your Father Beast agreed. How about Mother cuts some meat for you to eat?"

"Bai Wanwan."

"What is it..."

Her voice was soft, and Qiu Rong's tone unconsciously softened as well. "Other beastmen cannot know their current identities. So, if you want to keep them with you, try not to let them go outside during this time."

"Okay, okay, I won't go anywhere. I'll stay home and keep them company."

Qiu Rong finally agreed. After giving The Cubs a final instruction, he turned and left.

As he passed the entrance of the Stone House, the two Males stopped simultaneously and sized each other up.

"Are you Wan Wan's Beast Husband?" Yin Ze asked scrutinizingly.

Qiu Rong answered with a question of his own. "Where are the other Males who were with her?"

Yin Ze didn't press further. He had seen The Cubs with his own eyes, and the scent on them was unmistakable—they were the offspring of Wan Wan and the Male before him.

His mouth felt a bit bitter. "I found her in the Underground River. There were no other Males with her at the time."

Hearing this, Qiu Rong nodded. "Take good care of her. It's not safe here, especially don't let other beastmen know that she and The Cubs have any connection to me."

Yin Ze frowned. "Why? If you're unwilling to acknowledge them, then just let me take her away."
