756: Treasures from All Realms

Bear Tyrant sneered when the blue-haired girl turned her head, then his scarlet eyes fixed on the direction where Yang Dian had disappeared:

"Red Blood."

"Hand over the Core of Life."

"Otherwise, even with the restrictions of the Myriad Race Council, we will slaughter the Human Race."

He opened his blood-stained maw, revealing yellowed fangs:

"It was your Human Race that first violated the contract!"

With that, he turned his head again to look at the other alien races.

The other alien races understood, and simultaneously surrounded the Human Race members who had appeared on the battlefield.

The blue-haired girl gripped the knife in her hand, its tip pointing directly at Bear Tyrant:

"You have more people, we indeed can't win."

"But if we fight back with all our might, who do you think among you will die?"

"If you die, what will happen to your clansmen and your civilization?"

"Do you think those monsters around you will let them go?"

"Heh~"

Amidst the sneer, the girl's long hair fluttered, and her skirt rustled in the sudden gust of wind:

"Even if we die in battle today, and our civilization is annihilated."

"But my Human Race's Red Blood has already seized the Core of Life."

"Once he refines the Core of Life and masters the Life Dao, he will definitely return."

"And you, do you have the courage to face death?"

The alien races fell silent.

Their eyes flickered, clearly having different thoughts now.

And what about Yang Dian, who the blue-haired girl spoke of?

He held the Core of Life, which the Stellar-level beings had spoken of, and while devouring the energy within it and comprehending the Life Dao it contained, he began to observe this Dimensional Battlefield.

Although the Heavenly Dao Ghost was formed from the Heavenly Dao after Ghost Star's death, it was a new life after all. While it possessed some Legacy memories, these memories were not comprehensive.

For example, it knew very little about the Dimensional Battlefield.

He only knew that Ghost Star was collectively destroyed, but he didn't know who exactly was involved or what the Dimensional Battlefield was like.

Now that he was on the battlefield, Yang Dian realized that the Dimensional Battlefield was different from what he had imagined.

In his imagination, the Dimensional Battlefield was a flat, spread-out battlefield.

But in reality, the celestial bodies in the Dimensional Battlefield moved in intersecting spherical trajectories.

Over eight thousand planets revolved and intertwined around a central point in a space less than ten million kilometers in diameter.

Whenever planets approached each other, Yang Dian always felt as if they would collide.

Well, that was indeed the case.

Watching two planets, which were clearly not on the same trajectory and would not collide according to their orbits, strangely cross tens of thousands of miles and directly crash into each other, Yang Dian couldn't help but marvel.

"Is this the Dimensional Battlefield after multiple planetary dimensions have been folded?"

Amidst his marvel, Yang Dian noticed that the two colliding planets did not explode, nor did their crust or atmosphere show any change.

The two planets naturally 'overlapped' and then separated after a brief pause, truly bizarre.

"Zero, record Dimensional Battlefield information."

"Recording information now." After indicating that it wasn't idle, Zero added:

"Based on the planets' orbital trajectories, your appearance location is the absolute core region of this Dimensional Battlefield."

Yang Dian surveyed the starry sky, built a simple model in his mind, and nodded:

"That is indeed the case."

With that, he picked up the green crystal, which the Stellar-level beings of this Dimensional Battlefield called the Core of Life.

He had taken this green crystal from the absolute core location.

"I came in a hurry just now, only managing to grab this thing and leave."

"Now that I have time, let me think carefully."

"This thing seems to be formed by the accumulated power dispersed from these planets and worlds."

"A World Treasure born from the nourishment of numerous worlds?"

Lost in thought, Yang Dian summoned the Dimension Butterfly:

"Are you trying to murder your own father, you little rascal?"

"Sending me to such a dangerous place?"

The Dimension Butterfly flapped its wings, sending a message to Yang Dian.

Yang Dian frowned accordingly.

"You said you only felt that the place was a convergence of energy, and there must be treasures I could use, and that you confirmed it was safe before Transmigration?"

Yang Dian squeezed the Core of Life in his hand, his brows slightly furrowed:

"I didn't expect that after sending me here, I would immediately encounter an attack?"

"Later, feeling that I could handle it, and there were treasures nearby, you didn't directly take me to the deep space interlayer?"

Thinking of the scorching sunbeam that pierced through the Universe, Yang Dian let out a slight breath.

To cross hundreds of thousands of miles in an instant after the Transmigration ended, almost landing on him before he could react.

What kind of horror story was this?

"So, one still cannot underestimate the powerhouses in the Universe~"

Even if their strength wasn't as great as the Stellar Ancestor's, and their technology wasn't as abnormal as the Nuo Ling Civilization's.

The Universe was so vast, who knew what abilities some lucky individuals might possess?

Thinking this, Yang Dian touched Dudu, who had disengaged from the Fusion state and was lying on his head like a salted fish.

Just a moment ago, Dudu's sense of danger had instantly maxed out, and its tentacles had exploded on Yang Dian's head, turning it into a hedgehog.

Now that it was safe, the little guy had become like a salted fish, only wanting to lie still.

Raising his hand, Yang Dian scratched Dudu's umbrella-like cap twice, then asked:

"Dudu, before the Dimension Butterfly took me through space, did you not sense any danger?"

"Dudu~" Dudu retracted its tentacles, emitting a positive emotion.

"Human." Little Black Cat poked its head out from the spatial ring.

Yang Dian had given it permission to observe the outside world freely and enter and exit the space. In safe situations, it could emerge from the spatial ring without Yang Dian's consent:

"The octopus said it didn't sense any danger."

"Dudu!" Dudu stretched out a tentacle and tapped Little Black Cat's head, and Translator Cat continued to translate:

"Human, the octopus said it's not an octopus, it's a beautiful jellyfish."

"But human, the cat thinks they're all pretty similar, they both have lots of tentacles."

"Also human, tell the octopus not to bully the cat anymore, the cat's head is all swollen."

Yang Dian couldn't help but chuckle as he stroked Little Black Cat's head a couple of times:

"Wouldn't it be better if you just didn't call Dudu an octopus?"

Little Black Cat rubbed against Yang Dian's hand without speaking, then retracted its head.

Translator Cat never thought the names it chose were wrong. If they were wrong, it wouldn't change them.

Dudu poked the spatial ring on Yang Dian's hand.

However, he hadn't given it permission to enter Little Black Cat's pet space, so its tentacles couldn't poke through.

Dudu, unable to hit Little Black Cat, wasn't annoyed. After a gurgle of its umbrella-like cap, it disengaged from the Fusion state and flew in front of Yang Dian, seeking a hug.

It was blaming itself.

Because it failed to sense the danger in time, causing Yang Dian to fall into peril.

If Yang Dian hadn't been strong enough, that moment truly would have been severe.

Holding Dudu, who was self-reproaching, wronged, dejected, and felt it wasn't good enough, constantly calling out "Dudu," Yang Dian couldn't help but smile and stroke it a couple of times:

"Don't be dejected."

"You're already very impressive."

"Innate abilities have limits, they aren't omnipotent..."
