467: Brave in the White House
The room fell into silence; Pan Han smoked quietly, while Guo Jing smoked, trying his best to remain calm.
After a long while, he finally spoke, "What will you do?"
"If Eagle Country tears down my Knight Order, I will tear down their empire."
Pan Han said the most arrogant words in the calmest tone.
"I need to report to the Chief." Guo Jing had received another shock; his brain could no longer function. He leaned against the sofa, his hands and feet numb, and stood up shakily to walk out.
"You do your thing, and I'll do mine."
"Don't..."
When Guo Jing turned back, wanting to stop Pan Han's actions, there was no one in the room. Pan Han's spot was empty, leaving only the scent of a cigarette.
Guo Jing looked at the bullet casing in his hand, stomped his foot hard, opened the door, and dashed out.
The next moment, Pan Han appeared at an altitude of 50,000 meters. The wind was strong and the air was cold here, which helped him calm down a little.
"When should I end the battle formation? Old Guo's question is a good one." Pan Han sat amidst the clouds, his hair unmoved by the wind.
Starting a war without strategic goals, purely based on personal preference, was definitely not the best choice.
Although Pan Han had the strength, he also needed to rest; it was impossible to keep fighting forever.
"Since that's the case, this world needs a new god."
Pan Han took a deep breath, and that familiar feeling of invincibility surged into his heart once again.
"Let me experience the taste of doing whatever I want for once! I can't let Eagle Country have all the fun, right?"
With that thought, Pan Han identified the direction and flew rapidly toward Eagle Country.
...
Eagle Country, White House President's office.
Having just finished a day of meetings, the recent struggle with the Dragon Kingdom had left the President exceptionally exhausted.
He dismissed everyone and took out a cigar, just wanting to enjoy a moment of peace.
Suddenly, a figure appeared before him, and the next second, the cigar was gone.
"Who is it?" The President, with his failing eyesight, quickly put on his glasses, only then recognizing the person before him.
Young, handsome, well-built, with an innate aura of arrogance.
"It's you?" The President recognized the person before him at a glance; it was Pan Han.
"It's me." A voice entered the President's brain. Why could he actually understand Chinese? The President was somewhat incredulous!
"You... how did you!" The President was suddenly stunned; someone speaking inside his brain was too terrifying a situation.
Furthermore, how did Pan Han appear in the office?
"Who am I? Where am I? What am I going to do?"
The President posed these three philosophical questions, but since Pan Han now possessed the ability to search souls, he naturally knew what the President was thinking.
"Don't panic, I'm just here to chat." Pan Han lit the cigar out of thin air and started smoking it himself.
"Hmm, I have to say, this old guy knows how to enjoy life. This stuff isn't bad!" Pan Han took a puff and actually felt quite comfortable.
The President reacted and immediately wanted to press the buzzer; he needed comfort and guards right now.
"At your age, you're still so naive."
Pan Han smiled contemptuously and snapped his fingers; the buzzer became ineffective, the door locked tight, and the surveillance froze.
The President pressed it seven or eight times, discovering it was completely useless.
So he opened the drawer, which contained a pistol fully loaded with bullets.
"Damn, didn't I tell you to listen?" Pan Han hooked his finger slightly, and the gun flew up out of thin air, floating into Pan Han's hand.
"Ah???" The President was terrified. He had lived over seventy years and considered himself well-traveled and knowledgeable, but everything before him was beyond his comprehension.
"Can we talk now?" Pan Han pointed one finger to the sky, and the pistol hovered a few centimeters above, spinning continuously.
A simple little trick once again left the President dumbfounded!
Exaggerated! Terrifying! It's just ridiculous! What the hell!
After dazing for another half a minute, the President finally regained his composure, straightened his collar, and glared at Pan Han, saying, "What do you want to talk about?"
"Sending people from the Knight Order to kill me, that was your doing, right?"
Pan Han didn't waste words, getting straight to the point.
"Yes." The President took out another cigar; at a critical moment like this, he needed comfort.
Following that, he took out his special lighter and flicked it; the flame shot up, bright and straight.
From several meters away, Pan Han blew gently, and the flame went out.
He lit it again, it went out again; a third time, and it went out a third time.
The President was so angry that he threw the cigar and the lighter onto the desk.
Pan Han slowly strolled over to the President's side, with the pistol flying in circles in front of his chest.
Just then, the door was suddenly kicked open, and several agents rushed in.
During the first minute Pan Han entered the room, he had forgotten to handle the surveillance, so he was discovered.
But it didn't matter; it was just a few more people throwing their lives away.
Behind the agents, staff members and military personnel followed.
They had just left the office and hadn't gone far when they saw a large group of agents running toward the office.
So they followed to see what was going on, but this might be the decision they would regret most in their lives.
"Oh! It's getting lively now, isn't it."
Pan Han didn't turn around but smiled at the President. The next second, the door suddenly slammed shut with a bang.
The guns in the agents' hands all flew into the air, while they collapsed to the ground, unconscious.
Pan Han didn't attack the staff and generals, but simply transported them to the President's side.
That spinning pistol suddenly stopped, flew to the President's head, and pointed its dark muzzle directly at his forehead.
"Don't move!" The President felt fear; staring at the muzzle, he pressed his hands down, signaling everyone else to stay calm.
"Mr. President, we can't move at all." The Chief of the General Staff was a soldier, after all. He had killed dozens of enemies with his own hands in his life and could sense that Pan Han's aura was extraordinary, so he was the first person to regain his senses.
Pan Han looked at the others in the room; they were all top officials of Eagle Country, which saved him trouble, as he could finish them all at once.
So he sat on the desk in front of the President and asked, looking down at him, "Were they involved?"
The President nodded, not daring to speak.
"Good! Since everyone is here, let's continue chatting. I heard you've been looking for me recently; is there no end to it?"
"It seems you really want to clash with me!"
"To clash with me, Pan Han, do you have the strength?"
Pan Han's voice was not loud, but it carried a fierce tone. Although he was speaking Chinese, everyone could actually understand it!
Furthermore, when had Eagle Country ever been threatened like this?
This situation exceeded the knowledge base of everyone present.
There wasn't even a provision in the security plan on how to handle it when the President was interrogated with a gun pointed at his face.
Pan Han said three sentences in a row. Seeing that no one reacted, he flicked his finger gently.
The pistol landed steadily in the palm of the President's hand.
"Come on, take it!"
The President didn't understand Pan Han's intention and didn't dare to grasp the gun rashly.
Seeing his appearance, Pan Han snorted coldly, "Take it!"
The President felt his whole body go cold, his hair stand on end, and goosebumps instantly cover his entire body; naturally, he still didn't dare to grasp the pistol.
Pan Han looked at the people around him again, shook his neck, and said, "Not daring to take it now, huh? Not so tough anymore, are you?"
The President sighed softly, still not moving.
"Fine, I'll give you one more chance!"
Pan Han grabbed the President's hand, raised the gun, and pointed it at his own forehead, saying, "Is this okay?"
"Pull the trigger, and my life is yours!"
"But, I'll only count to three!"
At this moment, the atmosphere in the room was tense to the extreme, and the President's fingers began to tremble slightly.
Pan Han actually hadn't controlled his ability to act.
If he pulled the trigger at this moment, the gun would really fire!
