396: Black Hawk Raid

"Eagle Country?" Pan Han frowned. He was very sensitive to these words.

"That's right! After my parents died, a distant uncle took me to Eagle Country. Why? Does the Cult Leader have a problem with that?"

"No, continue."

"From then on, I began training day and night."

"Daggers, firearms, artillery, horseback riding, wrestling, free combat, Muay Thai."

"In short, I learned whatever could kill."

"If I couldn't learn it once, I'd learn it twice; if twice wasn't enough, I'd do it three times until I mastered it."

Speaking of this, Ayaka Kurai's petite body seemed to erupt with immense momentum, and a dark, murderous aura permeated around her.

Afterwards, she stubbed out her cigarette and took out two more, one for herself and one for Pan Han.

After lighting up, she appeared slightly calmer, and Pan Han gestured for her to continue.

"I remember when I was twelve, during a combat training session, I broke my left leg and had to lie in bed for thirty days before I could get up."

"My distant uncle didn't stop the training there. Do you know what he wanted to train me in?"

"What?" Pan Han thought for a moment, but found no answer in his mind.

"Hunger! He said that no matter the situation, training could not stop. Since I couldn't get out of bed, I might as well taste the feeling of starving."

"In all my life, I never knew there were so many things that could be eaten."

At this point, Pan Han smiled slightly. In the apocalypse, the thing he had seen the most was hunger.

"What have you eaten?" Pan Han asked softly.

"Cockroach cakes."

Pan Han nodded, a subtle smile flashing across his face: "Did it taste good?"

"The taste was better than I imagined."

"It had a special fragrance, but also a distinct stench."

As Ayaka Kurai spoke, her eyes lit up, as if a ready-made cockroach cake was placed right in front of her.

"It seems your uncle gave you raw cockroach cakes," Pan Han suddenly blurted out.

The cockroach cakes at Dawn Base were fragrant when deep-fried, and could even make you sick of them if you ate too many.

"Do you know how to get rid of that special stench?"

Ayaka Kurai didn't seem to follow Pan Han's rhythm; her eyes were unfocused as she spoke to herself.

"I don't know!"

"Just drink some urine."

"..." Pan Han didn't answer, but he believed that most people in the apocalypse must have drunk this stuff.

"And then?"

"What time is it now?" Ayaka Kurai didn't answer the question but looked around to find her watch.

Just now, the two of them had fought, and they had taken off everything they could.

"Nine o'clock at night." Pan Han picked up his phone and checked the time.

"Nine o'clock? How many cigarettes have you smoked?"

"The second one!"

"Why are you still here? Why haven't they come yet?"

Ayaka Kurai's expression changed, and she asked sharply.

"Where should I be? Who is supposed to come?"

Pan Han put down his cigarette, looking completely bewildered.

"If you are still here, you should be able to hear it, right?" Ayaka Kurai looked out the window.

Pan Han was startled, feeling that something was wrong, and followed her gaze out the window: "What should I hear?"

He immediately activated his divine sense. Something was wrong; indeed, there was a buzzing sound, roughly ten kilometers away.

"You really lied to me!" Pan Han turned back, staring coldly at Ayaka Kurai.

"I already told you in advance. You don't have much time left."

After saying this, she started getting dressed. As she dressed, she said, "What happens next has nothing to do with me. Can I keep this room?"

Pan Han didn't speak but instead got dressed. By the time he was fully dressed, the buzzing sound had turned into a roar.

"Don't worry, I won't leave. No need to knock me out." Ayaka Kurai lit another cigarette, looking at Pan Han with a smile, and pointed towards the door.

Pan Han snorted coldly and ran out quickly.

"Ellie, Ellie! Come to me, there is danger." He hurriedly dialed the phone.

By the time the two met and arrived at the villa entrance, the roar had become a thunderous rumble.

Pan Han scanned the distance, seeing seven or eight red circles in the sky, flying towards here.

"These are helicopters, prepare for combat!"

Pan Han roared, immediately pulling Cheng Xiao into the villa's armory, while notifying the remaining twelve bodyguards.

Ellie wasn't flustered. Upon arriving at the armory, she immediately picked up a pistol and asked, "Should I kill her?"

"Not for now. Let's get equipped first." Pan Han shook his head.

He still had his mecha, so he wasn't worried, but Ellie had nothing.

Helmet, bulletproof vest, tactical vest, 9mm submachine gun, pistol, magazines, grenades, smoke grenades, flashbangs, goggles—he put everything wearable on Ellie.

Pan Han grabbed an automatic rifle, a bulletproof vest, a dozen magazines, a pistol, a dagger, a shotgun, and a string of ammunition.

"Go and have all the staff evacuate."

"Yes! Boss."

Pan Han returned to the door. The 12 bodyguards had already spotted the helicopters and were prepared for battle.

"Go up and operate the anti-aircraft gun?" Pan Han grabbed a bodyguard and asked.

As soon as he said this, a flash appeared in the sky, and immediately after, the anti-aircraft gun on the villa roof exploded.

"FUCK! They have fighter jet support!" Pan Han slapped his own head.

Just now, he had been too focused on scouting the helicopters and had forgotten to scan the high altitude.

At this moment, he activated his divine sense again and discovered two F35 fighter jets at an altitude of 5,000 meters.

One of them seemed to have been modified, with a protrusion under the nose.

At this moment, the fighter jet fired another beam of light that could only be detected by divine sense.

This beam of light accurately struck the other anti-aircraft gun.

"Hmph! Laser weapons! Guys, prepare to engage. The enemy is about to air-drop."

Sure enough, eight stealth-painted Black Hawk helicopters lowered ropes 500 meters around the villa.

Two in each direction—east, south, west, and north—and eight figures slid down from each Black Hawk.

Behind the Black Hawk fleet, there were two Apache attack helicopters.

After these soldiers landed, they immediately formed a combat formation and charged toward the villa.

The Black Hawk helicopters flew up to an altitude of about 300 meters, their pitch-black Vulcan machine guns aimed at the villa.

Sixty-four fully armed soldiers against fourteen Knight Order members.

Three minutes later, the soldiers were less than 200 meters from the villa.

At this time, Ellie had finished her arrangements and returned to Pan Han's side.

"You guard the villa, I'll go out first."

Pan Han's eyes flashed as he looked at Ellie and the bodyguards.

"Boss! No, it's too dangerous." Ellie naturally disagreed, pulling his arm and shaking her head desperately.

"Execute the order. Things are getting more and more interesting. In this world, there really is someone who wants to take me out." Pan Han kissed Ellie and rushed out without looking back.

In front of the villa was a dense forest; the first battle was to take place here.

Pan Han was confident in taking out the sixteen soldiers in this direction. He had to start a massacre immediately to reduce the pressure on Ellie and the others.

Ellie still wanted to stop Pan Han, but to her surprise, in the next second, he was already in the dense forest.
