177: Dragon Knights

Upon reaching the warehouse door, Pan Han drove straight in, then threw the two Black-Clad Men onto the ground like dead dogs.

He closed the large door again, turned on a small light, moved two sacks of grain, and sat on them himself.

The two Black-Clad Men were still unconscious. Pan Han found a piece of rags and cleaned the filth from their mouths to prevent them from suffocating.

"Hey, wake up. We're here." Pan Han kicked the Black-Clad Man who had been filming a couple of times.

The other person remained unconscious.

"Well, I'm sorry then." Pan Han chuckled, unbuckled his belt, took out his tool, and unleashed a powerful stream of water onto their faces.

Everyone believed Pan Han could eat a lot, but no one had probably seen how much he could urinate.

This time, he completely opened the floodgates, urinating a full two to two and a half kilograms.

"Cough, cough, cough!" The two men were soaked, and accompanied by violent coughing, they finally woke up.

With them awake, things were easier. Pan Han wasn't in a hurry. He sat down and lit a cigarette, letting them recover.

"Is this your warehouse?" The vigilant Black-Clad Man reacted, looking around.

"That's right." Pan Han was just waiting for them to speak.

It seemed these two knew something about the warehouse, so Pan Han wouldn't be merciful.

At this moment, the Black-Clad Man who had been filming spoke, "Let's not waste words. Let's just bite."

After speaking, with a look of resignation, he stared fiercely at his accomplice.

"Holy crap! Not this again." Pan Han knew these two wanted to commit suicide and instantly became furious, going up and delivering another flurry of flying kicks.

Seeing the situation was dire, the two men tried to quickly bite and crush their suicide pills.

"Huh?"

"Hmm?"

Where are the things?

"Heh heh, they're gone, right?" Pan Han saw the two men's bewildered expressions, stopped his attack, and asked provocatively.

The two immediately knew that Pan Han must have searched for and taken their pills.

It's over! It's completely over this time! They couldn't fight, and they couldn't commit suicide.

Now they were like fish on Pan Han's cutting board, lambs beneath his butcher's knife.

"Don't struggle. Just confess honestly. Maybe then, when you die, it'll be quicker." Pan Han read fear in their eyes, so he added a little more pressure.

"Were our brothers from before also killed by you here?" The vigilant Black-Clad Man asked in despair.

"Otherwise? How else would I have found you two?" Pan Han saw that this guy was a bit cowardly, and might be a breakthrough, so he decided to focus the interrogation on him.

"You really are capable. No wonder the higher-ups wanted us to investigate you." The vigilant Black-Clad Man sighed, saying dejectedly.

"Why are you telling him so much?" The Black-Clad Man who had been filming was a bit angry, nudging his accomplice.

"Anyway, whether we speak or not, we're going to die. If we can help the organization recruit him before we die, it's considered a contribution." The vigilant Black-Clad Man straightened himself, making himself more comfortable, feeling a bit like he had given up on treatment.

Seeing that there was a chance, Pan Han pulled out a cigarette, put it in his mouth, and lit it for him.

"Tell me, what organization are you from? You're not sent by the country, are you?" Pan Han began to enter interrogation mode.

"No." The vigilant Black-Clad Man thought for a moment, and finally squeezed out two words.

Pan Han breathed a sigh of relief. If they weren't from the country, it would be easier to handle. Otherwise, if it turned out to be a misunderstanding, he wouldn't know how to clean up the mess.

He might have to hand over tons of gold or other apocalypse technologies to appease them.

However, Pan Han wasn't entirely against it. He had grown up in the motherland, in a harmonious society, and it was only right for him to give back now that he was capable and successful.

He'd find an opportunity; it might not be the right time yet.

"We come from an organization that has existed for several hundred years." The vigilant Black-Clad Man continued to confess.

"Can't you say the name?"

...

"Tianlong Knight Order!" After a long pause, the vigilant Black-Clad Man finally spoke.

"My goodness, such an awesome name? I'm still the Dawn Army Commander." Pan Han felt this name sounded like it was made up on the spot.

"We received orders from above to track and investigate you." The vigilant Black-Clad Man shook the urine from his head and continued.

Coincidentally, it all landed in his accomplice's mouth.

"Damn it, just talk, why are you shaking?" The Black-Clad Man who had been filming said angrily. He didn't want to drink more urine before he died.

"Alright, alright. Stop arguing. Let me wipe you two." Pan Han saw their disheveled clothes and found it an eyesore, so he found a large piece of rags and wiped their faces.

"Keep talking. Get to the point. Why are you investigating me?" Pan Han felt he had been more than fair to them. If they didn't tell the truth, he would have to resort to other means.

"I'm not clear on the specific reasons. We only follow orders." The vigilant Black-Clad Man shook his head.

"When did you receive the order?"

"About half a month ago."

Pan Han was puzzled by this date. For the past twenty-odd days, he had mainly been training at the apocalypse base and hadn't spent much time here. It was unlikely he would have provoked anyone.

"How many people did you send in total?" Pan Han could only continue to ask.

"Just the four of us."

"What information about me did you investigate?"

"Your background, age, relationships with those around you, and what you've been doing recently," the vigilant Black-Clad Man confessed.

"And what did you find?" Pan Han's heart sank. These four had been watching him for half a month. They wouldn't have found out about his space and system, would they?

"Your background is ordinary, even humble, and your previous life was simple. But in the past few months, there have been significant changes: you suddenly became rich, disappeared for a period, and hoarded large quantities of supplies." The vigilant Black-Clad Man listed the investigation results in one breath.

"You investigated very thoroughly. Do you have any conclusions? You can't just investigate without summarizing, right?"

"All your money came from exchanging gold. But we couldn't find out how you got the gold. It's very strange," the vigilant Black-Clad Man continued.

"Gold, yes, I do have some. It seems you have some skills. Keep going, what were you planning to do after the investigation?"

"If you were useful, we would recruit you. If recruitment failed, we would kill you." The vigilant Black-Clad Man said calmly, as if Pan Han was no different from a dog in the organization's eyes.

"Heh heh, quite arrogant. What if I wasn't useful?" Pan Han heard this and laughed in anger. What kind of Tianlong Knight Order was so arrogant?

"If not, we'd also kill you directly." The vigilant Black-Clad Man remained calm.

Upon hearing this, Pan Han slowly squatted down, his eyes glinting fiercely; "So, as long as you're targeted by them, you either work for them or they kill you?"

"Yes!"

"I'm just an ordinary person. Would you still be so ruthless?"

"Anyone who gets targeted isn't an ordinary person. Stop pretending. Do you dare say you're ordinary?"

Pan Han was momentarily speechless, unable to refute.

"What do you do if you go to your place? Is there a salary if I get recruited?" Pan Han suddenly asked, using a reverse psychology approach.

The two men looked at each other, somewhat incredulous.

"Pan Han, are you serious?" The Black-Clad Man who had been filming said.

"We're all adults. It's normal to discuss pros and cons, right? What if your place is really good?" Pan Han sniffed, a look of sincerity on his face.

...

...

"Actually, we are a transnational assassin organization. How about it? Do you want to join?" The vigilant Black-Clad Man finally spoke, extending an olive branch to Pan Han.
