485: You really are a beast.

Number 0!

In his life, Pan Han had only heard of three types of people ranked by numbers.

They were the Knight Order elders, national leaders, and those bald high-level evolved beings from the Twelve Palaces.

Could this giant beast before him belong to the Twelve Palaces?

Godzilla swam forward, its head nearly touching Pan Han's face.

Its heavy breathing churned the seawater, and its pair of truck-sized eyes stared fixedly at Pan Han.

After a few more minutes, Godzilla suddenly transmitted a voice into Pan Han's mind: "What's wrong? Can't you speak?"

"I'm wondering if you are Number 0 from the Twelve Palaces."

Pan Han moved back a few meters to create some distance; this damn pressure.

"That's right! I smelled the aura of a high-level evolved being on you."

Godzilla hid in the darkness like a statue.

"If you weren't a high-level evolved being, you couldn't have come here, right?"

"Hmm. You have evolved better than me; it seems the Evolution Potion updates very quickly."

"What do you mean? Don't tell me the high-level Evolution Potion wasn't like mine at the beginning?"

Pan Han never expected that there would be secrets here!

"Heh, without us, the first batch of test subjects, how could there be a perfect Evolution Potion?"

What Godzilla said shocked Pan Han more and more.

It was as if he had opened a black box containing a small slide filled with jelly beans.

Take one out, and the next one slides down.

"So, does that mean your evolution failed?"

"To this world, what difference does it make whether one is a human or a beast?"

"That's true, I suppose it's just a little better than being a zombie."

"Why did you come here today? You aren't here just to chat with me, are you?"

Godzilla grinned, revealing a terrifying smile.

"Uh! I heard that a monster went ashore to attack humans, so I came to check on the situation."

"Heh, you came without checking clearly?"

Godzilla suddenly retreated dozens of meters, extending its two short, powerful claws in front of its chest.

"I checked, and I know you don't hurt people. So I'm curious, what are you doing going ashore?"

Pan Han sensed some killing intent and naturally prepared his defenses.

"The sea is the sea, after all; staying too long makes one feel stifled. Although it's gloomy on shore, there is sunlight, after all."

This answer was somewhat unexpected for Pan Han.

According to his speculation, he should be fine even if he didn't see the sun for a few years.

Let alone Number 0, who had already turned into a monster?

"What do you need sunlight for? Will you get eczema on your back?"

"Kid, what's your name?"

"My name is Pan Han."

"Kid Pan, you have a few too many questions."

"If you feel shortchanged, you can also ask me a few questions. Let's make an equivalent exchange."

Pan Han thought about it; what Godzilla said made sense.

He always convinced people with virtue, so he lit another cigarette and waited for Godzilla to speak.

"I have nothing I want to ask. I only want to fight you."

"This..."

Pan Han discovered that this guy didn't play by the rules at all; they were chatting fine, and suddenly it veered into fighting.

"So boring! It's rare to meet a high-level evolved being. It's a good chance to stretch my limbs."

"Old La, that's not the right way to put it. I don't want to fight you."

Pan Han hadn't even finished his cigarette; why the hell would he fight!

"Who is Old La?"

"You!" Pan Han rolled his eyes. Would he call himself that?

"How did I become Old La?"

"In our hometown, there's a monster called Godzilla that looks quite like you. So I called you Old La."

"Shouldn't you call me Old Brother?"

"But I already have many brothers!"

"You're dead! We have to fight today!"

Godzilla suddenly blew two streams of bubbles from its two large nostrils, bubbling away; it was clearly angry.

"Tell me, what are you actually doing going ashore! Is sunbathing that important to you?"

"Beat me, and I'll tell you!"

"Tell me, and I'll fight you!"

"Kid Pan, I'm afraid that's not up to you! Take this!"

Godzilla suddenly issued a warning, then swept its tail across, aiming straight for Pan Han's barrier.

"Old La! You're actually launching a sneak attack!"

Pan Han roared and slightly increased the defensive power of his barrier.

Boom!

The barrier sphere was directly swiped out of the sea by that tail.

Exaggerated!

Terrifying!

That's just ridiculous!

This was 5,000 meters deep in the ocean, and it came out in one go!

Pan Han felt unprecedented pressure; after exiting the sea, he actually felt a bit dizzy.

Looking at the barrier again, there were already quite a few cracks, and the damage was unstoppable.

"Heh heh! Kid! You didn't think my tail could only do physical attacks, did you?"

The sea surface churned with rolling white waves; Godzilla exposed its head, its two large hind legs kicking hard to keep from sinking.

This scene amused Pan Han.

Old La, oh Old La!

What on earth are you? You can unleash such a fierce attack, yet you rely on swimming just to float?

How does it look so eerie yet ridiculous?

"Do you want me to help you?"

Pan Han floated proudly in mid-air, holding a cigarette, and asked with concern.

"You'd better worry about yourself."

Godzilla saw Pan Han retract his broken protective shield and revealed a strange smile.

"Alright! Then I'll play with you today. But it's agreed: after the fight, you must tell me the secret of the sun."

"Kid! Beat me first, then we'll talk."

After saying this, Godzilla suddenly submerged into the water.

A huge whirlpool with a diameter of over a thousand meters suddenly formed on the sea surface, with an astonishing momentum.

The sky and earth changed color, and suddenly an eighteenth-level gale started to blow, with thunder rolling.

"Good fellow!" Pan Han couldn't help but exclaim.

Such ability was already an existence that a peak intermediate evolved being could only look up to.

Although Pan Han only needed to move his fingers, he discovered indescribable energy within the whirlpool.

It was definitely not just a physical attack!

Pan Han couldn't help but ascend to a thousand meters in the air; it's better to be safe than sorry.

This Godzilla was a bit strange; before the attack, one couldn't even tell the magnitude of the energy.

The whirlpool grew larger and larger, and the rotation speed became faster and faster; lightning even flashed within it.

"If you cannot be used by me, I can only kill you."

Pan Han no longer hesitated; such a threat would be a future problem if left alive.

With a loud noise, an incredibly thick water column shot into the sky, carrying Godzilla on top.

Soon, Godzilla reached the thousand-meter altitude, a hundred meters away from Pan Han; the two stood face-to-face, proudly, their auras surprisingly evenly matched.

"Old La! You're too tall. Isn't that a bit bullying?"

Pan Han finally got serious and flicked away the cigarette butt in his hand.

"Hahaha! Kid Pan, if you can't even control your own body, what the hell are we fighting for!"

Godzilla laughed loudly, as if seeing through Pan Han's little thoughts.

"Truly impressive! Wait for it!"

After speaking, Pan Han's figure suddenly grew, and he also turned into a hundred-meter giant.

However, it was his first time transforming; his body control was good, but he didn't control his clothes well, and they actually burst.

"Uh! Awkward." Pan Han covered his crotch and chuckled.

"What are you afraid of? Am I not also stark naked?"

Godzilla wished it could use its two small claws to cover its eyes; it was too painful to watch.

"But it's perfectly reasonable for you not to wear clothes!"

Pan Han spread his two giant arms in front of his chest and said.

"Don't worry! I won't attack your vital parts."

"Old La! You really are quite the beast!"

Upon hearing this, Pan Han was moved to tears.
