318: The careful thoughts of the forces in northern Myanmar

After the allied forces retreated and disbanded, the leaders of various factions gathered again for a meeting.

Coincidentally, they were also discussing how to deal with Pan Han while eating barbecue.

Everyone unanimously agreed that Liu Ying had the largest influence, and since he was the one who promised Pan Han to go to the small town next door, he should represent everyone in the negotiations.

Liu Ying felt very uneasy; he drained a bottle of wine, smashed it on the ground, and said angrily, "You are still scheming against each other here, our good days are coming to an end."

When everyone heard him say that, they immediately fell silent and stared blankly at him.

"Haven't you noticed that this person is here to strangle us?" Liu Ying pointed his finger towards the small town next door, staring at everyone.

"What do you mean?"

"That kid said that whoever he wants in the future, we have to give them to him. This is clearly the first step; next, he will continuously demand people. If we don't give them, he will fight, and slowly, all our industries will be restricted to death by him," Liu Ying said resentfully.

"Old Liu, now that you mention it, it really does seem that way. This kid has no small ambition."

"But what else can we do?"

"Exactly! This kid is elusive and has high technology."

"He doesn't just have high technology; the people behind him are also very powerful!"

"That's right, the small town next door already has several hundred soldiers stationed there, all from this kid's team."

"Damn it, Myanmar's soldiers are just watching the show. And they won't let us touch him. What should we do?"

"This is truly bizarre. Where did this kid pop out from?"

"Then you'll have to ask A Luo Wang! Why did this kid cause trouble for him first."

At this point, everyone's eyes turned to A Luo Wang.

His mouth twitched, and he quickly said to everyone, "Don't all look at me! What I did, everyone did. Being the first one he came after, I must just be unlucky."

Although he said that, he had secretly sent people to investigate long ago.

Sure enough, after receiving 300,000 from Pan Han and releasing him, various forces in Myanmar had come to pressure him.

Now, looking at it, the kid from the small town next door was most likely the one who transferred the money before.

But A Luo Wang didn't dare to say it; if he did, he would definitely be cursed to death by everyone.

Although other factions did the same, who told him to kidnap Pan Han's relatives?

All problems would definitely be pushed onto A Luo Wang.

This group of people wouldn't talk about rules or morality; they were like wild beasts, fangs out externally, but also internally.

Whoever made a mistake or showed signs of defeat would be devoured first.

"A Luo Wang, you old man, you're the oldest, but you're not doing so well now. This kid wouldn't be someone you colluded with, would he?" Sure enough, someone immediately stood up and retorted after hearing that.

"What the hell are you saying?" A Luo Wang, hearing that the blame was being shifted to him, immediately stood up agitatedly, pointing at the other person's nose and retorting.

"Don't think we don't know. This kid recently came looking for trouble with you. It's very possible it's your bitter trick. You're secretly colluding with him, disrupting the Myanmar Northern Region, weakening other families' influence, and finally, you'll profit from it!" This person had no evidence, but that didn't stop him from using his imagination.

When he said that, many others chimed in.

The atmosphere instantly became tense.

"Everyone, don't argue. Now is not the time for internal strife." Liu Ying, seeing that the target was wrong, immediately interrupted everyone.

"Old Liu, you wouldn't be involved with him too, would you?"

"Impudent! My own brother was just killed, are you trying to rebel? Do you want to try going head-to-head with me?" Liu Ying immediately became enraged when someone said that, his eyes wide, staring at the other person.

At this point, everyone fell silent; no one spoke anymore.

"Three days from now, I will go talk to him. However, the other party wants someone who keeps their word to go. Is there anyone else among you willing to go? If not, then whatever outcome I achieve, you all must accept."

Liu Ying only revealed his plan after seeing everyone calm down.

Everyone looked at each other after hearing him, no one denied it, and no one agreed.

If they went along, there might be danger. If they didn't go, it would be tantamount to acknowledging Liu Ying as the boss of the Myanmar Northern Region.

Although Liu Ying's influence was indeed the greatest, most factions didn't respect him.

If Liu Ying went, he might use Pan Han to weaken other families in the future.

So, whether to go or not, they were in a dilemma.

"What, are you all scared? Weren't you all pretty arrogant when you were arguing just now?" Liu Ying saw everyone lower their heads, knowing that this group of people was greedy for life and afraid of death.

But it was also normal; these people all relied on force to occupy territory and gain benefits. What morality or ideals could they have? When things happened, they naturally only cared about themselves.

Liu Ying pressed everyone, but no one dared to step forward. Their eyes avoided Liu Ying's.

"Alright, since no one is going, then I'll go myself. But whatever outcome I achieve, don't be unconvinced when I return." Liu Ying drained a bottle of wine, smashed it on the ground, turned, and walked out the door.

...

Pan Han was enjoying his meal. He had just drunk seventy or eighty bottles of beer and eaten seven or eight catties of roasted meat.

He still wasn't satisfied, but the meat was almost gone.

It wasn't that they hadn't prepared enough, but all the meat available in the entire small town was right here.

"Boss, your subordinate is guilty, the food wasn't prepared well." The Bodyguard Captain had drunk over thirty bottles of beer, his head a bit dizzy, and he swayed over to Pan Han to apologize.

"It's alright," Pan Han said with a smile, getting up and going to a room on the third floor. After entering, he took out twenty catties of beef and mutton from his space.

"This should be enough to eat now." With that, he carried the meat to the rooftop.

He placed it on the table: "Come on, everyone, keep eating!"

Everyone was dumbfounded. Didn't they all know whether this small hotel had meat or not?

Where did the boss get so much meat?

It was too exaggerated!

However, no one dared to ask! The boss could be the boss, so he naturally had his unique qualities.

If he didn't say, you just pretended not to know.

So, the bodyguards all shouted, "Long live the boss! The boss is awesome!"

This meal lasted until past 11 PM.

The Myanmar Northern Region soldiers stationed around to monitor Pan Han could all smell the aroma of the meat.

While drooling and gnawing on steamed buns, they continued to stake out, filled with resentment!

Pan Han had long since used his divine sense to clearly pinpoint the locations of all these stakeouts.

"Heh heh, they still dare to send people to stake out." Pan Han rubbed his stomach, feeling about seventy percent full.

"It's time to move around a bit. You all keep eating, I'll be back in a bit." Pan Han said to everyone.

Everyone put down their food and drinks and looked at Pan Han.

The Bodyguard Captain immediately sobered up considerably, stood up, and said, "Boss, I'll go with you."

"No need, I'll be back in a few minutes. It won't delay anything." Pan Han motioned for him to sit down.

"Oh." The Bodyguard Captain said, feeling a bit disappointed; he actually really wanted to act with Pan Han.

"I'll be right back!" Pan Han went downstairs, and with a few leaps, he disappeared.

"Holy crap! He's coming for us!" Several Myanmar Northern Region soldiers responsible for the stakeout discovered Pan Han rapidly approaching through their binoculars.

They immediately felt that something big was wrong and quickly raised their guns, preparing to meet the enemy.

Without orders, they dared not retreat on their own, so they could only brace themselves and stand firm.
