795: Zeus who wanted to run away

Across Huaxia, countless people walked out of their homes, joyfully discussing how dense the Spiritual Qi would become once the Spirit Gathering Array was activated and deployed, and how much their cultivation speed would increase.

Outside the borders, in Egypt, within a small Secret Realm independent of the current world and not existing within the pan-spatial interlayer.

Zeus, having crossed the barrier and entered Egypt at some unknown time, opened his eyes. Strands of electric light overflowed from his body, which was interwoven with purple vines.

"Energy, it has decayed again."

After muttering a sentence, his low voice gradually grew louder, finally becoming somewhat terrifying:

"But the world is still getting stronger."

"Those damned things in the East are stealing the power that belongs to us."

As his voice fell, with a flash of electric light, when he appeared again, he had already arrived beside a small golden boat:

"Ra!"

"It has been countless years; now that we have finally recovered, do you intend to sit back and watch the twilight descend again?"

"If you don't make up your mind, we will surely experience the Twilight of the Gods again."

"We are already too weak."

"If we experience the twilight once more, we will truly fall into eternal sleep."

The Egyptian God King, with a hawk's head and human body, topped with a solar disk on his head, opened his eyes:

"The sun is about to go out."

Zeus was stunned, "The sun is going to go out?"

"What do you mean?"

"Are those damned guys in the East so insane that they even want to extinguish the sun just to deal with us?"

"I don't know." Ra gripped the scepter beside him, confusion appearing in his eyes:

"Fate tells me that the sun is about to be extinguished."

"But it shouldn't be the work of those people in the East."

Speaking of this, the top of the scepter representing authority lit up with blinding light:

"Extinguishing the sun brings them no benefit."

"If they want to deal with us, there's no need to extinguish the sun."

"After all, the power they possess far exceeds ours now."

While muttering, the golden flying boat under Ra's feet gradually began to bloom with light:

"I will head to the sun to accept the baptism of fate."

"If I do not return, then Zeus, leave."

"Leave this primordial Promised Land, leave this Twilight Cage that has imprisoned us for countless years."

"Even if we leave here, we can still rise, can't we?"

Zeus's face turned black with anger:

"Do you think I don't want to leave?"

"Under the scouring of time's great power, the Divine Artifact has long since decayed."

"Those damned invaders even migrated the Promised Land to this extremely remote corner of the Universe."

"The descendants of those invaders even migrated my believers, making me lose my source of power."

"They even sealed the passages, making it impossible for me to go to other worlds."

"I cannot leave!"

"Except for you."

A trace of greed appeared in Zeus's eyes:

"The great sun is eternal."

"As long as the sun does not go out, your strength can slowly recover, and the solar boat under your feet can traverse the starry sky."

"Only you can take us away from this hollow area."

Speaking of this, his tone carried a hint of seduction:

"Let's go, Ra."

"Take us away."

"As long as we recover our strength, we can snatch back this Promised Land that belongs to us!"

"I swear, as long as you take me with you, once I recover my strength and snatch back the Promised Land, this land of Egypt will be yours forever."

Ra looked at Zeus indifferently:

"I don't need you to grant it; this land is already mine."

"And."

"Since you know my power originates from this sun."

"Then why do you think I would give up my source of power, risking the loss of all my power, or even being devoured by you, just to take you away?"

"Even if I were to leave, why would I take you along?"

"Father-killer."

The last three words made Zeus's face turn black.

Just as he wanted to argue a few sentences, he saw Ra raise the scepter in his hand and slam it heavily onto the flying boat:

"Now, leave my territory."

Boundless light suddenly erupted.

When Zeus opened his eyes again, he found that he had been driven out of the territory of Egypt.

After a moment of silence, Zeus curled his lips again.

"Heh~"

"Make a scene, the bigger the better. The bigger the commotion you cause, the more opportunities I have."

He took a deep look at Egypt, which was shrouded in a light screen, then looked up at the steel canopy in the sky, and finally looked towards the direction of Northern Europe.

"But since Ra is not prepared to leave, what should I do next?"

"Do I have to go find Odin?"

As soon as this thought arose, it was suppressed by him.

Between pantheons, most are hostile.

The kind of hostility where only one survives.

Back then, in order to weaken his strength, Odin forcibly had Thor, the God of Thunder, with Frigg, wanting Thor to compete with him for the authority of thunder.

According to the saying of those people in the East, this is a Dao struggle.

Blocking someone's Dao path, it is an endless feud.

He would rather perish together with the Northern European pantheon than join forces with them.

"The Northern European pantheon won't do, then I can only find other pantheons..."

"The East Island has sunk; although the gods of the East Island pantheon are not all dead, it's no different from being dead."

"Besides Ra and Odin, who else can I cooperate with now..."

In his thoughts, Zeus closed his eyes and opened his hands. Circles of mysterious ripples centered on him, avoiding the Huaxia region, swept across the globe in an instant.

"Only Brahma (Indian mythology)... Veles (Slavic mythology)... Obatala (Yoruba mythology)... remain..."

Of course, the ancient deities who have lived until now are naturally not just these.

But some people are naturally at odds with Zeus.

For example, Thor, the God of Thunder of the Northern European civilization, and Perun, the God of Thunder of the Slavic civilization.

But because of the conflict of authority, Zeus could only subconsciously ignore them.

"Unite them, using the Promised Land as a hostage."

"Should be able to obtain the right to access cross-boundary passages."

"As long as I leave the Promised Land and go to other worlds, allowing me to recover my strength."

"Sooner or later, I will be able to take back the Promised Land..."

"Achoo, achoo~"

At the peak of Mount Tai, Yang Dian, having just finished setting up the Formation, sneezed twice in a row.

Rubbing his nose twice, he subconsciously frowned.

With his level of strength, he had long been immune to cold and heat.

Not to mention immunity to cold and heat, even taking a bath in the sun could be considered a daily routine, so how could he sneeze for no reason?

"So, someone is thinking of me?"

"Yu Tian? Destiny Realm? Spirit Domain? Nuo Ling Civilization?"

"Or perhaps those old antiques on Earth who survived from who knows how many years ago?"

Thinking of Earth, Yang Dian's pupils shrank suddenly.

"It seems I forgot something."

"What exactly did I forget?"

Thoughts flashed quickly in his mind. Yang Dian clearly felt that he should have forgotten something, but he couldn't remember it no matter what.

"What exactly is it?"

Memories turned into images, flipping page by page in his mind.

At a certain moment, Yang Dian's breathing hitched, and a palpitation originating from his Soul rose in his heart.

"Heavenly Court..."

"Shan Hai..."
