197: It's actually a cheat

"What cheat?" Pan Han was surprised that the other party could barely make a sound, but he didn't understand what was said.

"Cheater!" Finally, the Samurai Zombie straightened his tongue and let out a clear curse.

"Hahaha! He actually said I was cheating!" Pan Han almost died laughing. It seemed this guy must have been a game enthusiast before he died.

"Brother! I didn't mean to! How about you wait for me to take it off?" Pan Han had a sudden idea and decided to play dirty.

"Mmm-hmm!" The Samurai Zombie nodded emphatically when he saw Pan Han reaching to unbutton his vest.

"Big brother, you're not some martial arts fanatic, are you?" Pan Han distracted him while unbuttoning.

"No, no... not!"

"Your sword skill is decent, but it's still a bit worse than mine. Even without a bulletproof vest, you're no match!"

"Wah-la-wah-la!" The Samurai Zombie felt insulted and cursed loudly.

After unbuttoning his vest, Pan Han threw it forcefully, landing it in front of the Samurai Zombie.

"Is that better now!" Pan Han asked.

"Gr-gr-great!" The Samurai Zombie stammered.

"You're great yourself!" After Pan Han inexplicably blurted that out, he instantly leaped backward and fell to the ground.

Boom!

The vest suddenly exploded. The Samurai Zombie had no time to dodge and was blown several meters away by the shockwave.

It turned out that while unbuttoning, Pan Han had pulled the pin on his last grenade, tucked it into the side of the vest, and thrown it over with the vest.

And the Samurai Zombie, only focused on talking to Pan Han, hadn't noticed his small movement.

Pan Han got up from the ground, looking at the flying Samurai Zombie with a sly smile on his lips.

"Let me show you what real cheating is!" Pan Han walked up to the Samurai Zombie.

The opponent lay on the ground, charred black all over, his abdomen blown open, a bloody mess, and many pieces of muscle from his limbs blown off.

Clearly, the Samurai Zombie had lost its ability to attack.

"You! You!" The Samurai Zombie said weakly, wanting to curse but unable to, either due to lack of strength or limited vocabulary.

"Goodbye, my friend. Your points are very important to me. Otherwise, I might have kept you alive. You can only blame your bad luck for being caught by the Twelve Palaces." After Pan Han finished speaking, he picked up the Katana.

With one swing, the Samurai Zombie's head rolled to the side.

"This Katana of yours is good, it's mine now!" Although Pan Han couldn't discern the quality of the Katana, he could feel its killing intent.

"It probably killed a lot before. It accumulated too much killing intent."

The tactical vest was blown up, and bullets and grenades were all used up.

Checking the bracelet's prompt, the nearest red dot was on the twenty-second floor. Pan Han could now only rely on his dagger and Katana to continue forward.

Ding, points credited. Score surpassed 60,000, ranking 66.

"Not bad! At least there's progress!" Pan Han wiped his sweat, took another sip of water, and headed straight for the twenty-first floor.

The twenty-first floor surprisingly had a group of elderly zombies, covered in pustules. Pan Han, with swift slashes, cut them all down.

The twenty-second floor had dozens of Human Centipede Zombies, seven or eight zombies stitched together to form a single centipede.

Pan Han, while gagging, chopped them all down, harvesting them completely.

His score only increased to 62,000 points, ranking 65.

Pan Han was so angry he cursed, saying this was purely designed to disgust people.

However, the twenty-second floor allowed for opening blind boxes, which slightly appeased Pan Han.

Following the instructions, Pan Han opened a room and discovered the largest box he had ever seen.

It was half a head taller than him.

"Holy moly! What is this thing?"

"What weapon is this big?"

Upon opening it, it turned out to be a hazmat suit, also equipped with a pressure machine, and two large iron hammers standing next to it.

"What does this mean?" Pan Han saw this set of equipment and didn't quite understand how to use it.

"Never mind, I'll put it on first. It must be useful." Since it appeared here, there must be a reason for it. The Twelve Palaces wouldn't arrange something for no reason; there must be another mystery.

After putting it on, Pan Han felt a bit inconvenient in his movements.

Swinging the hammers a few times, they felt quite heavy.

In the next few floors, Pan Han finally understood why this arrangement was made.

Similar to the twenty-first and twenty-second floors, the subsequent floors were all filled with disgusting types of zombies.

They were all badly decayed and reeked to high heaven. The Maggot Zombies on the twenty-ninth floor could even shoot maggots at attackers, and Pan Han was covered head to toe in maggots by them.

"Damn it, luckily I wore it, otherwise I'd have been disgusted to death." Pan Han looked at the zombies he had hammered to death and almost threw up.

Moreover, during his attacks, he had to be especially careful not to let the hazmat suit rupture, otherwise toxic gas would seep in.

The thirtieth floor was ahead. Pan Han sat down on the steps to rest.

"I can't go on. I need to take off my helmet and gag. I guess the guys on the thirtieth floor will be even more disgusting."

It took a full ten minutes for Pan Han's mood to calm down.

"Damn it, this isn't a Trial, it's a one-day trip to hell!" Pan Han pulled himself together, put on his helmet, and headed for the thirtieth floor.

As soon as he went upstairs, he saw a tall and fat zombie. As he got a little closer, Pan Han's legs couldn't help but tremble.

This zombie, Pan Han was willing to call it: the Source of All Evil! The evil of evil!

The Source of All Evil was over two meters tall, its body extremely obese, looking like a huge, irregular sphere.

The flesh on its body surface had rotted into one hole after another, and through the holes, one could see black muscles and various organs.

Some holes even had maggots wriggling, as if it were a giant, breeding flesh worm.

All its skin had peeled off, exposing all the muscles and blood vessels on its body surface, the red and white colors making one nauseous.

Furthermore, it was covered in a layer of foul-smelling yellow mucus, constantly dripping from its body, making the surrounding ground extremely slippery.

You thought that was it? Naive!

Its eyeballs had fallen out, and the area around its eyes was full of red and swollen fleshy lumps. Its mouth was extremely distorted, filled with sharp teeth, looking like a bloody trap.

Its limbs were short and thick, with sharp claws on its hands and feet. Moreover, its abdomen was torn open, and long intestines hung to the ground, like a disgusting tail.

Pan Han endured and finished observing, then immediately thought about retreating.

Ding, the bracelet chimed, indicating this zombie was worth three thousand points.

"Damn, damn, damn!" It was time for the point-grabbing segment again. Three thousand points was not a small amount; wasting them might lead to regret.

"Ah! I'll curse your ancestors!" Pan Han roared, swinging his dual hammers as he charged forward.

"Hehehe!" The Source of All Evil let out a wild laugh, as if it had been waiting for this moment for a long time.

Pan Han's speed was as fast as lightning, but the Source of All Evil was surprisingly even faster.

The Source of All Evil twisted its body, and countless maggots and yellow mucus were flung out by it, rushing towards Pan Han.

Solidly and completely, Pan Han was covered in these things.

The glass visor also made it impossible to see anything, so Pan Han could only rely on feeling to fight.

Moreover, the ground was covered in mucus, making it impossible to stand steadily. Pan Han swayed and wobbled, his movements completely distorted.

Even more terrifyingly, these substances were corrosive, and the hazmat suit was slowly melting.

Pan Han was running out of time!
