Shen Yan turned and walked back to the kitchen. While keeping busy, he replied to Chen Guangke, "We've waited this long; a little longer won't hurt."

Chen Guangke stepped forward with his hands behind his back. "You're really not in a hurry at all. Aren't you afraid she'll show up with the police right now?"

The stove ignited. Shen Yan replied calmly, "Even if she shows up, I have ways to deal with it. Taking the child to your place is just because I don't want to be harassed by her."

"By the way, once the child is at your place, I'll have the nanny go over to take care of her."

Chen Guangke waved his hand dismissively. "Suit yourself. Bring whoever you want. I'm the only one at home, so if I go to work, I won't be able to look after Youyou anyway."

Clearly, she was also waiting for the rabbit.
