64: Phase III plan

The kings discussed matters for about an hour, and everyone basically settled on their respective plans.

Thus, they jointly drafted a plan.

"That's it then! Let's implement this! Alright! That's all for today. I'll take this plan to Savior Apostle Clarissa for her review!" the Gewo King said.

"Yes, yes!" The kings nodded repeatedly, then closed their magic communication, and the meeting was temporarily adjourned.

The Gewo King immediately took the drafted plan to find Clarissa.

Before long, he found Clarissa on the city wall.

"Savior Apostle Clarissa! This is the plan we drafted! Please review it!" The Gewo King respectfully said to Clarissa.

"Okay! You've all worked hard!" Clarissa smiled and nodded, then took it and looked through it.

Although Clarissa came from a poor and humble background, ever since she gained the system and became the "Black Flame Sword Princess," achieving fame and success, she still hadn't forgotten her original intention, nor had she become inflated or arrogant in the slightest.

Instead, she became even more devout and fanatical towards "God."

And she herself hadn't slackened in the slightest. She hoped that if she had the opportunity to return to the Divine Kingdom in the future, she could manage the Divine Kingdom for God, instead of merely serving as a warrior.

She believed that the number of warriors under God's command was absolutely infinite! One more of her wouldn't add much, and one less of her wouldn't subtract much!

As an Apostle of God, she had to share God's burden!

Managing the Divine Kingdom was something that God absolutely should not have to do personally!

Therefore, Clarissa hadn't neglected any of her studies, especially after achieving fame and success, when she was "holed up" in the imperial capital of the Grosster Empire, she studied even more frantically.

Fortunately, with her powerful strength, her memory was photographic, and her [Talent Improvement] ability was all-encompassing.

It also had an effect in this regard.

So, Clarissa knew quite a lot; she wasn't just a "brute."

Before long, Clarissa read ten lines at a glance and finished reading the entire drafted plan.

It can be summarized in six points...

Emm...

Ahem, the summary is:

1. Establishment: Salvation Alliance. Members of the alliance include: Gewo Principality, Bran Duchy, Sman Kingdom, and Visia Kingdom.

2. The alliance is currently led by the Gewo Principality. The alliance's main leader is Savior Apostle Clarissa.

3. The alliance operates on mutual assistance and benefit, sharing resources, and establishing an alliance committee, which consists of the kings of the four nations.

4. Construct the first Salvation Defense Line, which is the border of the Salvation Alliance (the four nations combined). Using this as a foundation, first secure the basic territory, and then expand outwards from this point.

...

Overall, Clarissa found this plan to be excellent; it was both steady and aggressive.

Many of the "ideal" assumptions within it were highly feasible.

"Very good! Let's do it this way!" Clarissa nodded, handing the drafted plan back to the Gewo King: "You all handle it! This matter won't be completed in a day or two! I need to go out for a while now. If anything comes up, you can contact me then! This is a magic communication crystal; you all know how to use it."

Clarissa said to the Gewo King, then took out a magic communication crystal. She had exchanged it from the system for 100 source points, which was very cheap; it was just like a "mobile phone" that could only make video calls.

"Understood!" The Gewo King didn't ask anything else. Clarissa had her reasons for what she did, and they only needed to do their part.

The Gewo King took the crystal and left, ready to get to work! A pile of things were waiting to be done!

Clarissa gazed into the distance, spread her wings, and flew out.

She wanted to understand the situation of the Ancient Demon God.

At least she needed to know where it was...

...

Deep within the Demon King Army's territory.

A colossal humanoid demon, with two horns on its head, an dark red body, and patterns like flowing magma on its skin, exuded terrifying demonic power.

However, at this moment, it was bound by countless golden chains, and dozens of huge pillars of unknown material were stuck around it, with chains extending from these pillars.

There was also a huge magic circle on the ground, inscribed with countless complex and profound magic runes.

Evidently, this demon was sealed here.

"You won't be able to hold me for much longer!" the demon said faintly, its tone remarkably relaxed, as if it wasn't the one trapped.

The pillars glowed slightly, and then human voices emanated from within them.

"It won't be for much longer, but during this time, you'll just have to behave yourself!" A voice spoke.

"Heh! Who knows, with changes over a few hundred or a few decades... by the time you break free, the outside world might already be completely different! Who knows, you might be slain by a hero the moment you step out!" Another voice chimed in.

"Hahaha! That would be truly amusing then!" A female voice rang out.

Clearly, each of these pillars was a "person."

"Heh~ Is it worth it? You are gods, to go to such lengths for these selfish, greedy humans..." The demon made no move, and showed little reaction to these words: "Besides... a few decades? A few hundred years? You overestimate yourselves! If this seal can hold me for three years, I'll truly admire you!"

...

...

The many pillars flickered slightly, and no one spoke, because what the demon god said was true.

They could feel that the seal wouldn't last much longer; the power of the Ancient Demon God was too terrifying!

After being sealed for so many years, for some unknown reason, its strength had increased instead of decreasing.

It was as if all these years it had been locked in a dark room to cultivate! That was just ridiculous!

Although they didn't know why, the situation had come to this, and there was nothing they could do.

"What's wrong? Nothing to say?" The demon spoke again.

Seeing that no one responded to him, he also fell silent.

The entire space once again plunged into a profound silence.

...

Clarissa flew towards the demarcation line between the Demon King Army's territory and human territory.

She wanted to see what the true "front line" looked like.

Before long, Clarissa saw the situation on the front line.

Well, in reality, there wasn't much difference.

It was just that humans had been replaced by "monsters."

The Demon King Army had occupied human cities and even enslaved many humans.

Other than that, there was nothing different.

Clarissa looked around, then began to search for the situation in other countries.

She wanted to see what confidence these powerful nations had to dare to think of being self-sufficient in the apocalypse "by themselves."

If they truly had such power, how could they have been beaten to this state?

The more Clarissa thought about it, the angrier she got; these powerful nations were too arrogant! Would they not realize the insignificance of their own strength until the very last moment?

Or were they simply unable to perceive the power of the Demon King Army? Or did they have multiple powerhouses at the Demon King level?

The Demon God hadn't even moved yet, and humanity was already beaten to this extent. If the Demon God were to emerge, it was feared that the edifice would crumble overnight!
