484: Sea monsters

Dawn Base, on the roof of the villa.

Since the meeting ended, everyone, including Ellie, had become busy.

Pan Han, meanwhile, went to the roof alone to smoke leisurely.

He liked this feeling of detaching from the busyness, allowing him to observe everyone from a third-person perspective.

In fact, as long as Da Hua Country was unified, whether the rest of the world was unified or not didn't really matter that much.

There were no countries or forces left that could contend with Pan Han, save for the Twelve Palaces.

As long as it didn't step out to stop him, Pan Han could reshape the apocalypse according to his own plans.

Zombies, monsters, sea beasts—all threats needed to be eliminated.

Then came rebuilding their home: farming, steelmaking, pharmaceutical production—everyone would have work to do, and every family would have food to eat.

With such a vast world, so many resources, and the remaining high technology, supporting six hundred million people was more than enough.

Pan Han would become the god of this world!

Living two lifetimes and becoming a god in both wasn't his original intention; it was all thanks to the system.

When fate chooses someone, it doesn't reason at all.

All one can do is go with the flow.

Pan Han looked up at the sky; a dusty yellow sun hung steadily in the air.

"Since I arrived in this world, the sun has barely shown itself. The cloud cover is too thick."

He flicked away his cigarette butt, raised his hands above his head, channeled his divine sense, and suddenly shouted.

"Open!"

A bizarre scene unfolded: the thick clouds above Dawn Base suddenly split open.

Following closely, the opening grew larger and larger, and the sunlight, like a long-starved scumbag, squeezed its way in.

A beam of sunlight, bright and harsh, shone wantonly upon Dawn Base.

"Keep going!"

Pan Han channeled his divine sense again, his hands seemingly gripping the clouds, tearing them fiercely to both sides.

The clouds obeyed, and the opening expanded directly to over ten kilometers wide.

"Stay!"

Seeing this, Pan Han roared, and the clouds obediently stayed in place, not daring to heal.

Everyone at Dawn Base looked up at the sky.

For nine whole years, people hadn't bathed in sunlight.

Some broke into a sweat instantly and couldn't open their eyes, but everyone went crazy.

Sunlight was too precious, too luxurious!

In the apocalypse, no one could resist its temptation.

Cheers erupted like a tsunami; people raised their arms in wild laughter, hugged each other, and shed tears freely.

Everyone understood what this meant.

At this moment, Dawn Base became the dawn of the apocalypse in the truest sense.

"Long live the Commander!"

"Long live the Commander!"

...

Everyone began to gather towards the villa, kneeling downstairs and shouting to Pan Han.

Cheng Xiao hugged Ellie, stepping on her own shadow, full of charm.

Pan Han then shouted again: "Stay!"

An invisible spatial barrier enveloped Dawn Base, and the clouds slowly adhered along the barrier.

As long as the barrier didn't break, Dawn Base would forever enjoy the sunlight and moonlight.

It was absolutely absurd!

Pan Han looked at his masterpiece, very satisfied; this was a great gift he gave to Dawn Base.

Next, he was about to eliminate the final threat to this place.

"Comrades!"

Pan Han projected his voice, and the cheers below instantly subsided.

"I heard that monsters have been appearing in the sea, coming ashore to disturb our lives. I'm going to investigate the situation; everyone wait for news of my victory!"

"The Commander is mighty!"

"During this time, everyone must perform their duties and relocate as soon as possible according to the plan."

"Don't worry, Commander!"

"Very good! Once the threat is dealt with, we can live in peace! Let the apocalypse go to hell!"

"The Commander is awesome!"

"Let the apocalypse go to hell!"

Everyone was encouraged by Pan Han's words and raised their arms to cheer again, all full of energy.

"I'm off!" Pan Han waved his hand and then vanished into thin air.

The crowd stood stunned for three minutes, still savoring the speech just now, while taking the opportunity to enjoy the sunlight for a while longer.

Afterward, Cheng Xiao clapped her hands, pulling everyone back to reality, and they threw themselves into their work.

Meanwhile, Pan Han had already appeared in the deep sea.

At 5,000 meters below sea level, it was pitch black, and the water pressure was astonishing.

Pan Han, however, felt no discomfort; he could now go without breathing for a week and could clearly see anything.

Right here, a sea beast weighing tens of thousands of tons was resting.

Pan Han was less than a hundred meters away from it, but the giant beast hadn't noticed him and was still sleeping with its eyes closed.

This guy couldn't be said to be unrelated to Godzilla; it was exactly the same!

A massive head, thick limbs, a strong and powerful tail, its whole body covered in thick scales, with two rows of jagged dorsal fins on its back.

"Damn! This guy doesn't have any meat in its stomach! Is it a vegetarian?"

Pan Han's eyes pierced through the seawater, seeing the giant beast thoroughly.

"So it also absorbs the energy of heaven and earth! Seems like a high-level creature."

"It seems the giant beast Mo Li mentioned before must be this one."

"It's quite magical; where did this thing actually come from?"

As his observation deepened, more and more questions arose in Pan Han's mind.

He even doubted whether he could defeat this giant beast.

Its aura was exceptionally powerful, and its whole body radiated the power of laws.

"At the very least, its strength is invincible; if it were to sweep its tail over, I might not be able to withstand it!"

"Its defense is also this high! It seems the scales are no ordinary objects."

High attack, thick defense—this type of opponent is very troublesome.

The only drawback should be that its speed is too slow; it definitely couldn't catch up to Pan Han.

But if Pan Han couldn't defeat it immediately, he might anger it.

If the giant beast then headed straight for Dawn Base, that would be trouble.

Suddenly, a dangerous thought flashed through Pan Han's mind, and he couldn't suppress it at all.

"I want to have a chat with it."

Pan Han slapped himself hard; this thought was too dangerous, too exaggerated.

He wanted to smoke right now, but how could he light it in the seawater?

He could only release a barrier to wrap himself and expel the seawater.

He then let a large amount of air fall from the sea surface, filling the inside of the barrier.

In this way, a closed space was formed, enough for him to move around.

Click, the lighter lit the cigarette, and Pan Han gradually calmed down.

"I might just be the first human to smoke in the deep sea."

Just as Pan Han thought this, the giant beast suddenly woke up.

It twitched its body, floated in front of Pan Han, opened its eyes, and revealed blood-red eyeballs.

One human and one beast just looked at each other like this; neither spoke first.

Pan Han stared for a long time and discovered a problem: he actually couldn't see through many things.

When he observed humans, he could see tens of thousands of pieces of information, but this monster seemed to have a shroud of mystery covering most of its information.

"Interesting!" Inside the barrier, he blew out a smoke ring and inhaled it back into his body.

"Gurgle!" A loud noise came from within the giant beast, and the seawater rippled accordingly.

However, this little turbulence couldn't do anything to Pan Han; he floated steadily before it.

"Who are you? Where do you come from? What are you planning to do?"

Pan Han didn't ask if he didn't want to, but once he spoke, he fired off three questions in a row.

"Woooo-howl!" The giant beast let out a muffled roar.

But a bizarre scene unfolded: what Pan Han heard was, "I am Number 0!"
