369: The perfect capital of northern Myanmar

Calculating for two months, Pan Han tallied the tasks he needed to accomplish:

1. Prepare the Air Force;

2. Integrate and train the Dawn Base;

3. Ensure the National Restaurant is fully constructed;

4. Finalize the future development plan for the Myanmar Northern Region.

Currently, items 1, 2, and 3 are progressing steadily. He planned to ask Ouyang Cong to arrange for a clothing factory.

The Dawn Army needed a unified uniform, and production would begin immediately after the design was complete.

“It seems I’ll be working on the Myanmar Northern Region plan for these two months,” he mused.

Thirty thousand square kilometers, not small, not huge; he wanted to play a real-life version of SimCity.

He took out a notebook and pen from his space, ready to begin planning.

The Myanmar Northern Region’s reputation was already tarnished, universally condemned, so whatever he did would be a rebound from rock bottom.

Pan Han held a pen in one hand and a cigarette in the other, the moonlight bright before his bed.

“I need to build a massive palace complex, following the ancient cultural style of the Dragon Country. I’ll live there when it’s done, hehe. Let’s call this the Ancient Style City Project.” Pan Han roughly sketched it in his notebook.

“Then, I’ll cordon off another area and build several casinos and gambling entertainment cities there. Dragon Country people love to gamble; it’s better if the money stays with our own people. Let’s call this the Gambling City Project.” Pan Han drew another circle in his notebook.

However, he intended to make it legitimate gambling; deceiving people into gambling, or not letting them take their winnings, would definitely not happen.

“Cuisine is also indispensable. Bring me delicacies from all over. Let’s call this the Food City Project.”

“A large number of parks, amusement parks, and hotels must also be built. People from all countries come to play; they should have a blast. Let’s call this the Entertainment City Project.”

“Then, set up a large number of top-tier shopping malls, with duty-free shopping. Shopping City!”

In a flash, Pan Han had planned five directions.

Suddenly, he remembered Yan Xiaoli’s career, so he wrote in his notebook: “Film City.”

He could build several large film studios where various movies could be filmed, which would also be a major attraction for tourists.

Later, he would create a Myanmar Northern Region Film Festival, spending money to make it as prestigious as the Oscars.

Since there was a Film City, beauties were certainly indispensable. Considering Myanmar and its neighboring countries, the erotic industry was a traditional business.

After much thought, Pan Han still wrote down: “Erotic City.”

Many countries on Blue Star have legalized such activities, and there is much experience to learn from, so there’s no need to worry about social unrest.

However, attention must be paid to combating human trafficking, especially of women and children. Because once the erotic industry is legalized, crime will inevitably breed.

This was a double-edged sword; how it was wielded depended on the operator’s ability.

“I’ve given you food, drink, fun, but eight out of ten, you’ll still be looked down upon by the world,” Pan Han thought.

If there were only the above seven positions, it would be fine when the world economy was good, but once an economic crisis or a major pandemic hit, the Myanmar Northern Region would still lack growth momentum.

So Pan Han lit another cigarette; he thought of the apocalypse, where there was still a lot of advanced technology that could be used.

“Hehe, isn’t this it? Who said we only know how to eat, drink, and play? Technology City, let’s get it started.”

Immediately after, he wrote down: “Esports City” in large characters.

“Damn it, I’ve been targeted by the King’s System for so long; I’ve kept a record of every single incident. Just you wait.”

In recent years, the development of esports had been somewhat stagnant.

But this thing was the easiest to develop; just pour money into leagues and host major competitions.

Pan Han had no shortage of money.

Moreover, the Myanmar Northern Region was so chaotic before, and many young people didn’t have proper jobs.

It was much better to arrange for them to study how to play games than to let them go around fighting on the streets.

In just a moment, Pan Han had assigned nine “Cities” to the Myanmar Northern Region; looking at his notebook, his obsessive-compulsive disorder kicked in.

It made no sense not to make it ten!

Just then, a dark cloud in the sky obscured the moon.

Pan Han put down his notebook, looked up, and suddenly had an inspiration.

Aerospace City!

“Our journey is to the stars and the sea! Blue Star’s resources can no longer accommodate so many people, but everyone wants to live a good life. Why not turn our gaze to space!”

Thinking of this, Pan Han thought of eagle sauce’s Musk.

The tech mogul who was doing rocket recovery and Starlink.

“Mr. Donkey, let’s see who lands on Mars first!” After saying that, a subtle smile appeared at the corner of Pan Han’s mouth.

Suddenly, he felt his blood boiling. There were too many things he wanted to do!

He had never felt this way before, eager to immediately throw himself into the construction of the Myanmar Northern Region.

Mission, vision! He used to want to vomit when he heard these words.

But when he had to use them himself, they smelled so good!

Pan Han opened his notebook and carefully pondered the Myanmar Northern Region’s positioning.

“Ancient Style City, Gambling City, Food City, Entertainment City, Shopping City, Film City, Erotic City, Technology City, Esports City, Aerospace City.”

“Exactly ten! From now on, the Myanmar Northern Region will be called the City of Ten Perfections! Hehehe.”

Just then, a figure entered his mind—Little Ling.

This unfortunate child was still suffering from leukemia.

So Pan Han picked up his notebook again, crossed out “Ancient Style City,” and solemnly wrote down “Life City” in four characters.

He wanted to mobilize medical resources from both worlds to build pharmaceutical factories and specialized hospitals for serious illnesses in the Myanmar Northern Region, providing free medical care to children worldwide.

In this world, children died every day.

But Pan Han had seen the misery of the apocalypse and the pain of infertility. He didn’t want Blue Star to become like the apocalypse one day.

People didn’t cherish what they had until they lost it and then regretted it deeply.

Pan Han knew he wasn’t a good person. But since both worlds had chosen him, what was a little extra effort?

There was only one disease in this world, and that was poverty.

Pan Han didn’t know how many children he could save, but he believed in doing good deeds without asking about the future.

As for the palace, it would be built as planned, but it was no longer considered a development positioning.

“With these ten positions, the Myanmar Northern Region should attract 10 million people. The per capita GDP is expected to exceed 100,000 eagle sauce coins.”

At this point, he remembered his agreement with Guo Jing and heavily wrote a few words in his notebook: Drug users and traffickers will be executed immediately!

“I, Pan, am an archenemy of drugs!” Pan Han snuffed out his cigarette and said fiercely.

I’ve prepared all the food, drink, and entertainment for you; if you still dare to touch drugs, then don’t blame me for being ruthless!

After a quick check, he closed his notebook, feeling much better.

Just then, the dark clouds dispersed, and the moon reappeared, bathing the entire Knight Island in its bright light.

Beautiful!

A sea breeze blew, and Pan Han felt comfortable, but his mind gradually calmed down.

Plans and dreams were good.

But which emperor, general, or founding hero in history didn’t want to manage their domain well?

Who started out intending to squander and harm the common people?

Why did poverty and war still exist in the world?

Why were there still people who couldn’t get enough to eat or afford medical care?

Even the Dawn Base, with only over ten thousand people, was launching a campaign to return ill-gotten gains.

One person’s dream might not amount to much compared to everyone’s interests.

They would form interest alliances, constantly eroding the fruits of victory.

This was human nature!

No one would feel they had earned enough, and everyone would wonder why they weren’t in that position.

“Sigh!” Thinking of this, Pan Han let out a long sigh.

He looked at his small notebook, then at the moon.

“Perhaps the distance between ideal and reality is truly this great.”
