460: Fierce fighting in northern Myanmar

After a bout of fighting, Cheng Xiao passed out.

It wasn't because it lasted particularly long or was particularly intense; rather, she was "faint with love"!

That is just absurd!

Pan Han's movements were very gentle, but Cheng Xiao could not withstand them no matter what.

It seemed like a wisp of the Laws of Heaven and Earth entered her body, causing her to pass out instantly.

Pan Han laid her down gently and went to Ellie's room.

"Huh? Why so fast?" Ellie checked her watch; it seemed only three or five minutes had passed.

This was definitely not the performance expected of a High-level Evolver.

"She's asleep," Pan Han said with a smile.

"No way, is it that powerful?" Ellie looked at him in disbelief!

Cheng Xiao was at the peak of the Intermediate Evolver level, after all, and the sturdiness of her body was absolutely beyond what ordinary people could imagine.

"I don't know what the problem is either. But she's fine, I just don't know when she'll wake up."

"Then you should go watch over her. Why did you come to me?"

"I'm going back."

As soon as these words were spoken, Ellie immediately turned serious.

She naturally knew where Pan Han was going back to.

"Okay. Go without worry. I'll go take care of her."

"Yeah! I might be gone for a long time this time. The Knight Order, the Eagle Nation, the Dragon Nation—there are so many things to deal with." Pan Han really couldn't help it and pulled out a cigarette.

Ellie didn't care about the taboos at this moment; she took the lighter and helped him light it.

After this cigarette, who knew when they would see each other again.

The few things Pan Han mentioned were all difficult to handle and could even be life-threatening.

Although Pan Han was now a High-level Evolver, who knew if he could maintain that level upon returning to his own world?

After all, the Laws of Heaven and Earth of the two worlds might not be exactly the same.

Intermediate Evolvers were at least still considered human, so the difference might not be noticeable.

But now, a High-level Evolver was no different from a cultivator; even a slight difference in the power of the laws could lead to a huge discrepancy.

"This stuff is really good!" Having not smoked for dozens of days, Pan Han couldn't help but sigh upon relapsing.

It seems even High-level Evolvers couldn't resist the erosion of nicotine.

"Honey, it's been so long since you went back. I suspect the Knight Order has changed hands. You might have been completely expelled."

Ellie said, filled with worry.

"It's not that I might be; I've definitely been expelled," Pan Han said indifferently.

If it were him sitting in the position of the Three Elders, he would have done the same thing.

Everything is done according to the rules; there's no deep-seated hatred. At most, it's just some physical punishment; there's no need for anything like exterminating the entire clan.

"Then what are you going to do?"

"First, I'll go find the Captain and the others. If they managed to survive, there should be a squad of Primary Evolvers by now." Pan Han exhaled a large smoke ring.

"And then?"

"Actually, they are just there to reorganize the Knight Order. If things have changed, the previous people won't be used anymore. From now on, we'll use the Captain and his team as the backbone and start over."

Pan Han paused and continued:

"Without any surprises, I alone will be enough to deal with them."

"I believe that, but are you sure you want to make such a big scene?" Ellie could vaguely sense a killing intent.

"The Knight Order is just an appetizer. Things will get really big over at the Eagle Nation."

"The Knight Order changed your world, and you want to change the world of Blue Star?"

"Something like that."

Initially, Pan Han wanted to evolve to the High-level after returning to take revenge.

But now that he had succeeded, his mindset had become much calmer.

It's not that he wasn't planning to turn things upside down.

On the contrary, he felt that the reason he succeeded in evolving was precisely because he was going to turn things upside down!

Every effect has a cause.

Without this thought, the potion might not have chosen him.

This feeling wasn't very obvious, but it was like the faint smell of smoke lingering in his sea of consciousness.

Profound!

In short, everything is very profound!

"It's a pity I can't do anything, I can only pray for you in this world."

"Don't. Just focus on having the baby. With my current abilities, plus the Transmigration System, I can attack and defend; I can basically say I'm invincible." Pan Han comforted Ellie; he didn't want her to worry about him.

"Understood! Then when are you planning to leave?" Ellie nodded, regaining her composure.

"I'm leaving now." A sense of burning anticipation surged in Pan Han's heart; he was already impatient.

"Okay, I'll go take care of Cheng Xiao."

Ellie stepped forward, hugged Pan Han, and kissed him deeply, and Pan Han responded with equal fervor.

After a long while, the two separated and looked at each other affectionately.

The next second, space fluctuated slightly, and Pan Han disappeared from where he stood.

Blue Star, Myanmar, Myanmar Northern Region, the fierce battle was in full swing.

A squad of over ten people, holding automatic rifles in both hands, were retreating while fighting at an extremely fast speed.

Not far away, thousands of armed soldiers were constantly shrinking the encirclement.

Heavy machine guns, rocket launchers, and rifle grenades were fired continuously at the building where the squad was holed up.

Boom, boom, boom!

Several shells exploded inside the building, and some squad members were hit and fell to the ground.

"Lord Ouyang, please rest assured, they can't escape even if they had wings." A person wearing a military officer's uniform reported to the man sitting in the command vehicle.

This person was dressed in a suit and leather shoes, holding a glass of champagne in his hand, and was observing the battlefield dynamics through a monitor.

Who else could it be but Ouyang Cong!

"Hmph! If it weren't for the Elder Committee's orders to capture them alive, they would have been dead long ago!"

Ouyang Cong cursed viciously and downed the champagne in his glass in one gulp.

"Calm your anger, my lord. These rebels on the other side all have powerful bodies, far exceeding ordinary people. The Elders want to capture them back for comprehensive research. If there are major discoveries, our Knight Order will certainly be able to develop a new business." Seeing Ouyang Cong's anger, the officer quickly stepped forward to console him.

He also felt pained for his own soldiers; in order to capture them alive, his troops had already suffered hundreds of casualties.

And the other side, relying on their solid stronghold and previously stored ammunition, kept resisting, showing no intention of surrendering at all.

"This is all the idea of our Third Elder; his mind is full of money."

Ouyang Cong muttered, then looked at the data on the screen again.

A few seconds later, he slammed the monitoring console and said: "Damn it! We can't go on like this. One last round; if that doesn't work, then use heavy artillery to blast them!"

"But..." the officer wanted to say something more.

He was immediately interrupted by Ouyang Cong: "I'll explain it to the Elders. You just take care of your soldiers."

"Understood! Thank you, Lord Ouyang!" Seeing that Ouyang Cong was willing to take the blame for him, the officer immediately felt relieved.

He turned his head to look at the smoke-filled battlefield, and his anger began to burn fiercely: "Captain, don't say I didn't give you a chance. But my men were also raised by their parents. You should be satisfied with what you've done!"

The officer strode to the armored vehicle at the very front and pulled out the microphone inside.

"Hmph, hmph!" The sound was transmitted through the loudspeaker into the building opposite.

"Captain! Listen clearly. Bring your people out and surrender immediately. This is the final warning! Otherwise, don't blame us for being ruthless!"

Inside the building, the Captain was surrounded by more than ten Primary Evolvers.

Everyone heard the shouting from the other side and knew that the moment of the final battle had arrived, so they all looked at the Captain.

"Brothers! What do you think?" The Captain looked around and asked everyone.

"Captain, we listen to you!"

"That's right, give us the order."

Everyone replied one after another.

"Very good! It seems we are all the same kind of people. Stubborn! Since you are willing to listen to my orders, I must also listen to our Leader's orders. He told me to lead the team and wait for his return. If we surrender halfway, what would that count as?"

After speaking, the Captain looked at everyone with burning eyes.
