563: Chapter 563 Black Panther Techas

“Wakandans? Why does that sound so familiar?”

“They are a very low-key race, have you heard of them?” Monga asked.

“I seem to have heard it somewhere, but I can’t recall it right now.” Oriental Chen shook his head.

“Cai Liquan, Foreign Affairs Officer of the Ulan Neutral Zone.” The leading envoy introduced himself with a smile.

“I am Ilkander Salazar, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Egula Democratic Republic.” The burly man also introduced himself.

The two shook hands warmly.

Cai Liquan and his entourage, welcomed by the honor guard, entered a hovercraft.

The motorcade was of a very high standard, with six aircraft leading the way, three on the front left and three on the front right.

Six aircraft brought up the rear, three on the rear left and three on the rear right.

The motorcade led the way, and the group flew towards Okay Luo city.

“Mr. Salazar, your architecture is very distinctive.” Cai Liquan said with a smile.

It was their first meeting, and he didn't know the other party's temperament, so he spoke very tactfully.

“Mr. Cai, there’s no need to be so reserved. Egula is very friendly to friends, you can relax a bit.” Salazar said with a smile.

“Haha, frankly, their designs are a bit strange.” Cai Liquan immediately adjusted his tone.

“Indeed, it’s very different from your architectural style. This should be a unique feature of us Wakandans.” Salazar nodded.

“Wakandans?” Cai Liquan’s heart skipped a beat.

He himself was a science fiction fan and knew that Wakanda was a mysterious country, rumored to be fictional.

They were famous because they produced a special material: Wakandan vibranium.

Wakandan vibranium is a type of vibranium. It is extremely hard, and its special molecular structure makes it almost indestructible.

At the same time, because its molecules are relatively static, it hardly conducts heat and kinetic energy, a property that allows it to absorb heat, energy, and kinetic energy.

To this day, no one knows how much energy it can absorb.

Although he knew the Wakandans were very friendly, given their reputation, Cai Liquan was still a little nervous.

This might also be related to his lack of diplomatic experience.

“Are all these buildings made of vibranium?” Cai Liquan asked curiously.

“Mr. Cai, you’re joking. We don’t possess that much vibranium. However, there is one in Berning Zana, and it’s the only one. The main material for these buildings is steel.” Salazar showed no intention of evading the question.

“Mr. Salazar, you flatter me. For us, vibranium has always been just a legend; we’ve never seen it.” Cai Liquan said with an embarrassed smile.

“Mr. Cai, you’re too polite. We Wakandans don’t like to show ourselves much, so the outside world knows very little.” Salazar explained, giving him a way out.

“vibranium? I remember now. So they are the legendary Wakandans?” Oriental Chen only recalled after hearing the conversation between the two in the aircraft.

“Where did you hear about them?” Monga asked.

“This is just folklore, originating from the science fiction community. The existence of Wakandans has always been just speculation.” Oriental Chen explained.

“Perhaps some Laventa people inherited memories of this.” Monga analyzed.

“That’s a possibility.” Oriental Chen agreed.

After more than ten minutes of flight, the main aircraft landed on a huge building’s mid-level rooftop.

The group filed out.

“Please wait a moment, I will go report.” Salazar bowed slightly.

“Alright.” Cai Liquan made a gesturing motion.

Another 10 minutes passed.

“Mr. Cai, it’s a pleasure to meet you. Why didn’t Mr. Dongfang come?” A young man walked over with a smile and asked.

“Mr. Cai, this is our King, the current Black Panther: Te Chars.” Salazar introduced.

“Mr. Te Chars, it’s a pleasure to meet you!” Cai Liquan stepped forward and extended his right hand.

Te Chars also smiled and extended his right hand, and the two shook hands warmly.

Cai Liquan probably never imagined he would have the chance to meet the real Black Panther.

He had always thought this was just a fictional character from science fiction.

“Our Commander is not at the base, which is why he sent me to visit you.” Cai Liquan explained.

“No problem, I’m sure there will be an opportunity to meet in the future. Please come in!” Te Chars made a welcoming gesture.

According to reciprocal relations, when Cai Liquan visited, it would have been sufficient for Salazar to receive him; the King did not need to personally greet him.

However, the Wakandans were hospitable and didn't care about such minor details.

Entering the reception room, both parties took their seats as host and guest.

“Mr. Cai, is there anything specific for your country’s visit this time?” Te Chars asked.

“Mr. Te Chars, since its establishment, the Ulan Neutral Zone has always adhered to the principles of mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and peaceful development, and is willing to establish close partnerships with various countries.” Cai Liquan said.
