"Did he go see you?"

Chen Wu didn't say whether he believed her or not. He asked again, "What did he say?"

Mei Jinning replied in a languid tone, "What else could he say? How could someone who dares to confront Gu Hui back down just because of a few words from me?"

Saying this, she suddenly laughed again.

"Speaking of which, he asked me to pass a message to you."
